Got two tattoos from Jessica Kloos today and I’m in love! She took the time to redesign a tattoo my step mom got and was totally professional and cool with it. She kept the conversation going during our tattoos and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend her! :)

I’ve gotten my first piercing and my nose pierced here and they went perfectly everything healed amazing. Then I went to pierce my other ear. The manager who I respect and find very kind and easy to talk to asked me if his “apprentice” could pierce my ear. (Keep in mind she has no clue what she is doing) But without hesitation I said yes just to not be rude. She was a little older than me so I figured she had some type of good experience. I was very wrong. It’s been about 4 or 5 months since I’ve gotten my ear pierced and it got super infected and is still in the healing process. I’ve had to go to the doctors office for ear pain more than twice. DO NOT LET ANYONE GIVE YOU BODY MODIFICATIONS UNLESS IT IS A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL!

Watched the manager cuss at employees at hot topic today because one of them stated an opinion about expo to a customer and she threatened to sue for slander. Extremely rude. Careful not to write a bad review or they’ll try to sue😨

Got my belly pierced and the guy and girl are Awesome ! Went back for an alleric reaction and he switched it out for free and told me to come back in a week if it doesnt get better . This is the best, most caring piercing place ! I recommend this place if I could 100 star rate it I would !

I went to get my doubles and my cartilage / helix pierced. Chris did it and he did a wonderful job! I could tell he really knew what he was doing and I was a little nervous but he really helped make me feel calm! Everyone there was very nice and willing to help! He explained everything he was doing while he was doing the piercings and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend going there for piercings.

This place is HORRIBLE! I went in with my daughter to get her pierced and they said the piercer was not available, but to me we could pre-pay and they would call us. They gave us a $5 discount for the trouble and told us if we found someone to do it sooner, they would refund the money. I came back in today (one day later) and was told they would NOT Issue a refund and acted like I was lying. The woman at the counter just called the manager who said no refund would be issued, even though their employee said it would be. They told me that the person who told me this shouldnt have and that I signed a waiver saying I would forfeit a refund. COMPLETELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have gotten both my nose and belly button piercing done at expo and both have been all around amazing experiences. From the friendly mannerisms from the piercer and employees in the store to helping me with my piercing problems, I will always suggest going her to my friends and family members due to such a warm and comfortable environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get any future piercings done!!

Amazing piercers and tattoo artists!!! They always make sure you are completely happy with the final result. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Went and got a Medusa piercing and it’s not even in the center of my lip. I’m so irritated by it that i literally just want to take it out. There’s no Way to fix a misplaced lip piercing other than to redo it. And I’m sure they wouldn’t give my money back so i won’t even bother.

Got new nose ring put in and belly button re-pierced

Experience has always been good except one time, I e been here many times. I was getting my tragus pierced, the piercer did the first side no problem but the second side was a different story. He was causing me so much pain my ears started ringing and I was about to pass out, this us not normal for me. He finally decided to wait until the owner came, he was on his way. Come to find out the first guy hadnt pierced it straight. The owner gave me my money back for all piercings I received that day which amounted to $120. So horrible turned into not so bad.

If I could give a zero star I would. I was there looking for a gift when I overheard the sales lady tell a customer that she was lying and would not let the customer talk to a manager who was on the phone with the sales lady behind the counter. Needless to say I didnt stay to buy anything and will never go back.

I’ve never had a piercing before. When my wife called the phone was immediately picked up and provided the information we needed. The piercer Chris was amazing. He did a great job at calming my anxiety, fast, and provided me with info to take care of the new piercing at home. 5/5

I went in because I had a dermal put in last week at another shop out of town and snagged it. He was so nice about it, cleaned it, and even complimented the piercing they had done. Will be going here for future piercings for sure!

My fiance and I went here to get our sons name tattooed on us and it was awesome! Very great professional customer service skills with a nice clean sanitary work space as well. We had Gage Brim do ours and his work is phenomenal!!!! He takes his time and charges decent prices. He also works with customers to satisfaction and goes out of his way to treat you well like family. We will definitely return to ONLY him from now on.

Would rate zero stars if I could. I asked for an industrial piercing. When picking out the bar I wanted I asked for a smaller bar because I have smaller ears and the man refused to give me one, even though I was paying for it with my own money. Then, as I went in the booth to get the piercing the piecer didn’t even let me choose the position of which I wanted the piercing. So now I have a very vertical bar piercing. At the end of the horrible experience the girl at the checkout asked me if I needed sea-salt water spray for the piercing. I replied “yea, I wasn’t given any”. Then I paid $76. ABSOLUTELY TOO MUCH! After I waited for her to give me the spray and she stared at me and said “do you need something”? I then replied “the sea salt water spray “ she then tried to tell me that I said I didn’t need it. Lastly I had ended up paying too much for such a horrible experience. PLEASE go someplace elsewhere, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to get matching tattoos with a friend and though I have had multiple tattoos done here by a different artist I am so monstrously disappointed. Our tattoos do not match, and as much as I was convinced I was just being dramatic during the tattoo process, she and I both have scarring and ink loss in the same exact spot. These were pieces done almost 2 weeks ago and are still relatively painful to the touch, and up until 3 days ago were cracking and bleeding. I now have a 2 1/2” scar on my arm without much ink in it. The only reason I am giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because dude was very nice and had great customer service (but pricey) i will not be returning, or recommending people here for tattoos which I have done for a few years now. Just so bummed out.

Unless You Want To Pay Someone To Damage Your Piercings DONT EVER GO HERE. Went In To Get Two Clear Lip Retainer And They Put In Two Different Sizes In My Mouth. I Even Told Her I Was In Too Much Pain, So She Puts Ointment On The Tip And Continues To Shove It In. I Now Have Two Different Size Lip Holes And Out 15$ What A SAD Excuse For A Piercer.

My friend and I came in to get our ears pierced, hers for the first time and mine for the 3rd. It was as quick and painless as possible and a very nice experience! All of our questions were answered and afterwards I needed some help getting the right size jewelry for other piercings and they were more than happy to help!

Got a tattoo here. Horrible job. Went out of the lines numerous times and did not do a smooth job. Worst tattoo I’ve ever gotten and have already booked my old tattoo artist for a cover up.

Had my diath pierced. Was very clean and sterile. The staff are outgoing and knowledgeable. Will be going back.

I got my cartilage piercing done two years ago and it still never fully healed, and the angle of the piercing is crooked. Only good thing is that the piercer was nice. Too bad it is low quality.

I got my belly button pierced and it was always infected. I went to a different piercing place to get it checked out and it was done too high. The belly button ring wasn’t even in my belly button but above it and it was too close to the surface. Awful job! DONT EVER GO HERE! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
