While in the store I witnessed two associates speak to two different customers, both times the associates were condescending and definitely need customer service training. Each time the customer had just asked a simple question about products.

I had a bad experience at first with an order I bought online and picked up in the store. The store manager called me the next day and corrected the mistake and completely made up for the experience. A well-ran store with great customer service.

Took forever for the cashier to refund a return. She kept answering the phone and helping the other coworker. I normally wouldnt complain but we were the only customers at the register. What should have taken a minute took 5.

I just purchased a Barista Touch Espresso Machine and it was used. Apparently, tourists (scum of the earth) purchase the items and return them within the 30-day return policy. The store does not inspect to ensure the quality before reselling the items. When I called, they did offer to order a new one, but I would have to wait a week. This town needs to stop catering to tourists and remember the locals are what keep them in business and staffed. FLocals Against Tourists!!!

During a time when relying on online shopping is key, this company has failed. Moreover, their lack of communication on providing accurate online order status has proven abysmal. After placing my order online I received email notification of delays due to the pandemic. Of course this was understandable. 2 weeks passed and no further notice so I reached out only to find my order had been completely cancelled. Moral of this story, shop elsewhere with a company that understand good online shopping customer service. I’ll be taking my business to other online retailers who provide reliable status updates, and I suggest you do too.

Ive been to several BB&B stores, THIS WAS THE NICEST! Most are cluttered with boxes littered around. Not so, this visit.Always lots to see and buy. A definite return shopper here.Staff wear masks for pandemic times. Some shopper wore masks.They did sell PPE at this location-disposable masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.

Had a lot of luck finding what I needed, and what wasnt available in store, an employee was very helpful in showing me how to buy online. Joan in particular was a phenomenal employee, and super kind!

Bed Bath & Beyond here in Destin is pretty much like Bed Bath & Beyond any where. They have a large selection of housewares usually priced on the high side but with the coupons they frequently offer you can get items for a little bit better price than at other stores. Know your prices going in.

Watch the prices on the items (sometimes coupons are useful). This is a large store, aisles somewhat tight, and can be confusing to shop. Not always able to find what i need when i actually go in. Just kind of a hit or miss

Khaila did a great job at finding exactly what I wanted. There is a wide variety of choices and all items are well organized and priced fairly. The store is always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Well kept Bed Bath and Beyond with friendly staff. Associates dont really go searching for customers but if you need help they are ready to assist. Prices are fairly higher than many online vendors but thats to be expected. We love their selection of smaller kitchen gadgets; theres almost always an item that makes cooking easier

A good place to shop for small home related items. Unfortunately, I have to explain certain items to them in detail for them to know what Im looking for and Ill usually end up finding it myself anyway.

This place is amazing and the customer service is awesome! I spoke on the phone with a Rhonda ( I believe that was her name) and she was so nice and helped me with everything I needed. I enjoyed talking on the phone with her and I think the world needs more people like her. Very lovely place.

Amazing store to purchase anything for your home. They have the latest gadgets + kitchenware and appliances. Can have wedding gifts shipped from this store. Even can have something ordered if they do not have exactly the color that you want and it will be shipped directly to your home.

I always find what I want and plenty more items that I didnt know I needed! Lol Plus there are 20% off coupons for one item, which I try to save until I need a big item(for more savings)! The store has a big stock of travel size items that I purchase for packing my Operation Christmas Child boxes in November. The clerks are very helpful and friendly.

The manager, never looks like one and always has a scowl on her face. The staff has gone downhill on all aspects. There is a floor manager I guess she is, Mari was very rude to my husband. Not at all like it was a few years ago. The standards that were demanded to live up to a few years ago are out the window now. I dont like going in there anymore and it used to be my all time favorite store.
