Last year I had NESS install a new system to my pool area. They started off good. I was not pleased how they placed the speakers. After going back and forth on moving the speakers to where I wanted them, I was pleased. This year I started hearing a buzz(white noise as Bob put it) in my speakers. I gave Bob another call to to see if he can fix or adjust the noise and he told me he can sell me a device that would reduce the noise. I was also inquiring about underground subwoofers.Never heard back again. That is my review, and that was my experience.

Purchased a new radio/cd player for my Toyota Rav 4. Good price, friendly professional service. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Will try and remember to get back and rate the Kenwood unit after Ive had more time to use it. Would definitely recommend Sight and Sound.
