Stopped by today on my day off. Looking for something other than the big chain down the street. This place has lots of great drinks and more choices than just flavored coffee. I had the seasonal pumpkin spice coffee. It was just what I wanted. Not too sweet. Perfect for this cooler day. Parking easiest across the street but you might grab one out front -they go fast! You do have to go in the outside door before you see the door to the coffee shop. The place has a nice vibe and looked very clean inside. A place I will be back to to try some other coffees and drinks !

Really cool brew place with lots of options from coffee to boba. Looks like an awesome place to chill and play some games with friends. Got some retro consoles and a ping pong as well. Bring a board game have a drink and relax. Highly recommended.

This place is great! The spot is really fun and laid back and just had an overall great vibe. Took off a star since their ube milk tea tasted very powdery but will definitely come back and update this review when I try something else in their menu! Definitely check this place out if youre looking for a place to enjoy some conversation or ping pong with some friends!

Maybe Brew Lounge is catering to a different audience, but my drink was SUPER REALLY sweet. I love the vibe of the place! They have a lot of video games to play and a ping pong table. I wish they had board games to play as well. Love the Office references.

This was my second time visiting Brew Lounge, I would come more often if I lived closer! They have a wide selection of so many fun drinks to choose from, between creative lattes, frappucinos, bubble tea, and more. I like that they offer a selection of non dairy milks! This time I ordered the blue coral matcha latte and it was amazing! So refreshing and delicious! 😋

When I first bought my house in Des Plaines, I was a little underwhelmed with the options for things to do, places to see and things to eat and drink, thankfully I was only a 20 minute drive to the city. Low and behold a few months later, Brew Lounge opens. Not only do they have specialty filipino drinks, they have a plethora of amazing options which of about 75% of the menu I still have to try. Ive never had a bad drink here. They have great pop-ups with local and non-local shops and theyve all been great. I stopped by on a Friday night for a casual date and we were both surprised by the number of people coming in and out and having a smash brothers tournament. If youre in the area its absolutely worth making a trip to Brew Lounge. The staff is usually great, the guys are friendly and sweet, some others while slammed dont really acknowledge you, but I cant complain, everything there is great!

Just started coming here and I LOVE IT! I have only had the frozen No as so far, but am going to try the teas and juices also. Love love love the Korean Banana Milk and now Strawberry and Korean Banana Milk mix. Mmmmm🤤

Cool coffee shop with a huge selection of boba teas! They also have unique filipino flavors and other cool combinations. Everything thing from lattes to coffee while enjoying local art for sale.

Nice atmosphere, the drinks are very creative and tasty too! They have board games, table tennis, and switch games free to play! Overall a great place to hangout with friends and chill

My favorite tea place so far. The teas are tasty, the lounge is welcoming, and the owners are outstanding. Alex was awesome and went above and beyond to help me jump start my car too. Support a local business and try the taro frozen tea if you get a chance!

Super pleasant and relaxed place. Here you can play table tennis and ps4. They have a very large selection of coffees and teas and they are all great. There is a large parking lot across the street, so you don’t have to worry about that. Highly recommend this place.

Definitely worth the 40+ minute drive. Great staff and owners, great atmosphere, and best of all, great drinks! Beware, its highly possible to leave with more drinks than you planned on getting, theyre all too good.

Boba is good. Their ube latte is a staple. Another favorite of mine is the brown sugar milk tea. Price is reasonable and the environment is very chill and relaxing. I also liked the fact that you can play games on the tv as well.

I come here very frequently to do work and school because I love it here. The staff are amazing, the vibe is immaculate, and ping pong table/switch are awesome. They have a large selection of drinks from various cultures (including mine :)). They have built-in plug-ins at some of their tables and wifi. One of their workers and I am have the same music taste (lots of early 00s and RnB) so it’s nice going their then. Definitely will continue coming here, thanks!

