I have to say that I am very pleased with Kinman glass. I went in the other day because my 8 year old broke a window. I called Kinman glass and they helped me get it resolved. No nonsense and low prices. They have low labor rates in my opinion. I really feel like they do honest business and don’t gouge the customer. I appreciate it.

These guys kickass. Excellent work. Brought a window in from my house after the glass came in, and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. I’m not saying that will always be the case, but damn, did they beat my expectations. Very friendly group of people. Highly recommend Kinman!

My windshield on a Lexus GX 460 SUV required replacement. Kinsman replaced it within one week after the estimate. They were very accomodating and had completed the installation within two hours after i dropped it off. Excellent work!

Excellent service and products.

Took two months and multiple phone calls to get the work scheduled. When they finally did the work I gave the tech my debit card he called the office and gave the numbers to someone and marked my invoice as paid. Two days later they call me and say they must have WROTE my card number down wrong and payment didn’t go through. First of all why are you writing down credit card information and not running the card immediately? Secondly why would your tech mark the invoice as paid if the card didn’t work. Also none of the employees wore a mask inside my home.

Excellent work! I needed a power window replaced and they were able to get me in the same day! They thought it would take about an hour but it was closer to 40 minutes. They don’t have guest wifi while you wait but with how fast they were I didn’t need it.

Have had several great interactions with Kinman. I think it has the feel of a small town shop where customer service matters. Have had rock chips repaired, a windshield for daughters car, and bought glass plate for an end table. Willing to go the extra mile to help. Great place.

Part of the process of updating my home was replacing the shower stall in the basement. Kinman Glass came to the rescue by measuring, custom ordering a unique size, and installing a BEAUTIFUL shower door. The door fits perfectly and is WAY better than I would have chosen on my own because of Dougs vision and experience. I trust Kinman and have enjoyed a wonderful working relationship. I keep getting great comments about the shower door from visitors.

Terrible customer service, waiting for a technician to show up never happen, and the phone calls they never resolve anything or bring a solution, waiting and waiting and nobody unaware of the situation.

Kinman Glass did an amazing job on our new shower door. Doug came out and measured the opening for the shower and went over all the options and styles of doors. The installation guy did a great job! Very professional, clean, polite, and the new door looks amazing!

We needed to have a big patio glass replaced due to a break in. Called a couple of companies to get quotes and all of the quotes were very similar. Everyone I have interacted with from quoting, to installation, to billing have been pleasant and courteous. Installation took less than an hour and they worked with my schedule along the way.Update: I just dropped the rating because I just noticed they didnt do a very good job cleaning up all of the broken glass.

I order a piece of insulated glass for a replacement in my home. It was ordered, and fit to a tee. Huge money saver as opposed to replacing the entire window. It was ordered and received in the time they told me. Good quality also. Thanks for the help and prompt service. I recently took a baseball to my master, and they are going to be my first call!!

I was very pleased with everything from the first call to the finished product. I had a chip in my windshield, and they were very friendly and helpful. They warned me that the chip would still be visible (which was expected and understandable) but that it wouldnt spread. I was very pleased with their service and the timely manner in which I was taken care of.

Called and cancelled on me twice. Apparently don’t want the business.

I had my car windshield replaced by Kinman Glass. They did an excellent job, but there was a small issue where the windshield manufacturer (not Kinman) had put a ripple in the glass. Kinman went above and beyond to address and resolve the issue for us. We had already paid in full, so they could have shrugged it off, or put us on the back burner; but Kinman obviously takes pride in their work. They return calls promptly, are attentive and professional, and their prices are very competitive. I will be ordering more work for my home from Kinman Glass and will be telling my friends and family these are the people I trust.Quality product, professional people, great service.

Great job on my windshield replacement. We were running a few minutes late getting back (at closing time) but the manager waited for me to get my car.

This shop defines customer service. It’s no surprise they are locally owned. When another national shop wanted to put in a whole window, they were willing to fix the problem and save me money. Customer for life!

I had a bad experience with a previous windshield replacement by a national glass company. I specifically sought out a locally owned and operated glass company the next time that I needed a windshield replacement. I was impressed with Kinmans knowledgeable and professional staff. They answered all my pre-sale questions thoroughly. I am extremely pleased with their quality workmanship!

Terrific service and very timely. Had a rear window replaced the week of Christmas. Was in within two hours of my call and out less than two hours later. Very easy and pleasant experience.
