Customer service is and always has been great. The owner even delivered our king size mattress to us and helped us carry it up the stairs and into our room. With that being said, this is the third mattress we have bought from them. The 1st two mattresses we bought were amazing. The quality and durability was top notch. We had our bed for about 5 years (the other mattress I bought for my daughter) and decided we want a bigger bed so we went back and bought a king size & most expensive mattress they had on the floor. We spent 1400 on the mattress alone. Im very disappointed to say that its already sinking in on each side where we lay, leaving the middle a bit more raised. Cant flip it because its not that sort of mattress. We bought the mattress in December and its now August but noticed theMattress sinking in probably a couple of months ago. I really do love this place but for the money we spent, I assumed the mattress would hold up better than it has. I give 4 stars because we have never had a problem prior to this and between our immediate family and my husbands side of the family we have purchased many of mattresses from here and have never had an issue. I really hoped our mattress would last us way longer but Im afraid I will be mattress shopping again in the near future.

Upgraded from a queen to a king! IM IN LOVE!! I got a queen from here 2 years ago! But always have wanted a king. The room is amazing lol! So comfy as well! The customer service at this store with Todd is just so friendly and one thing that always keeps you coming back! 10/10! Would recommend over and over! Was looking for a cheap mattress that was still quality and soft not firm. They had what we needed spot on! The owner was extremely helpful and super friendly! He gave us many options and answered all of our questions and more! Not only did he show us more affordable options but he helped us fit our mattress into my car so we wouldn’t have to do delivery. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced and a very satisfied purchase!!

Wonderful prices and wonderful customer service. The owner really seems to care about his customers and his business. Ran me through every low priced options they had, and even helped me avoid paying for delivery by giving me options that would fit in a car. After purchasing, he took 20 minutes to help me load the bed and box spring into my car. He’s not a pushy salesman either, he makes the choice yours and just tells the pros and cons of each choice.

Amazing! Its funny got my bed there as a kid and as a adult haha. The good gentleman there even helped load it and tie it down to my truck.

Amazing couple helped me out so much, super courteous & kind. Being young I’m slowly working on my credit and expected to be saving for the bed I wanted but they were able to set me up in a great quality mattress, beautiful headboard/frame & very nice protector for a really great price and even gave me a beautiful set of sheets! Needed a bed. Old bed was starting to effect health. The owners delivered it to after hours. Due to a mix up on my end the wrong bed was delivered. They went back to the store and got the right one and brought it back. They should have upcharged me but didnt. Will recommend to all family and friends who need a bed. The service cant be beat!!!

Good little furniture store! They sell new and used items. We bought a set of dressers. They were willing to negotiate and we ended up with two nice pieces for a fair price. From the street, the store may appear a little rough around the edges but it is worth checking out.

I have never been to the store but, I did see a truck delivering a mattress with Mattress Discounter stickers on the vehicle on 5/2/18. This particular vehicle was driving erratically and unsafely. Due to their lack of awareness of those around them I will never shop here. Your drivers should know they are representing the company when they are delivering or driving in general. Running red lights, switching lanes sporadically, and pulling out in front of people dangerous. You could have a large law suit on your hands if they continue to drive like this and get in a wreck. Please inform your employees on the rules of the road if you are going to provide delivery services!
