Great service, easy to work with, prompt on service calls and inventory shipments. We lease one large scanner/printer/copier/fax machine from Koch and we couldnt be happier all they provide for us. We are by no means a large customer but we are treated as good as the anyone else.
The Koch Office Group has been amaing to work with. As a non-profit we are careful with what we spend where and the have been the most cost effective. Plus the best service and our salesman was super helpful!
I have been calling Koch Office for 14 years and have found them very easy to work with. They answer their phone and the serviceman comes on the same day 98% of the time. The 2% is because I called late in the afternoon.Service Techs are polite and professional and in 14 years they have always fixed the problem on that day. Love this company!!

Koch Office personnel are courteous, professional, punctual and knowledgable. They are quick to respond to quote requests and service calls, and they take the time to explain what is included in the quote and what had to be done to fix the problem. Any time I am asked to research new printers or plotters I always request a quote from Koch. I only wish all businesses would exhibit the high quality of customer service that Koch Office does.
I dealt with Nate Smith and I was very impressed with the pricing we received on our copiers. As we expanded to a 2nd location they made it very easy. Just today I had a service issue with the scanner(self created) and Tracy was able to resolve the issue. 100% recommend as service before and after the sale have been stellar.
We have a newer Koch copier (Lanier IM C3000), and recently it just quit and went black right in the middle of a print! After checking that it was getting electricity, we called Koch to get a technician to come to our business. They were polite and courteous. They placed the call to their tech immediately, and Jim arrived within a couple of hours after our call. Jim had it working again in minutes. He explained what caused the problem and how we could detect it if it ever happened again. It is not our first time needing the technician (on our older copier), and without fail, they arrive the same day, stay until everything is working again, and explain what we can do to prevent future issues. They are always pleasant and professional, and it has been a wise choice on our part to have chosen Koch as our copier/fax machine provider.

In 2019, I made the decision to become more efficient by adding video to our conference phone bridge system services. I interviewed all the name brands vendors but found Koch Office Group to have the answers to questions I did not ask or considered. (I.E. storing video on YouTube to be replayed for a later date for training)I purchased an interactive whiteboard (IWB) with a large touch screen display (75 inches) that connected to a computer. Using a digital pen or a finger(s), conference leaders can write on the board as well as display, mark up, and save large-scale images. I got the white gloves installation and training from the Koch Staff and Ricoh Support staff.In 2020, this system has been a LIVESAVER for both the internal department staff, sheltering at home, holding employee staff meetings and the marketing department, who are operating under disaster conditions. They are holding meeting with current and future clients.This Video system, operating totally remotely, (since no one is in the corporate offices) has kept my company rolling! Thank you Koch Office Group.
