We have had this service for a few years now. We got on it through our Costco membership. Their deliver has always been inconsistent. We are supposed to get deliveries once a month, sometimes its a bit less than a month, sometimes more. Last December/January we got deliveries 3 deliveries in 5 weeks.We are supposed to be getting 5 bottles each delivery, but they leave whatever they feel like leaving. Sometimes it is the 5 bottles, sometimes more, sometimes less. The last few deliveries it has been less. I call to complain and they said my account is on replenish, not a specific number of bottles. Ive been told this several times, and they supposedly keep changing it back to the number of bottles Im supposed to get. Last week we only got 2 bottles, so I called headquarters, not the local number, they apologized and said I was on replenish, and they fixed it again and said they would send out the 3 bottles the next day. Im now a week after the next day and I still dont have the 3 bottles. I called headquarters again, and they said Im on replenish and they had no record of them sending more bottles and they cant send more until Monday now. I told them if they screw up the next order they can just pick everything up and cancel my account. Im tired of constantly having to call them to get what I order (and get billed for) and constantly getting the runaround.Update: They still couldnt manage to get my deliveries right, and I had multiple promises for the manager of the Des Moines branch to call me, and when they never called me, multiple promises for someone from corporate to call me, which also never happened. I canceled my service and am signing up with their competitors.

I should have read the reviews about the lack of service before signing up with this company. I have not received water since the initial delivery and when I called customer service representative Sylvia was rude and less than helpful. If this is not corrected tomorrow, I will be canceling service immediately.

Great company to provide great tasting hot and cold water plus extras like flavored water drinks. Delivery service is the best and the driver even carried the bottle of water into my house when I had shoulder surgery and could not lift the bottles. Prices are great and the water dispenser is so convenient to us with both hot and cold water. Thank you!

This company is horrible! We have had them for 3 months going on four and are supposed to be delivered water every two weeks. We have only gotten two deliveries and call EVERY DAY. If we don’t get our water this week, we are canceling. So incredibly disappointing

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Absolutely poor delivery service and local management. I would not recommend using this company.

I would give Hinckley a 5 for their great tasting water. I never have to feel like Im drinking something nasty or watch the sugar content.However, their are 3 reasons why I am cancelling with Hinckley Springs.1) In the beginning I was told my delivery time would be at about 10:00 a.m. on delivery day. I sleep days and so on delivery day, no matter how tired, I had to make sure I was awake or carry it in myself. I can no longer carry those bottles. Delivery date changes every month now.2) I signed up for having them take it directly out of my checking account, but I never know what is going to come out ahead of time.3) I asked the company twice to make the money for my bill come out on the first, as I am on a fixed income. Its when I know there is enough money there for them. The last 10 days of the month are touch and go. They cant work with their customers and their customer service is lousy. My bill this month was almost $30 and I only had about $50 in my account, so I could starve to death the last 10 days.So I am cancelling and will find another company to go with that will work with customers.
