Don’t listen to what anybody else says, this place is the GO TO PLACE for formal dresses! ABSOLUTELY best customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I don’t typically leave reviews AT ALL. The lady assisting me with a dress stuck with me through and through and made me feel absolutely beautiful even with the little bit of weight I’ve gained. She even told me she can alter the dress there and have me pick it up shortly in a week. They have so many different styles there and she told me herself that she shops everyday for new dresses to bring in store. I appreciated this positive experience and the assistance. I cannot stop smiling or glowing from the experience I’ve had at this store. Cannot say enough of what a wonderful experience Ive had here.

I walked in looking for a dress and they had told me my skin color would not look good in a dress. Absolutely horrible service and to the reviewer who said everyone else is lying maybe take into account the amount of people talking about their experiences. Don’t have a card machine if you don’t want to use it 👍🏾

Went here with my girlfriend and had the most positive dress buying expierience we have ever had. The woman was very attentive to our needs and helping us select the best dress for the occasion. The woman helped my girlfriend feel special and beutifal and I truly appreciated that.

I got my prom dress here and it is beautiful! The nice lady working helped me find it in the right size and I couldnt be happier with the service :) Things were affordable and there was a large variety of styles to choose from.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mom went into this store looking for a pair of shoes for me and my sister and herself a dress for my brothers wedding. The lady working, who I believe is the owner, told my mom after looking her up and down, “no no we skinny here, you go to JCPennys.” HOW RUDE!! I wish I was with my mom I would’ve lit this lady up! I’m only giving 1 star because I have to! I don’t even understand how this store is still open with all the terrible reviews.

Dresses are most likely fake! Went to look in the store just to get ideas for prom, wound up being made to try on a dress, that I really liked, looked at the tag and the brand name was cut off, she likely has real dresses on display and specially orders the fake ones! Wasn’t allowed to take a picture of the dress on me, not sure why.

Not good at all the lady was very controlling trying to get me to try on stuff I didnt want to and wanted me to only look at like 2 dresses in my size and I felt trapped there the dresses are also not that well made and look like the gems and stones would fall off .

Purchased a dress, let sales lady know I was unsure about it and it was for a September event (it’s July) but she said no problem. Looked online and it appeared they had a return policy. Two days later I attempted to return the dress. They did not allow.They showed me a sign that was NOT POSTED when I purchased the dress. You better know what you want, because you can’t take it back.

Horrible place and customer service. Wont let you return any dresses and make you pay in cash for some odd reason? My dresses were ripped and lady there was very rude

I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Lady was rude as hell ! She was pressuring my cousins to by a quince dress, told her she had to pay in full. She made her try on a dress then kicked me out from trying to help her zip it up. When we went back up to the counter we told her that will be back, that will think about it. She then got serious and threw her booklet down. Never experienced customer service like that. I’m surprise her store is still open. Like I said, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. Worst place ever! Sadly I had to rate this stupid store. But I’d give it no stars.

This is our second year of buying a prom dress from K-Fashion. My daughter loves the attention the owner pays to her. The dresses are great quality and reasonably priced, and we love that she gives us free jewelry to match the dresses for paying in cash. We will definitely return for formal dress needs.

I took my daughter in here to look at dresses. She will be in 9th grade and over the moon about dances and finding a perfect dress. The lady working had terrible customer service skills. Asked me what I was looking for. I told her we were looking for a formal dress. She turned around and walked away from me. Before I even finished speaking she was gone. My daughter found a dress she loved so I asked her if she could try it on. The lady told me she could only try it on if I bought it. I told her straight up there was no way in hell I would ever buy a dress before she tried it on and left. I see now she has done this regularly! Not a very smart business move to scare off teen girls who have four years of dances to attend.0 stars wasnt an option. This lady is vile!

Went to K Fashion at Merle Hay Mall to get a prom dress. Do not go there ladies. The owner is extremely rude. When I went to pay she actually asked me to go into the mall and get cash so she didnt have to pay the fee for using the card machine. She had been very rude to and​ if my daughter hadnt wanted that particular dress so bad I would not have given her my business. I told her I will never set foot in her shop again. I have never ever been pushed to the edge like this before. Usually I have a lot of patience as I have worked retail before. But this lady does bad business and has horrible manners.

