Best selection and prices in the area. Friendly service. Also- the wine bar has great happy hour and fabulous cheese board. It’s huge. More than enough for a snack style dinner.

We are staying at a large vacation rental across from the beach. We were going to get our group adult beverages and condiments. We went into the store and the employees were hovering over me like I was a criminal. They also requested that we put our purses behind the counter while we shopped. I am on vacation and keep all my valuables and money in my purse. I am not letting total strangers keep my purse. They said then take it and put in in the car. I have no pockets so how am I suppose to pay for my large purchase. They asked three separate times to look in our purse and I obliged, which I feel after the first time they should have satisfied their paranoia.We asked for the managers telephone number and they declined to give it to us. So we asked for the regional managers number snd they refused . We asked fir that email and they gave us one.I have never had my integrity insulted more in my life!

Yesterday from the restaurant was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and proactive with our order. My friend and I ordered 3 crafts, 3 cheese plate with add on and 2 tuna salads. The downside of our trip was BRENT the bartender/waiter. He went to every table but ours to check on them. We were ignored even when he was at the table next to us. The bartenders/waiters are a team and help each other out. We never got any assistance from BRENT. We had to wait for the BUSY. Yesy to ask us if we needed anything

This is one of the best beer wine spirits store I have ever seen anywhere in all my travels . Staff is fantastic . We make 1 trip a year to the destin arena and the Nate the store manager remembers me everytime which is amazing.Next trip down here Im bringing him some st Louis area IPASIf youre in the destin area and need craft beer, wine or liquor stop here you wont be disappointed .Have a gastropub next door also with lots of beer on tap

Nothing beats sitting back in comfy outdoor/indoor seating, drinking wine, and eating cheese :-)Flights are beautiful and plentiful. Prices may be a bit higher but I suggest catching them during happy hour

The wine selection is probably the best in the radius area I was in. I got lost looking at the labels and ended up coming across the absolute best wine my lips have ever tasted- Michete. Label is phenomenal and creative. I came home to visit the wine stores sold out -for a reason. 🔥 If your on vacation but avoiding the crowds and bored-check them out for some wine education and quietness . It’s like the library of wines. 5 stars guys! Superb . Fantastic. A winner!!

I really enjoyed the brand new Malbec. The yard bird entree tasted really good, but there was WAY to much salt on there. I told my wife about it the next day and she said that her entree was also too salty. The service was great. The ambience was warm and inviting.

They Have Copper Ridge Chardonnay in the 1.5 liter. For 8.99. A cheaper priced, great tasting Chardonnay. Very refreshing . I can not get this in the New Orleans area. I always have to order .750 liter from Florida and get it shipped to me however, finding the larger version is a plus . Must try for a refreshing Chardonnay that doesn’t drain your pocketbook

Love this place! Nice for a Friday night wine and cheese with friends, great to get liquor suggestions (helped me find the perfect Scotch for my husbands birthday), and love - yes, love being able to order European wines online and having them delivered to my door step - and for no more $$ than buying at my local grocery. Chans Wine World rocks!

This review is in reference to the holiday wine tasting that took place on 30 Nov 19. I am a regular patron of the store and restaurant and I always tell the truth. Many of the tables were not set up at 2:00, talk about poor planning. They are charging people $25 to $30 a person be ready get your ship together!! Several of the workers pouring wine were not very friendly. Most of the pours gave you barely enough wine to taste it let alone make a decision on whether you liked or wanted it. We had to ask several time for a second pour to make a decision. When Wine World knows its going to be 80 degrees outside have some additional fans. It was extremely hot! While I know Wine World cannot control the weather, they could minimize effects by having fans. My last criticism is 200 people on their front and back porch, with both being rather small, was over crowding to the hilt. I was running into and stepping over and around everyone. This wine tasting was executed about as poorly as anything Ive ever attended. Their better off sticking to their $10 wine tastings, less people and more fun.

I placed an order on July 15th for 6 bottles of wine and the next day the order was cancelled. I immediately called the store and they apologized but they no longer had wine and would get a refund for charge. I never got the refund and now I was forced to dispute the charge. Be very careful with getting delivered what you requested.

