Excellent service! Providing curb side pick-up during the Covid 19 shut down is so appreciated. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine Galvin who hand picked my order and had it ready for me to pick up in an instant. She is knowledgeable and VERY professional. In a word....awesome! Stopped by after my stylist recommended I pick up some products for my dry scalp. I didn’t know exactly the products I needed, but I told the gal behind the counter, Robin, what I needed and she picked out some stuff that would work and had answers to all my questions.I haven’t tried the products yet but the service was 10/10! I have always been a devoted customer of Sallys but the young girl that was working the last dozen or so times Ive been in was just awful. Not only was she completely incorrect in the info she decided to interject into a conversation I was having with my friend but she did so by eavesdropping and interrupting us. And then when I tried to clarify what she was saying she was extremely rude in response. Wont be going back to this Sallys again for quite a while. Ill order Amazon...

Very rude to my family screaming at them across the store ask for medical proof about using a mask and by law they cant due to hippa laws need to avoid that place at all cost
