I went into this location pretty frustrated because of all the updates that get forced onto my phone and that ultimately caused me to lose hundreds of pictures between April and July. Hector worked tirelessly and patiently to figure out the problem and was able to find those pictures for me and it was a simple as me allowing the phone to back up connected to wi-fi. Not to mention he also helped me while simultaneously helping the next representative assist her own customers because she wasnt as technically savvy as he was. Hector is amazing and I dont know if hes the manager of this location but he should be. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Hector.
The only T-Mobile i go to. They are very helpful and very friendly. Victoria is so great and always making sure we understand the purpose of our visit and always making sure we leave a happy happy customer.
This store/district managers are lairs. Please get everything in writing. I ended up paying for things I never wanted at the first place. This store just want to look good on there profits of selling lies to consumers like me.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!

I dont know if youre talking about the store I go to in Rosemont but they seem to change personnel quite frequently or the T-Mobile person I talk to on the phone whatever T-Mobile is giving me it is because I fought for everything 3 phones in less than a month LG do not buy LG phones and T-Mobile buy you purchasing them and giving them to your customers its a bad move if you dont believe me look at all the times Im talking to you T-Mobile go back on my records for the last couple months I have spent more time going back and forth to the store endless hours on the phone T-Mobile explaining myself over and over supposedly theyre supposed to be typing in everything very disappointed in this company but dont blame it on covid-19 everybody does Im tired even thinking about it phones that I fought for I had to argue to get them believe me you have no idea the time I spent on the phone with different Personnel at T-Mobile youre lucky you got to Stars I am exhausted what everything thats going on left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing too many people with their head up there
Nancy told me I would be getting a 20% discount on my bill. When I didn’t see it on my first bill, I made multiple attempts to contact her, but was ignored. The people here are quick to sign you up but won’t take the time to help.
About a week ago I went into the store for a new phone. At the counter was I believe his name was Jose. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. From trying to find the best phone for me, to showing how every app worked and what cool things you can do with the device I purchased. The other staff that was there also showed me things with the phone and worked together if Jose wasn’t 100% sure about how to answer a question. Which I think goes a long way seeing a team work together like that. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!
My wife is a nurse and flew into OHare and needed a SIM card for work. She went to this T-Mobile store and was served by Kendall. Kendall sold her an already used SIM which could not be activated. She went in for a refund and was told she couldnt get one because Kendalls manager wasnt there. Avoid this store at all costs! They are scam artists.
5 stars. Went it to exchange a SIM card since I got a new phone. Customer service was outstanding. Not only did the friendly and professional employees confirm that the SIM card was in stock when I called ahead, they also made sure that I knew the exact location of the store. Upon arriving, I was greeted by one employee that was already assisting another customer. Another greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I said that I needed to exchange a SIM card, and he said that he remembered me calling and already had it at the checkout counter. The entire process, including verification that the phone can place and receive calls, was extremely fast. 5 stars.
T-Mobile is definitely the most bang for your buck for a wireless service. Fortunately for me, this is our local T-Mobile store - every time Ive been in this store Ive received outstanding customer service.Not only are they polite and friendly, theyre incredibly helpful in answering other questions you might have about your phone, back-up for your photos, etc. Theyve always gone out of their way to help when transferring phones, SIM cards, etc.Highly recommended!
I joined t-mobile because I heard good things I opened an account for two lines and the third one was supposed to be free they told me it was going to be about 30$ each lines for the bill and I said okay. The first bill came and it was 160$ which doesn’t add up then i told them and they said the first bill was going to be off but the second bill came and it went down 3 dollars not even anything. They told me it was going to get fixed on January 1st but nothing changed I have work im busy I cant come in and now i got charged the 160 AGAIN. Not trusting this company so far and very disappointed for the false information have been told.
Nice and costumer service was good but they charged me for the screen protector and case without asking me, they just add it to the monthly bill. Could easily buy the same stuff for a fraction of the price somewhere else. Also Tmobile messed up my bill for 3months and so double check it online ASAP! They put insurance on both phone after I told them to decline it and added other features hoping you dont catch it. Going to the store they try to call he service center and change it but it doesnt get changed! You have to call the TMobile service center yourself to get it done. And now it seems like the internet is sooo slow, I had to get on WIFi just make his review. It is a lot cheaper than ATT though!!!

I had an awesome experience at the T-Mobile Store at on Thursday, 10/25, and want to acknowledge Patryk Yslak and Victoria Smith for being amazing! They were professional, kind, helpful, patient and more as they helped me for over 1.5 hours to sort out and set about fixing my cell reception problem.Partyk and Vicky did a thorough diagnostic check and determined the problem was with my new phone. They then assisted me in talking at length with an Apple technician and manager. They helped me find the information on my phone that was needed and supported me through the process of arranging for a new phone to be mailed to me. They also provided info on a better plan for me as a person over 55 and explained how I could add a second line for a very reasonable fee. I changed my plan then and there.As a 17-year customer of T-Mobile, I was reminded of why I remain a loyal fan; customer service; Mexico/Canada and WIFI calling, and now a senior plan.Thanks again,Kathleen Earle

The worst !people have no idea what they are doing here, the system falls every 2 minutes..my wife and I spend like 3 hours trying to transfer from Verizon to tmobile and got screwed paying $600 dollars to Verizon 2 months later cause of their incompetence.. please if you must assist here make sure your ask all the questions you can to avoid this happen to you

I like T-mobile and these guys were nice, but ugh it was a terrible experience. I went in to ask questions about my bill. Was pressured to upgrade my phone. I told them I did not have time for that now. They went on about how fast they could transfer from phone to phone especially with a Samsung -- 120 seconds it will be done and you wont lose anything Not that I believe that time frame, but fine do it. Over an hour and 15 minutes later, no apps, lost data (app specific data), lost connections (blue tooth), lost features on my data plan, and over an hour late back to the office. Ive spent hours finishing my easy transfer and Im still not done. Based on what they guy was doing, I could tell he knew how to do it, so that leaves me to believe they are just slimy sales people. Go elsewhere.
