As soon as I walked in the door someone was there to greet me. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him then he walked me over to that product. He stayed with me the entire time and answered all of my questions promptly. No pressure of a sales person. Very great experience. They delivered within two hours of me purchasing. They advertise cheap prices but you can find cheaper at big name stores. Weve also never heard of the brands they carry. This seems more like a place that is for those who cannot afford to buy without financing their purchase - like an Ace Rent To Own.

After making contact with Sean over facebook he wasted none of my time and went above and beyond to be accommodating to my busy schedule.So much so he was willing to come in early on his weekend to make my day easier. Thankfully I managed to get down and see him tonight rather.While his knowledgable son Brendon show my wife and I the large range of stock he had ranging from under his already amazing advertised price off 200$ to $1000+ Seans extended hospitality to my children was in overabundance as he not only provided them with snacks but proceeded to pull out a ping pong table and let my kids entertain themselves.For the other parents of younger children you know how stressful it can be trying to make a big purchase while keeping your kids in line you can imagine how much more pleasant this made the experience.Im a very frugal man preffering not spend more then I have to and this is indeed the first new mattress Ive had. I ended up spending more then I imagined I would and purchased a bed valued at nearly $1600 for the great price of $850 and its worth every penny twice over.Willing to extend offers like Set prices on boxsprings in the future and free straps and assistance mounting and loading. Sean and his sons have passed my expectation by leaps and bounds the way only a family run business can.I write this novel from the comfort of my freshly installed bed and could digress but instead will summarized with, Sean you truly are the mattress king! Everyone was very polite and seemingly helpful but that doesnt mean much when youre being bait and switched. After posting a dozen+ facebook marketplace ads bosting king mattresses for $200, and messages spanning a few weeks about said king mattresses, it was frustrating to drive almost an hour to des moines only to find out that the $200 mattresses were actually for cabins/guest rooms and wouldnt hold up and that if you wanted a real mattress youd have to pay 500+I fully understand that 500 is a very good price for a mattress and had they been honest about that and let it speak for itself, Im sure they wouldve gotten my business. However they were intentionally deceiving. Once I left, I tried to message Braden, the worker I had been talking with for weeks, only to find out I couldnt message him anymore, as he had seemingly blocked me the instant I left the store. Up until that point I wasnt sure if it was deception or miscommunication but that was admittance to guilt as far as Im concerned. I dont understand why they have to turn to shady business tactics when they have genuinely good deals otherwise. Im sure they are very nice, the boy who helped me seemed a little flustered but polite (i think he said his name was hunter?), but that doesnt change the fact that this was a shady and unnecessary move. And a waste of my time and gas.
