This store has good deals. Real clean. I do wish they had more selections. Not enough checkers. However, they get high marks first a McKean public restroom. I have phobia of public restrooms. So absolutely having to use one gave me much anxiety. This bathroom was clean.

My husband and I went in this store looking for a specific item we had seen advertised on their commercial. It said online that there were plenty in stock, but the employees werent too excited about helping me find it. Hubby turned his back on his shipping cart for about 15 seconds. When he turned back around his car was being wheeled away by a clerk who was putting all his stuff back on shelves! The shelves werent stocked very well either, making it extra difficult to find anything. We finally left the store without buying anything.

I dont make it out here much, but when I do I always find something I want, need or love. I just got a popcorn mix and its the most delicious popcorn ever!

Saw some nice stuff but didnt see a whole lot of savings.

Shelves were pretty bare, online inventory wasnt anywhere close to what they claimed to have for in store pick-up. Not one employee greeted me in any way let alone ask if I needed any help.Not too satisfied

Furniture is made very cheap. Flip over the couch and take off the black cover up and look at the piece of wood its put together. Youll be shocked. Giant knot holes to the point that the wood is going to crack.we bought a sectional that lasted one year. All the wood was cracking or the staples was pulling apart. Dont take.my word for.it, look for yourself.

Good customer service at this location. Bought a bed and management holding for us, but everyone was very helpful.

This Big Lots has the nicest staff. They were so helpful in the furniture department. I made a big move from Indiana to Iowa, and they held a couch and bed for me to pickup. They were so nice and eager to assist.

I love the serta futon the customer service not so much.

Nothing special here....we asked a clerk the price of a box of coffee pods that were unmarked. We were told one price and at checkout they were almost $10 higher. The clerks response was well, it is what it is. Yeah!

Store is a little dirty, grimy and small, but it is good. Especially if you look, you can find some great deals.

First time ever going and I was a bit disappointed but still found a few nice things. Not sure what I expected but at least I can say Ive been there. Its about a 30 min drive so cant say its a store I will shop at regularl basis.

Its a big store with reasonable priced items and a big variety to choose from very nice staff a clean store plenty of parking check it out and see what just might catch your eyes !

Hadnt been to this store since it 1st opened. Tonight I was Blessed to be checked out by MsAnita. I guess Hy-Vee isnt the only store with a helpful smile. Thank you Ms. Anita. Wonderful asset to the company. 💯🙏🏾

Im not sure what I was expecting going in here, but the place was pretty dirty and seemed very unorganized. I did find what I needed though.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. When we arrived, waited 20 minutes after calling to let them know we arrived. Finally went inside to pick up and item was not as shown on the website.

Nice, large building but it was sort of a mess. Things were messy and were all over. Nice variety of times. Employees seemed decent and willing to help if you stop them. None of them asked us if we were doing okay and finding things okay.Prices on some items you can find at the dollar store for a dollar were four dollars and above.

Didnt have what I wanted but inventory fluctuates. It was online but not in the store.

Nice place to shop for everyday items. The store is clean and well-managed. Lots of holiday decorating supplies, especially Halloween and Christmas. When icicle likes die, come here to get them. The hangers to put them on gutters. Nice folks staff the store.

Dirty, slow check out, dirty dirty

There are certain things we like at big lots that we dont get anywhere else. We recently bought furniture there and after a bad experience at homemakers we found what we wanted almost identical to what homemakers had for a fraction of the price. The table ended up being damaged when we got home and they gladly exchanged it and were so nice and helpful. If every store had a Bridgette and Tyler theyd never have another customer complaint.

I have not been in Big Lots for quite some time and I was blown away by all the changes they have made. It is absolutely amazing. The style, variety, and as always their excellent prices. I could have spent all day in their looking. Love the changes. Definitely a huge thumbs up from me 😊😊😁😁😊😊😁😁

The store has changed over the years. Prices arent as reasonable as they once were. I do enjoy the hunt for random fun finds, but then weigh the amount of time it will take to check out through the one open register.

Purchased a recliner sofa from this store. Tyler, the clerk, was extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained the warranty options, and helped me find a delivery service when I requested it. This guys mission in life was to make sure I was squared away. :) ... All associates were prompt in asking if I needed assistance as I walked through the store looking at other items. ... The store has a slightly cluttered feel, but has a large inventory and great sales associates.

Toy area was pretty sparse.

2 stars as store doesnt look as trashy as they cleared out lots of the previous clutter & guy in furniture area was friendly/helpful even though we were just there for storage bins. Cashier went on break after helping the person in front of us when we were in line...seriously looked at us, said nothing & literally walked away without a word. Ridiculous! We gave up & left then saw employee sitting on front bench vaping. We can count on 1 hand how many times we have stopped there in dozen years; no need to ever go back after this experience.

This is a very interesting store with lots of variety in terms of the products they sell. Everything from house essentials to furniture to food. Their prices vary in terms of savings. Some things are the cheapest that I have ever seen in a store other items are more expensive than most other places. It is a big store despite its outside appearance.

I love Big Lots for many reasons. They have fair pricing, an abundant array of categories of which to shop from, always have coupons or discounts, and theyre a BIG store!! I really like the customer service as well!!

Was not impressed, aisles were cluttered, restrooms were closed( said out of order but probably dont want to sanitize during covid) floors look like they hadnt been cleaned in a while.

I was not all that impressed with Big Lots. They offer some nice prices on the goods that they do stock, but the store itself is a little weird if you ask me.Its like they dont know whether they want to be purely a home decor store, or a grocery store. Maybe if Im in the market for a new couch, I might check them out again, but until then Im not missing anything by not going to Big Lots.

.....Thier favorite price must be $12.99 .. almost everything I picked up, from a cute pillow, to a SMALL decorative pumpkin was $12.99. Which was ridiculous. I found a better pillow, fir $10.99, at TJMAXX. AND better decor for fall, for less $$$. The reason I would like to shop at Big lots, was the prices. Very disappointing. I could go there and buy a lot of neat things, for under 30 dollars. Not anymore.

Horrible customer service. Employees did not care at all about there job or customers. They just wanted to leave and go home. I only came for one item and the employees didnt care to look.. in fact they lied.. so disappointing.

This store always looks like its having a clearance sale. They have good selection but the shelves often have lots of bare areas.

Many items not priced, so didnt buy. Bathroom very dirty. Im a club member, but told I wasnt, so didnt get perk of the day. When they tried to sign me up, they couldnt, as already had my email listed. Still didnt get free item.

Clean store . More of a variety than I expected.

Rude workers not my fault items were missed marked the cashier did not need to yell at me. when the manger come and fixed the problem will not be going back and letting all friends and family how rude this place is.

Plenty of parking kind courteous employees on the phone anyway that I know of so far I deliver in the morning and was told yes I can park just out of the way

Many items have no price. Inconvenient. I need 2b in a veeeeeeery stable place b4 shopping there. But its a close out store and days Im not borderline migraine, and if Ive been successful in all my other shopping that day, and Im in the area, Ill step in and walk around. It is not my go to store in any sense. But when things are going well and satans babies havent screamed the happy out of me elsewhere, its a store I enjoy.
