Funky Finds has nice people running it and some AMAZING furniture, artifacts and clothing. I wanted to take all the things home with me. Please dont miss this shop if youre a retro fan.

Clean, well curated and displayed, a mix of vintage finds and commercially made items. We drive from Omaha to come here couple of times a year. In new digs, so it looks even better now. By the way, the orange sofa set I posted in photos sold while we were there.

Would give 10 stars if i could. Service was amazing, and everything was absolutely beautiful and in amazing condition. Felt very safe and spent about an hour inside just looking around.

This place is pretty cool! Never know what youll find but I always end up bringing something home. Def recommend if youre into cool retro stuff!

This is a very fun hole in the wall where you can get lost in another time period. We loved how well everything was set up and it seemed like all pieces were hand chosen for quality. There are different rooms downstairs set up for living rooms, kitchen and dining, and music equipment (vinyl)! We will be back!

Funky Finds was a fun find for a quick treasure hunt. This vintage store is staged very nicely with so much to see but is not overwhelming at all like some places can be. The prices were very reasonable and we left with a beautiful vintage coat, games, records, and kitchenware. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. We will be back.

What a great shop! They have a wide variety of items for very fare prices. We found quite a few things that had to come home with us, and there were many more that Id love to make room for. Absolutely worth the visit!

Absolutely love this shop. Found a ‘hard-to-find’ piece from a set I’m collecting for an incredible price. All vintage clothing is priced very well. Great selection of midcentury everything.Unfortunately wasn’t able to purchase any clothing due to the shop only having one ‘fitting room’ (it was the restroom) and a gal with way too many items to try on. Waited over fifteen minutes and gave up, which was kind of frustrating. Hopefully in the remodel they fit in some more fitting rooms!

She always has really unique stuff here and always seems to find the coolest vintage items! The clothing is very reasonably priced and one of a kind. All the clothing sold here is in very good condition and really fashionable, if you like vintage clothing styles. There is always a great furniture selection but it can be kinda pricey, which is understandable given it is truly vintage and one of a kind. Definitely worth checking out if you love vintage decor and clothing!

A great store if you want to dress like your mom who had you in the 1970s!! Also the store basically looked like the house I grew up on until recently...The prices were very reasonable and quality was excellent! I ended up with 2 dresses, 2 slips. A pillbox hat and will look like Jackie O sometime in the near future:-)

Amazing! And to think this was a few blocks down the whole time! They have anything you could think of, and the clothes are actually decently priced with a wider variety of sizes (to an extent, you know how it goes). Totally where ill be when i move and need to furnish my new house.

Just walking around this place is a blast. But you can always find vintage gems you never knew you needed. The prices are seriously outstanding. And the owner & staff are always the absolute best.

I LUV Funky Finds...and the Owners are Super Bubbly and Friendly. I re-sell, so i dont always walk away with purchases...but often I do! And there are times I wish I had my cargo trailer. Make sure You stop in for a Nostalgic Blast from the Past!!

I came here looking for a unique gift for my husband and left with 4 reasonably-priced items. The selection is very large and eclectic, running from candy cigarettes to antique and vintage furniture. The staff is very helpful and nice. I dont live in Des Moines, but if I do move here, I will definitely be furnishing and decorating my place with stuff from here.

One of my favorite places to visit on a lazy Saturday. Huge selection of mid-century good. Ive picked up a number of vintage ties that I wear quite often. Always something new to discover and bring friends from out of town.

I could spend so much time in the store and so much money its not even funny This is an amazing store...its like stepping back into your past and your parents passed and maybe even your grandparents. If you own things in great shape from the fifties sixties and seventies, the owner gives fair prices and honest evaluations of items.

This is one of my favorite spots to stop at whenever Im in Des Moines. Everything about the space is welcoming - you can and will find all sorts of treasures! I love how the items are thoughtfully curated and arranged - you can tell that there is a lot of pride taken in the shop. Any time Ive had any questions about the particular story behind a piece Suzie or her daughter have been wonderful in helping me with expert advice. Be sure to stop here whenever youre in Des Moines - you will be so happy you did!
