Very professional service. They stick to the quote they give. They came out to my location and changed my windshield which didnt take long. Only about 45 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend.

No matter how good a business is, eventually, everyone is going to have an issue. The mark of a business you want to work with is knowing how theyre respond when things dont go right. That happened with my windshield replacement. However, this company did a fantastic job working though the challenge with me and making sure that I was taken care of as a customer.When they came to replace my windshield on my VW Tiguan, we discovered that the manufacturer accidently shipped him a windshield for a Passat and mislabeled it as a Tiguan windshield. This was not the fault of 2020 Auto Glass, but the incident left me without a drivable vehicle. They handled the issue professionally, and worked with me to ensure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.I cant speak highly enough of 2020 Auto Glass, and would absolutely recommend using them to anyone looking to get a windshield replaced.
