Stopped in to grab a couple slurpees on a warm day for the kids and the slurpee area was a wreck. Looked like someone walked in and threw all the lids and straws everywhere. And then I look down after waiting 10 minutes for them to grab me a lid from the back and I looked down and see a crate full of frozen chicken strips just sitting on the ground. Dont eat the food here.

Drastically overpriced (2-3 x market). Drive 3-5 minutes further either direction for normal prices.

Horrible. The old gentleman on Sunday night 1/17/2021 around 8:45 was the absolute worst. He was so rude and on his phone the majority of the time. Said he wouldn’t change the price because I grabbed the wrong thing. Insulted me several times. Such a jerk. Horrible customer service. If you hate your job that much and people get a new one! The younger gentleman I dealt with around 6 though was absolutely so kind and wonderful. Very welcoming. Regardless I will never go back as long as that old guy is working there. I suggest everyone go there earlier in the day.

So I deliver for Door Dash, and I stopped at this 7- Eleven. Long story short they are marking their products at a 100-200% mark up. 20oz soda is supposed to be anywhere between $1.99 & $2.19 a bottle. They are marking their sodas at $3.99. That is way to expensive. They are ripping people off with those prices. Shop there at your own risk. They need to lower their prices.

Go up the street towards 99. Prices are 2x here than they are 2 miles away.

The cashier I often see working never wears his mask properly (just around his neck). I am not so much concerned about my safety as I am at his blatant disregard of the rules that EVERYONE in the world has to follow, including me to go inside and get a snack. He isnt above the rules. I come to this one because it is walking distance to my store. But if they arent following such an easy rule (such as wearing a mask while working) what ELSE are they not following? I noticed they also only got a Good on their King County Food inspection. I only come here for packaged food and I check the expiration dates.Someone should really talk to the management about the mask rule as they could get fined. If I have to wear a mask in my essential job, then so do you. No one who works with the public is exempt from this.

The dude working there today doesnt understand what closed means if it came up and hit him in the face

This is the 5th time going to 7 Eleven locations and being told that there is no sale when there is a sign. When he finally admitted to there being a sale, he said I had to buy two of the same kind even though it said ANY Jones products to get 2 for $2. Im sick and tired of this happening at 7 Eleven. I love this store chain, but why isnt there any customer appreciation?

On 01/02/20 @ 8pm my son & I went into the store. Being the only two customers in the store the intire time we were at the store. The Employee that was working was an older man with grey hair. Sold me a soda first. Thean sold my son 2 Slingo Tickets # 075 & 076, my son tols him he wanted to buy the next number as well, because he really likes the number! We had not yet stepped away from the counter. It took the employee a little long to present the next ticket. During which I had mentioned the odds of winning. At that moment we thought nothing of it. When we saw the ticket already had the numbers diagnaly down the center of the ticket was already revealed. Didnt say anything. We left the store. Sometime had pass after we returned home, before we got the tickets out to Scratch them. That was when we both realized that the last ticket that we were sold was not # 077! But infact # 080. The odds of winning on this game is 1 in 4.17.Meaning 1 in every 5 tickets will be a winner. ...Later after we watched our movie we had rented. I returned to the store, to address the issue. Of coarse the employee denied any wrong doing. Ay first admitted remembering us. He became very uncomfortable when I brought up the situation & showing him the ticket sequence as I explained. He became very defensive. I am planning on reporting to walottery today..

I will tell you this is the last time I ever come here $2.49 for a pepperoni stick that is ridiculous Ive never been to a 7-Eleven so overpriced in my life the customer service what a joke dont come here if were you everything is way overpriced there is no reason to charge so much the owner must be greedy or is losing so many customers that he has to raise the price cause the service is so poor

It was midday on a saturday when I went in for a pack of cigarettes. The man wouldnt accept my passport as a valid form of ID, which is against the law. After asking for a number to call his boss he repeatedly told me no and to have a nice day condescendingly. The customer service is appalling and unacceptable, I will not bring my business back but have reported this to the WSLCB board to be investigated.

I came here an they were very racist. Im sick of shopping at 711. I will never shop at a 711 again. They dont deserve my money. Im sick of these Indians who come to America to treat Americans with disrespect. Its never good for business.

I wish i could give this place zero stars...I use to love 7 elven but the way 7 elvens i have been in lately treat customers has me wanting to boycott the brand ...This one was just particularly horriable. And when i asked for his name and when i could talk to his boss he told me he didnt know when his boss works. At that point i already felt like he was rude and disrespectful. But lying to

Prices are shockingly high and the morning staff lack any people skills.

I had an issue and manager approached me for a solution. I was satisfied with the outcome.

They have warm food......and great SLURPEE sellection in the summers.....
