They are awesome! Found out my truck had spacers stack on top of my lift and got them removed! Truck drives like brand new! Looks great and at a great price! Dont go anywhere else!

I was impressed with the Salesman that helped me. He had just walked past me as I pulled in. When I asked about a tonneau cover he already knew what I was driving. Observant. The cover installation was quick, the install job has a couple spots that bother me. I will stop in and see if they can fix for the 5th star.

I had a subwoofer box sprayed with bedliner by whoever they send their stuff to and it came back with runs on every edge. They offered to spray it again, but after the first job they did? Nah, i think ill take it somewhere else.

So here is my experience with total truck. I called and made an appointment to get an air lift system installed. At that time I explained that I did not want a wireless system installed on this company truck. At that time he quoted me a price of $1250. So I dropped of the truck in Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment. I showed up shortly before their closing time to pick up the truck. I looked in the can before going in and did not see the analog gauge I asked for. So when I go in they come up with its $1250 plus tax. That was not mentioned before. Yeah they installed a wireless compressor. I left with the truck at that point and drive Springfield Illinois. At that point the compressor starts kicking on every couple minutes. Yes an air leak. So the price quoted to me wasnt correct. The air compressor was the wrong one and it leaked. So when I went back on that Monday I wanted to speak to the owner/manger who really didnt want to have anything to do with me. He explained to me the the guys behind the counter could handle this for me. I dont believe this was their problem. Then he explains too me that were all human and stuff happens. At that time we went to the counter and he made the appointment for me to take the five hours off of work to bring the truck back to install the correct air compressor and fix the leak. I brought the truck in for the appointment when I guess its to difficult to even say hello/good morning to someone standing in front of you. So the only person that showed any kind of respect was the Hawaiian looking gentleman that works behind the counter, sorry I dont remember his name. I was looking at doing this air lift system on 4 different truck with this shop but not anymore. If you decide to use this shop I hope you have a lot better experience then I did.

New truck with a cover that was not installed properly. Took it to total truck. They took truck in and made the necessary adjustments and totally made it 100% functional. When they brought it out and gave me keys the mentioned this is a cover they didnt install but fixed for me anyhow. Wowser what great customer service. All my needed purchases moving forward will be purchased at this location. Thanks guys. Have shared this experience many times.

I left this review almost a year ago my truck caught fire the insurance fire investigator determined that they had pinched a wiring harness when they lifted my truck, I lost almost 25,000 because of their incompetence, You can pay for the parts were not going to install them were not going to tell you we didnt install them said itd be a day and a half it was three days when I took it back they had to change a bunch of stuff because they did it wrong Venture at your own risk their real nice people though

The worst service ever!! Told them what i wanted done to my truck and they said they would call back with a quote ( that was 4 weeks ago)! Obviously they didnt want my money!! Take your truck to earls whitewall if you want it done by professionals!!

I was referred here by NAPA in Panora, IA (By Jeremy). I came in to purchase a grill guard for our new Jeep. It wasn’t the exact one that we wanted, this was probably just due to lack of communication between my trying to convey what we wanted over the phone.The employees here are so nice and professional. They offer very fair installation charges.There is a small scrape, scratch on the grill, not sure if there’s anything that can touch that up or not. But, I’m sure there will be more scratches to come with normal wear and tear.We do plan to return here for additional products to add on to the Jeep.I do recommend this business, you won’t be disappointed in this knowledge and professional staff.
