If anyone is looking to get a Sleep Number bed look the other way. I placed an order beginning of June for a bed I was told was in stock and to be delivered in July. It is now September and still no bed. They have scheduled and confirmed 4 deliveries with me and did not show up to any of them. They canceled last minute every time and the Sleep Number customer service team had ignored my requests for a call back. It has become my part time job to continue to call and follow up with them only to be told someone is working on it and no one ever is because they never call me back. On the last delivery they didn’t even bother to cancel last minute they simply just did not show up. You would think by the 4th delivery they would have figured it out but I guess not. Just bad experience all around. Will be stopping by the store to cancel this order I have no trust left in Sleep Number. I have always dreamed of having a Sleep Number bed but with the way I have been treated they do not deserve my money.
I had been thinking about getting one for awhile. Thanks to your friends and family promotion, I was able to get not only my bed for home but also for our RV. Stephen was great, he explains the different model beds, and listen to what we wanted not just try to push something on us didn’t need! Both the gentleman in that store were awesome!!
Very pleasant experience at Sleep Number. Justin was extremely helpful and patient in providing us with the information needed to purchase the right bed for us. I highly recommend! Now that our bed was not delivered on the date and time given, sitting here a week later waiting on a phone call, any phone call from the people supposedly delivering but so far not a peep. The store is no help, sleep number customer support is certainly no help. Very sorry I posted a good review before I realized what I was getting into. Might want to think real hard before purchasing.

The representative Brandon was great he took time with me and my family to make sure that we understood all of the options of the bed and our payments. The bed is great however the one thing the company can do is compare other warranty services like those at mattress firm where there is a 10 year complete warranty that covers everything including labor. That is my only complaint so far is that sleep numbers warranty only covers everything for one year then after that the warranty gets pretty useless where you will have to pay for the parts and labor by percentage
I just had my bed delivered and found that some of the functions don’t work because I was not told that they will not work with the 5G network. Besides that the salesman kind of pushed me off on someone else after he found I was going to buy so that he could try to make another sale. In that process I think that he did not set up my account because when the driver got here he thought that my account should already be set up through the store. The driver who was very kind and professional called several people and told me that someone would call me back within 30 minutes that was two hours ago. I told them to load up the bed and return it since it didn’t do everything I was told it would do and they would not do that. Sounds like it’s up to me to make things right but I think they should just do the right thing and either refund my money or make it work! Sleep number make it right!

Rob was great, professional, and very informative. My wife and I went in to simply inquire about Sleep Number beds and Rob helped us to feel important and comfortable. After one night of thinking it over, we purchased the P6 mattress and adjustable frame the very next day. Im so excited, Ive had a dream about sleeping in our new bed!! I cant wait!
The sales team verbally misrepresented the return policy! If you buy the flex base it can NOT be returned.While trying out the bed, my hips started to bother me, and I was told it was most likely from playing with the up/down functions but was assured we could return the bed if we had any issues. I even called back within an hour after purchasing it and was told the same. Granted, it was stated in the written return policy but the sales team communicated otherwise!Then when calling customer service, two reps said a Manager could overrule the base return policy. Both times when forwarded to a Manager, after 15 minutes the call dropped. I had to call again only to be told by a Manager its out of her control. She then went on to say I could use the base with another bed BUT it wont work with another brand and their bases are way to costly to serve as a box spring.Were now stuck with a bed forcing me to sleep on the sofa all because of a sales team wanting to make their numbers.

We had a very good experience in the store buying the bed.4 days before the bed was to be delivered we got a call saying it is delayed for 4 more weeks.Now it had already been 2 weeks. I called the store that we bought it from and spoke to the person who sold us the bed. He was very rude on the phone and told me “just cancel the bed then”. If their sales people are this rude before we ever get the bed, we can only imagine how bad the customer service will be when/if we need any repairs done. We are going to get something different because we just feel 6 weeks is way to long to wait on a bed that we paid over $4,000 for and then be treated rudely. Don’t think I would recommend the company to anyone.
Sales staff is great! Actually receiving bed in timely manner beyond horrible. Bought bed 27 June with delivery date of 18 July. Delivery company sets up delivery time for 5pm-9pm & wouldnt adjust time, but offered a later date. On Delivery date, 18 July, company cancels delivery because truck driver timed out & rescheduled delivery for 1 Aug. Got corporate involved with no change in 1 Aug date. John at corporate offered to refund delivery fee & give me SHEETS. Order canceled; refund in progress. If you want a Sleep Number bed & live in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin, FL area, save your money & time. Find another bed.
Great bed first of all, we purchased the I8 and love it. Our salesman was great, and they sell a great product. Before the sleep number we had an adjustable tempurpedic and it good.... But doesnt even come close to the sleep number. I would highly recommend this store, very professional and great sales process!
Justin showed us all the features of each sleep number mattress in a very organized way, he was friendly and professional and we chose the split king with separate head and foot raise. He answered all our questions and I highly recommend this store if you are shopping for a new bed. Our previous high-end memory foam bed did not hold up. Im confident this one will last a long time.
Rob was wonderful, he wasnt pushy, he was considerate of my feelings. We had an enjoyable experience and praying for good nights sleep on our new bed when it arrives
My Sleep number bed has broken down multiple times in the couple of years I have owned it. I bought this expensive bed because I have severe back issues. Now im stuck without a bed for over 2 weeks while I wait for them to come fix this expensive, useless hunk of cheap material taking up space in my bedroom.Every morning I wake up with pain because Im sleeping on an Air Mattress for weeks on end. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with a customer support agent that was at home too busy dealing with their kids to properly troubleshoot my bed issues im stuck paying for new parts and waiting....in pain.I shared this experience here on FB and a manager contacted us. She stated she would try and help us...days later...NOTHING. They cant help us because the product is poor and the customer service is poor. Ill just sit here, waiting in pain because of a bed I spent thousands of dollars on.
Received prompt and professional service from the store personnel the moment my wife and I walked into the store. Sales staff answered all of our questions in a very understandable manner. There wasnt any sales pressure to purchase a particular bed, pillow, or bedding, the sales staff listened to our requirements, and then took time to ask some simple questions about what we were looking for. Purchased a new bed on our second visit, and again were treated very professionally by courteous store personnel.

Went in a couple Saturdays ago as they were having a promotion and we need a new mattress. Spoke with a salesman at length and was told that a) that the mattresses on split king adjustable needed to be attached to the base and that was included in the (rather high) delivery and set up fee b) the controls would be programmed into our existing remotes for the adjustable base and c) the promotion details. I was sold and told him I would return on Sunday with my wife to make the purchase. Showed up the next day and was informed by the manager that the promotion ended Saturday, they dont attach beds to bases or program remotes that arent purchased from Sleep Number. When I explained to her what we had been told and the fact that we were not told the promotion was ending that day she still would not budge . Either her salesman is lying to customers or she is not training them appropriately and if this is the kind of customer service they give before you buy imagine how bad they are after.

My wife and I were in search of pillows. We were greeted by Sarah. She listened to our problems and made several suggestions for us both to try in the store. She analyzed how the pillows conformed to our neck and head. Sarah was delightful, knowledgeable and helpful!