I had went K Fashion at Valley West Mall. We went to K Fashion for the damas dresses for my daughter’s Quinceañera. We ordered the dresses on Oct 6 and was told that the dresses would be here prior to her Quinceañera. When going to other locations they quoted us only needing 7 days to have the dresses come in so we thought 20 days should have been plenty. The Monday prior to her Quinceañera I called to get a status of the order. The lady didn’t ask my name, she just asked what color the dresses were. She then asked me when her Quinceañera was, if it was that coming weekend or the next. When I told her in 5 days she said that she will call me back either later that evening or the next day. I asked if my dresses will be here on time and she said yes and hung up.We got a text from her, not a call but a text saying that we can pick up the dresses Friday at 4:00. Since I was at the hall decorating I had to make arrangements for someone to go and pick them up. 3:30 I received a text stating that the dresses would be ready at 8:00 PM! I call her and told her that we are out of town and that it doesn’t work for us to come at 8:00 at night when it the night before her party and we are getting ready at the Hall. I told her that I was disappointed in her customer service. She guaranteed that we would have the dresses in time for the party. Her response was, she did keep what she guaranteed since her party was the NEXT day. I told her that I felt as though she should have to deliver the dresses since the change in the time when they will be available. With this she asked me if I was going to pay her to do this! She said that she didn’t make any money off of me and that she had to pay for shipping already to get the dresses here. With this she said that she will call me back later and hung up. She then called my daughter and said that she would have the dresses delivered to my house at 11:00 on Saturday. (The day of the party) At 11:00 we call and find out that she hadn’t even left yet and that she said that she would have to call one of her employees.We had to scramble to find someone someone go to the store to pick up the dresses to only find out that they weren’t even there! She told the person to wait there 45 minutes while she went to the UPS store to pick them up! I highly suggest not using K Fashion.If I could give no stars I would!

I went into the store, the lady asked what I was looking for. I said a two piece prom dress. She looked at me and said They dont make them in your size. She didnt ask my what size I was or anything. It was incredibly rude and when it was pointed out she denied it and said she will show me what they do make in my size. I do not recommend going here at all, it was a terrible experience.

The lady is EXTREMELY rude she wouldn’t even look at me when I was asking her questions about the dress I wanted she refused to let me try it and said I didn’t have money to pay for it so I couldn’t touch it she called me a child and said I just wanted to try it on for fun I saw the prom dress Of my dreams in there but she wouldn’t even give me the opportunity to try it on before I bought it we begged her till it got to the point where I didn’t even want to do business with her anymore. THATS HOW BAD MY EXPERIENCE WAS I SAW THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS AND TRIED EVERYTHING TO BUY IT BUT SHE WAS SOOOOOOOO RUDE I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CHANGE MY MIND SOMEBODY THAT BITTER DOES NOT DESERVE ANYBODYS MONEY IF THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THAT DISRESPECT JUST FOR A DRESS THAT THEIR STILL PAYING $300+ for and this isn’t my first bad experience but I thought I’d give her a second chance due to the circumstances.

Owner was really pushy and intimidating. Made me feel like I had to buy something or else. She wouldnt let us just browse on her own like she thought we were going to steal something (watched us like a hawk). We couldnt even enjoy trying anything on because she would bang on the fitting room door to hurry up. I may go to try on to see what I like and look online but wont actually buy from there

Woman kicked me out telling me to come back with my parents and was very rude. My parents have knee issues and I was looking to buy a dress. We came back later only for her to pesture us and make us run around looking for an ATM to pay her in CASH because she gets fined for taking payments on her card machine. Do NOT go here

I went in with a big friend of mine and the lady says we dont have any dresses that will fit her and stuff like that in this place is just a crackpot its a date then please are completely rude to the customers customers are always right about whatever it is that theyre right even if theyre wrong and you treat the customers as that not the way this place treats their customers the lady was practically yelling at my friend and everything
