This store has never let me down. Amazing people.Something about the customers in the parking lot that concerns me. You may get run over. AND did you know, if you park with your hazards on you can park wherever you like? I had one woman abandon her car... backwards... at the stop sign in front of the store. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.Bring your patience.

Some employees are not as friendly as other Publix stores. Younger guy working service counter def. Doesnt have a good personality at all. At home our Publix really has great employees. Its like they strive to be a great store. I shop there twice a week and drive 35 min. To get there even though My town has 2 grocery stores. You just cant beat the food, service & great employees that work at this Publix.

It was so neat and clean! They had the best chocolate cake I have ever had in my life. The prices on the meat$$ but I still end up getting so e nice steaks

This is the best Publix I’ve ever been to. The employees and managers go above and beyond with making their customers satisfied. We had an experience last night with the manager in the deli department that made us a pub sub and engaged in wonderful conversation. Needless to say this was the best grocery experience we have ever experienced. All thanks to the man who made it possible (pub sub man :) Great welcoming staff, great food selection and great vibes.

We have never been to a Publix like this! It is massive, with fully stocked shelves, all beautifully presented. It would get 5 stars but not enough staff at checkout. Otherwise perfect!

Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores. This one is conveniently located near the exit from the MidBay Bridge. Tourists often stop here on their way to a rented condo or shortly after arriving to stock up on groceries for the week.The result can be a large crowd particularly on Saturdays. There are times when some of the shelves look like locusts have been through buying a lot of stuff. Not to worry—no locusts will be appearing—just another large horde of tourists descending on Destin for a vacation.I usually go to this store early on a Sunday morning. The shelves are often fully stocked, there is not a big crowd and I can get the groceries I am seeking quickly and easily and without a long wait at a checkout counter. Using the Publix app to pay makes the experience even faster. The computer program also tracks the junk food I like to buy when I use the app and I will see ads in the near future telling me of which of my frequent purchases are now on sale so I can stock up and save some money—always a good feeling and creates a loyalty to the store from a satisfied customer.The store is well lit, the selection of produce and meat is outstanding and the products are always fresh.Publix stores are well managed and well stocked and laid out with the customer in mind. This one is no exception.

The store had a nice selection of items and the layout was decent but the way I’m treated at a store will always be the lasting impression.First time at a Publix and it’s a busy Friday night, there were 3 or 4 registers open. One of the people working there told us that the register is closing. The woman working announced that the register would close and left people to fend for themselves. After that, we lost our place and people pile in line for another register. Instead she should have helped form a line because the wait was actually ridiculous. I’m going to pick other grocery stores after that incident and since I’m in town for a while I don’t want this issue again. If the manager at this store could address this issue, I’d be happy to come back.

This Publix is in a great but busy location and I was very impressed with the selection of beers they had. Its right on the main drag near Destin and makes for convenient shopping. As a rule of thumb for any grocery store in the summer down here, avoid it on a Saturday night as thats when everyone comes in for the week and does their shopping.

Theyve got everything you could possibly need for a vacation trip to Destin in regards to your grocery shopping needs. Store and parking lot was neat and clean. Fruit and vegetables looked great!

Typical Publix good quality. This particular store seemed short on help with one person at deli. Still, people were friendly and helpful.

This is the best Publix I have ever been to and I want to express my gratitude. I would like especially compliment the deli for always being swift to assist, ask if I need help, or have I already been helped. No just the green shirts, but the long sleeve blue managers, I believe. Always having fresh sandwich options, soup and warm cornbread is great too, but the sense of urgency and organization is amazing. As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, there are many times, I want to go get fast food because its readily available, but since discovering this Publix, I have been doing much better eating/health wise because there are always fresh options to choose from. My behavioral therapist asked me what was the highlight of my week, and I told her discovering this Publix and how having somewhere that always has fresh food at the deli has helped me with my eating disorder. I just want to say thank you for everything everyone who currently works at this Publix, especially the deli is doing. You all have been a part of my journey more than you know and I just want you to know that you are more than essential workers in a pandemic, you are also by way of God, angels on Earth.

Consistently the slowest publix I’ve ever been to and I come here almost daily . Absolutely no rush or initiative by the deli workers. Lines building with customers up to 6-8 people and still one person making sandwiches with no intentions of speeding it up. I know publix likes to take their time and that’s wonderful but it’s pathetic how slow this one is .. and it’s daily. I went elsewhere and spent double on my lunch just cause I’m tired of ALWAYS waiting 25 minutes for a 3-4 person line .

Good store and I like that they are employee owned. However, they are a bit pricey. Winn Dixie is a lot better and reasonable.

Had to eat a hoagie from publix twice while in miramar beach and let me say they were much better than MOST of the seafood places we ate at while there..I really enjoyed my Italian subs!!!

I visited here on vacation and it is a wonderful grocery store with a superb Bakery section. The cashiers are very friendly which is a breath of fresh air compared to what I get in my hometown. I would love to get a Publix in Memphis.

First visit, very helpful staff, lots of good produce, deli under staffed and out of most Boars Head sandwich meat. Clean and convenient.

The lines are long and stretch into the aisles but the clientele there are so friendly! I also loved the service I received. They should expand the checkout so people who are waiting don’t bump carts with people in the aisles.

Okay Im cheap. Publix is great for some fun things-like yummy cheese or really really tasty baked goods. A smidgen overpriced for my admittedly cheap soul. :)

Long checkout lines. Main issue is generally not nearly enough cashiers, the 10 items or less line is often not even open, and there is no self checkout ability. Make sure you get your frozen goods last as ice cream will be soup by the time you get home. Otherwise excellent store.

Ive always adore this stores meat dept. Always fresh and has a good variety. Love the non breaded chicken, their sushi and kimchi!!Employees are always corteous and pleasant to talk to. Great store to shop!

It was very busy, they were out of a lot of the food items. Go here if you like organic, higher-priced food items. We went to Walmart for the reminder of the week we were on vacation

The pharmacy employees are extremely rude. Ive been to this pharmacy twice, and had bad experiences both times. After standing right in front of me for 5 minutes and not even acknowledging me, I tried to drop off my prescription. The Hispanic girl with long hair finally took my prescription and very rudely told me it would be an hour and a half wait. I told her I would just prefer to take it to another publx and she literally threw my prescription at me and walked off. I felt so belittled. I usually use Publix at Paradise Point pharmacy, and they are always so kind and caring. I will definitely stick with them in the future. This staff could definitely take some pointers from FwB Publix in customer service

I am beyond impressed! They rushed 2 large platters and completed them for me with 2 hours notice, even though they were slammed. Everyone is so kind and Friendly, they go way above and beyond normal customer service and make a point of actually having real conversations. I almost felt like I had new friends LOL. I can honestly say I had fun going grocery shopping :-) I wish we had these back in Oklahoma! Although without these wonderful people, it probably wouldn’t be the same. Thank you to each Publix employee who made our girls weekend brighter!

Do NOT use this Publix’s bakery — especially for delivery!! They never delivered (or even made) my wedding cakes. We confirmed the order and everything, they told us it was done and ready to be delivered, but when we got to our reception we were shocked to find NO CAKE!We found out later it was never even made (despite them telling multiple people it was ready for delivery) - so we literally didn’t get to have our wedding or grooms cake and were robbed of those memories. What happened was completely unacceptable and inexcusable. Posting this to hopefully prevent it happening to someone else — go elsewhere!!!Would give it negative stars if I could, as their incompetency singlehandedly ruined one of the most important days of my life.
