Customer service is where businesses succeed. With that said, the manager never greets or acknowledges you in a kind manner, and is rude or makes it seem like the customer is an idiot or inconveniencing her. Could definitely work on that. The employees are pretty helpful usually nice, just the manager is off putting.

I stopped in this store due to location convenience and had 150 marketing brochures printed. Sara was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what services FedEx has available.

I went to print a nice family photo and I was in and out in probably ten minutes. Super easy, super cheap, and extremely kind and efficient service!

Very helpful service during the holiday season

Ordering my prints was pretty painless and when I went to pick them up everything was done exactly like I wanted it. I appreciated the excellent customer service and liked how they had me overlook a couple things first just to be safe. I was surprised that everything was neatly organized and rubber-banded to keep things from getting mixed up. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my experience painless!

Visited this downtown location for the first time today around 130-2. There was one person there and he was absolutely amazing! Helped with all my needs and will definitely be back - I didn’t catch his name but big thank you for being so helpful and kind!

Ive been to this location many times and usually get great service. I went in to print out a few pages and was a little surprised at the cost per impression. The employee was a little gruff with me and did not offer a receipt, so Im not even sure what rate I as billed at. Also, the paper was way nicer than what I needed. Overall, I am usually satisfied, but I did not have a great experience this time.

The staff here is incredibly helpful! I print things here for 3 different businesses, things as simple as a small guide as well as curriculum materials for 15 students at a time. The staff here is friendly and the service is efficient. Highly recommend.

I am new in town, and I didnt have my own printer, and didnt have my own packing tape, when I stumbled my way into this FedEx @ 400 Locust St. This gentlemen (didnt get his name) was the first to greet me, while he was doing something. I had to print my label, and return email, he instantly offer to print it for me. So I just forward my email. After that he basically packing up my package for me and I didnt have to do anything! So convenient, super friendly, efficient! Thank you!

Top-notch customer service. I needed to print a one-off large poster. Was concerned about how the colors might turn out; the guy told me what the machine was like and said hed reprint it at no extra cost if it looked bad. That wasnt necessary as the poster looked great. Friendly staff.

A nice professionally run and clean FedEx outlet that is fairly easy to get to except for close by parking, which you will HAVE TO pay a street meter for your car whilst you drop in and back out.Not a ton you can elaborate on for a shipping store, however, they do carry some extras i. e. gift wrap paper and some snacks/ sodas in a vend machine.

There on Tuesday, not a single employee was wearing a mask.