Honestly I love this place! The interior is beautiful and super dope, the employees are super down to earth and awesome, and their drinks are really good! I’d give it 5 stars but they do take time to make drinks. Ordered 2 simple drinks off the menu and I waited almost 40 minutes for them. Other than that amazing place and definitely a great place to chill and get high quality drinks

So the coffee is good, but 20 minutes for a latte is just terrible. And then after that, one of them wasn’t decaf as requested so had to be remade and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes.They care much more about the people ordering boba that came in after us and got their drinks 15 minutes before we did. Talking about 10+ orders that came in after us and had their drinks first.

Great coffee and atmosphere. Be ready to wait. If the line is to the door, the wait can be 20 minutes. It almost seems like they need more employees as it has gotten much busier post Covid, but still the standard 3 employees running the place.

Tried their famous iced ube latte and it was pretty good. This place is a cool place to hangout with friends, but if you are trying to get some work done, I wouldn’t recommend. They play their music WAY TOO LOUD. It’s hard to focus. And plus they don’t sanitize their tables after each customers.

The drinks are great, staff is friendly. Always busy. My go to drink is the Frozen peach with Lychee jelly. Or Honeydew with coconut jelly.

Hard to find because it’s hidden inside a restaurant called Sahil. They need a bigger brew lounge sign.Anyway once you’re in, the place itself is super welcoming and staff is friendly. Drinks are 1000 times better than anything at Starbucks. I recommend the taro milk tea with tapioca. They have games too.Overall very cozy place with drinks you’ll crave.

It’s a hidden gem. The sign is confusing. They should advertise on the outside better. The drinks are pretty good, although it takes a while. Would recommend. The sitting area is cute... but you know, Covid.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and open to any questions! The atmosphere here is really awesome, full of great art and funny references. Even the tip jar was creative! Also have a wide range of video game systems to play. The ube macapuno was just what I wanted, very glad I got the larger size. I cant recommend this place enough!!

Drink selection is pretty amazing. Yes, you have to wait a bit but it’s worth it. I can see them growing into a Colectivo of sorts. Super chill spot for students. One of the best lounges in the area. The inside looks amazing. They offer a variety of coffees and teas that not only look great, but taste great as well! Would highly recommend going here.

Bought a Groupon for Brew Lounge since it had good reviews and isnt too far from my house. The outside is unassuming but when you walk in, its really cozy and welcoming. The staff is super nice and quick. I got a nutella latte and my husband ordered the fireplace cold brew. Both of ours were great. They have boba tea as well! Ill have to try that next time.

Our drinks where so sweat we could barely drink it. If its your first time trying bubble tea I would not recommend this place at all it sets a very poor standard the only plus was the decorations they where nice overall would not recommend.

Ube milk tea was very bitter. The blended drinks were very liquidy. However, the Ubechata had a good flavor. Waiting for the drinks took a while as well. They did have a lot of options which was good. The worst thing: The boba straws don’t even fit boba into them. So be aware

Selection & ambience are both great - tastes befitting of a upcoming cafe. Definitely good enough to study or sit and enjoy a conversation. At first it wasnt easy to find but thankfully there is a sign on the window now :)

Cant praise this place enough! Everything Ive ordered has been great, but my favorites are the cold foam cold brew and the mango bubble tea. Before the pandemic hit, I was able to dine-in once, and I was very impressed with the vibe and atmosphere - simultaneously fun and cozy! Since then, I have regularly (about once a week) used their curbside pickup option, and they run it very smoothly. The staff are always helpful and friendly, they make you feel comfortable, and they give great recommendations. Brew Lounge is an all-around amazing place :)

Thai tea with extra boba all day

I came here earlier this month for the Yelp Check-In to Check-Out event with Brew. We got one free drink and used the $1 off for the other when checking in on Yelp.Ambiance: They got a ping pong table and rearranged some furniture from the previous time I went. The ping pong table was super fun! There wasnt too many people when we went around 4pm on a weekday so we got to squeeze in a few games.Service: Awesome as always! Drinks come out fast.Drinks: I ordered the Thai milk tea with tapioca. It was great! I would get it again. My mom got the fresh fruit mango with tapioca. She said it was decent. I had a sip and it tasted like mango but had a light pastel color to it and tasted creamier. Fresh fruit was probably used but we were expecting a mango fruit shake. Its okay if youre into that but we wouldnt order it again.

