If I could rate 0 start I would. September 2019 spent estimate $7,000.00 on 2 fryers, range and flattop. We don’t use the range daily. Went to use the oven yesterday and won’t stay lit. Called our election and the thermal coupler is broke. I called today and was told (not exact words) you get what you pay for unfortunately the range was on the lower end of cost. (It was around $2,000.00) and there is nothing they can do. Thanks for selling poor quality appliances. I will never purchase anything else from this company.

Restaurant quality with good prices. Some people want the pretty or fancy looking tools and thats fine. I was shopping for someone who wants something that will work for a long time

While this new location is on a more traveled street, I preferred their East Des Moines location. Complaints would be low lighting and the lack of a handicap entrance. I had also hoped for a larger selection of table/sauce dishes and knivesThe plus was friendly staff.

My first visit there I was greeted and welcomed, and ever since Ive become a fan of Bolton & Hay! They are customer-focused and have a wide variety of commonly used commercial items in bulk or single selections, all for reasonable prices. If they dont have what you are looking for--ASK THEM. They might be able to find what you need, just have to order it. I found quite a few things I would like to return for--all I needed was a big mixing bowl--so I know that Ill be back!

This is a fun place to explore. Youll find all kinds of wonderful, super high quality cookware, kitchen tools and gadgets. The people there are very helpful.

They are very helpful and knowleable on the products they have in there store and what they can get for your business there is alot to choose from they have nacho machines and the cheese cotton candy machines and the stuff to go with it, you name it and they have it for your business .

They offer a lot of supplies for any start up business or just those who want to prepare their personal kitchen like a pro chef. Many of the prices are very reasonable.

Great selection, but I every time I go there I have a hard time finding someone to ring me up.

It is a kitchen wonderland with fantastically helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Price on shelf different than price at the register and the would not honor the shelf price. 1/3 Price difference. I needed the item and can get it elsewhere so was stuck paying the higher price.

Low prices on industrial grade cook ware. Whats not to love.

They have a little bit of everything you need if they dont have it in stock they can get it for you