If you want wine in this area, this is your place to go. Excellent selection, good staff. Friendly and willing to help. Highly recommended.

This has been mygo to place for a very long time, they have a great 11 to 6 happy hour when you get a 12 oz carafe for the price of a glass. That has now since changed their prices look to have almost doubled with less quality selection. Not as impressed with the menu anymore either.On the beer side, I dont know what happened but nothing makes sense anymore, I have no idea where to find anything and they no longer have make your own six-pack or singles. any place that has singles I will visit and Im from out of state so I made it a mission. No more. I have no interest in buying a six pack and flying back with it on a guess. Yall had a good thing going but you screwed it up. If youre wise youll go back to what you were doing because it was working well. there used to be a whole bunch of beers that were hard to find that you guys had your finger on now those are gone as well.Thank goodness Nate is still around, he is always able to tell me whats good and where to find it!

Went for the first time this past Summer in June. The food is great in the Cafe they have in the back. It is a nice & cozy spot. I think we ordered a type of Sampler plate that was Chefs choice. Topped it off with a Blueberry Cake for Dessert! They had just made it, VERY delicious! We ordered 2 different bottles of Wine by the end of the night, in which there is a nice selection to choose from.

What a nice and inviting place to get a drinkology lesson! Being attached to a craft bar is a huge benefit. The wise staff is always ready to get you into something unique to your story. Look at what they have, and find that amazing thing you may just need to be the talk of your crowd...

THEY HAVE MEAD!! and it’s a nice selection too. On our quest for mead, we stopped first at ABC but they practically kicked us out, they were about to close and when I asked if they had any mead, they cut me off and said no, it seemed like just to make us leave. We went to Wine World and they we very helpful, and showed us their selection of meads and advised us too! Great service. Cool looking bar that they own next door, AND they have a mead on tap there (next door), will have to come back to try it

Wonderful experience with an older gentleman who helped us find what we needed...then, we get to checkout and my friend asks if they carry a particular bourbon, assh*t behind the register proceeds to tell her he wants to slit all the throats of people who ask for that particular bourbon. Proceeds to demean our purchases repeatedly. I bought my vodka and bubbles in a haze of insults not knowing quite how my proper southern lady self should react! I should have told him to shove this bottle where the sun don’t shine and not given any of my hard earned money to this place!

Stop what you’re doing and go eat at Chan’s!! The ahi tuna salad was off the charts, the service is exceptional and Chan himself makes his way around the dining area to make sure everything is up to par. (Even though it really surpassed it) The tuna is as fresh as it gets!

This place is great. I spend way too much time there. Very good wine and draft beer selection. Cheese plates and sandwiches are very good. Little pricey but worth it. Cigar store next door. What more could you ask?

We ate a fantastic dinner at the attached cafe at Chans. It was an excellent value for the price. The daily special (grouper en croute) was very good, and the extensive collection of cheeses was very enticing. The classic cocktails were mixed well, and the beer selection was adequate. Some of the sauces were spiced a little bit too strongly (salt, sesame oil on the seared tuna), but overall an excellent meal.

If your willing to be open and own your own business, great, but that doesnt make it ok to charge prices for the liquor store that everyone in town beats, it is not okay to let the quality of the menu slide off the page...microwaves??? Do you think people cant tell??? Really!!!This place was great once upon a time!If wasnt for Harbor Cigars next door theyd be closed. But then again the tourist food is only avoided by the locals whom know better!Thank goodness Emeril opened a place in Grand Boulevard, someone needs to set a new standard...hint, hint, their parking lot areas are packed! You know why? The food is off the Hook!!!

Trey, the head chef grills the best steaks in town on Saturdays. My friends and I have eaten steak at every location in town, no where comes close to this location. That I can promise you. My wife myself and my friends have eaten steaks at this restaurant every Saturday for the last four years.

Pretty good place to pick up liquor near Publix in Destin.

Hardly any of the staff or customers in the retail area wear masks. This has happened on multiple occasions. And in the restaurant, the chefs don’t wear masks. It’s completely unacceptable at this point!