Talk about wonderful - these people care about their craft and their customers through genuineness and compassion. It helps that theyre fairly close to where I love, though I am certain that would not stop me if I lived further away. Currently on a mission to try everything they offer and Ive yet to find something that is not palatable! My favorites remain their Thai milk tea and their taro.

Sounds good wanted to plan a little get together to meet some friends there. Wanted to call to get a little info first. First call staff hung up on me. Second call staff talking when they picked up the phone and when I said Hello a young woman stopped her conversation, was polite and helpful. Do I take a chance???

Its great to find a place that serves both Boba and Coffee and be able to combine the two. The guys running the place know their coffee but what blew me away was the Ube Latte! Instragramable and tasty. Their coffee beans to are also on point. Great place to chill, work and even play Ping pong.

Thought this place looked really cool and they have some cool drink options too. It’s always the worst when you order something with tapioca and they don’t have enough and you have to wait 15 minutes extra in order to get your drink.Other than that, I think it’s a cool place, but having tapioca on hand at all times is necessary. You can’t have people waiting that long and only notify them that you’re out of tapioca after they’ve placed their order.

The location was a little hard to find because of the small sign. However, the iced ube latte makes up for it. The espresso in the latte was great and you could taste the more complex flavors because of the high quality freshly ground beans. The ube was also good and it was neat to see a foreign twist on a latte. The atmosphere inside was cozy and i would like to come back once the closed off sections are open. There was a massive tv with video game consoles and a ping pong table which would be fun to play with friends or random people. The prices are great especially for the quality that you get. The baristas were kind and it seemed like they had passion for what they did. I will definitely be coming back to try some of the other drinks.

I dont usually do reviews.Went in for a bubble tea. The guy asked us to wait. There was a girl with red/pink hair who was standing at the register and scrolling through her phone. Whatever the reason was, she was making faces and giving us attitude. We waited for atleast a minute and they still didnt take our order so we walked out of the store. Maybe she was the owner, I dont know. But this was really bad customer service and was highly disrespectful. Never going back again. Have never had such a bad experience at a store like this. Wish I could give negative stars for her attitude.

A place for bubble tea and hanging out.I love this kind of place, where you can play and drink at the same place. It was our first time and I really enjoyed it there. Most bubble tea places are designed as a place to just talk or study, but this place takes it a step higher with video games and ping pong. I got to play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with some strangers while enjoying my frozen bubble tea. Its probably my most favorite bubble tea place yet!

This area needed a boba tea place! So far, so good. My favorite are the watermelon and honeydew boba with tapioca. Still experimenting the rest. The staff is very friendly and are pretty fast. The also have an app you can order anything on the menu from (which is very convenient). They have a cute patio area to enjoy your drinks. Please keep up the good work here!

Everything they do is delicious, and they’re super modest about it. The owners and staff are fun and relaxed. They’re also the only local coffee place in Des plaines so I support them.

Walking into the shop youre welcomed by the staff. The whole layout of the lounge is modern and the quite comfortable. They do have some boardgames, ping pong, and host game nights. The drink selection is great; both the bubble tea and coffee are great choices. What sets them apart from other local coffee shops is that the craft that goes into making your brew. Over all a great place and different from the norm.

Horrible, despite local ordinance, this business NEVER shovels snow from the sidewalks surrounding their property, leaving elderly residents in danger of slip and fall injuries. They are a menace to the neighborhood and should be closed down. Hoping the authorities will take action.

Love this place! Its in between my classmate and I so we always come here to study because its convenient and love it better than starbucks. Cozy atmosphere and plug outlets with comfy sets for hours of studying. Coffee is also delicious

Drove from Skokie to try this place out. Definitely worth the drive. The wait was longer than your usual BBT spot but the setting of the shop was so relaxing and played great music. Big plus if youre a The Office fan. I had the Korean banana frozen boba and it was by far my favorite drink from all the places Ive ever tried. will be coming back again!!
