A fun little store in the heart of Destin. They had a great selection of different fudges, chocolate covered rice krispy squares and their version of turtle chocolates. It’s a little pricey but it’s a nice place to stop off for something sweet after dinner.

The people were super nice. The fudge was delicious. I will come again.

Icecream was amazing! Customer service was horrible. The guy looked upset because he had to help the rest of his team members. Angry face with all the customers.

As we walked in on a random stop while we toured the boardwalk, we were met by a high-energy Candyman named Andrew who was working up a crowd announcing his wonderful new fudge creation. Me and my girlfriend engage in a little back and forth with him with the fun work play of the word fudge, which led to some funny slips of the tongue and Andrew had himself a good laugh. He blessed us with a delicious cut of fresh, soft, warm fudge unlike anything weve ever had. Stopping here every time we are through Destin for life.

Their chocolate covered marshmallows are to die for! Two marshmallows the size of your fist dipped in chocolate and covered in toppings. My husband loves their caramel apples. A great place to pop in for dessert on a date night at the boardwalk. Cant wait to try the frozen yogurt next time!

Since when is food release spray used on the caramel apples and the boxes theyre put in? Couldnt get over the taste of the spray enough to eat the apple.

Very friendly with good flavors. A bit pricey because you have to buy in full slices (unlike a lot of other chocolate shops).

If you have a sweet tooth this place will get the job done. They have frozen yogurt 😋.

Elizabeth was so sweet and beyond helpful as my friends and I decided whether we wanted fudge, gelato or frozen yogurt. She is very knowledgeable, has a sunny disposition and clearly loves her job. The fudge we ended up purchasing (5lbs worth!) was delicious but its her bubbly personality we will remember. Great addition to our Sunday harbor stroll.

Frozen yogurt, fudge, candied apples and pralines. Candy station as well, can get very busy smells like heaven.

Hands down beat frozen yogurt ever!!!. And the employees were so fun and energetic. The treats were great and the staff were the best!!

Expensive but good spent $18 on Mississippi mud fudge and a turtle.

Good place to go for a cold, yummy treat. We stopped by for ice cream, and the smell of the fudge got our attention. We sampled the extraordinary chocolate, and got two slices. So for the two slices of fudge, and two cups of ice cream, it was $30. Way too overpriced for my liking, but it was tasty and good to try once. They have tons of toppings, and its by weight like many other frozen yogurt stores. The employees were nice, and you can watch them make the fudge, which is interesting to see.

Lots of fudge choices and as many free samples as you want. I decided on the Extraordinary Chocolate. The frozen yogurt topping bar had the most choices Ive ever seen. The yogurt flavors seemed to all be very unique flavors except the basic chocolate and vanilla. Could use some more base flavors. Do not get the hot fudge unless you want warm chocolate syrup. Not even close to the same.

Id give it no stars if I could. We bought a slice of fudge and a caramel apple. The fudge was stale and dried out. Tasted like it was more than a week old. Ended up throwing it out. Apple was old too, not crisp at all and the caramel was grainy.

Samantha was awesome! She put on a very entertaining show and involved the audience, everyone had a great time!! The fudge and frozen yogurt were delicious! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We will be back for sure next time we visit Destin!

A friend and I visited the bakery on Monday excited to try out some of the fudge. I am surprised we were even able to get a sample based on the service. There are two registers, one on the left and one on the right of the counter. As a girl was making the drink orders there was another casually on her phone texting AND calling the entire time while a crowd of people (including us) were waiting. I walked up to her and her response was What do you need? I bit my tongue on that one, but just said that her and I were ready to order. Instead of listening to us, she stood behind the fudge and continued on her phone then a minute or so later decided to move to the right counter. Two girls went ahead of us for their yogurt, she rung them up, and as they left I opened my mouth to order she asked the guy behind us what he needed help with. Even he asked why she was not taking our order, but she waved us off, continuing to take his. I do not know if this was my fault when it came to the order, but I attempted to order one of the fudge/Java chillers in the New Orleans Praline (the sign says you could pick from the display) but she kept requesting that I pick from the menu. This went on for awhile. Eventually I just asked for the fudge, but decided it was not worth the hassle. 15 minutes of being treated like that was not worth the $10 fudge. We both left empty handed.

I was looking so forward to getting toffee and dark chocolate that I usually get when I’m in Destin! Well, I went by on Jan 1 and 2 to get them! They were out of the toffee and several other products! They said that someone had not showed up for work...was the excuse! I bought some dark fudge knowing that it looked almost identical in color to the regular fudge! Ended up throwing it away (I wanted DARK FUDGE)! My friend bought the sugar coated pecans... they were soooo HARD you could crack a tooth! They obviously are having employee problems right now!

I didnt even get any fudge but the crew was singing about the free samples, and it was shockingly good. It was hours ago, and Im still thinking about it. They sounded like Man of Constant Sorrow from O Brother Where Art Thou, but it was about fudge and the instruments were cooking utensils. Kicking myself for not getting a video. Truly an awesome experience.

When we were there, all of the drink machines were broken (smoothies, milkshakes, etc.), and the signs made it seem like it had been going on for awhile and would be continuing indefinitely.We decided to get frozen yogurt, but half the machines were only dispensing liquid. We asked about the frozen yogurt machines because there werent signs on them. An employee took a look, pushed a few buttons, and told us to try again in a minute. Still liquid after a minute, but the employee had gone to attend to making fudge. We went with what was working.I understand the main draw of a place called The Fudgery would be the fudge, but the sign advertises ice cream and frozen yogurt, and thats what I was disappointed with.

We were there purchasing three ice creams ($20+). The person at the registered was bothered when I asked for a receipt (I paid with credit card). He proceeded to throwing my signed receipt in the trash can and said he didnt know (not sure what he didnt know something about). I asked if it was a shredder (I work identity theft cases at my work, therefore I try to be careful with my information), he said it was a thrash can. I asked him why he was thrashing my receipt. He ignored my concern and kept ignoring me while he wrung other customers. I told him ignoring me wasnt helping the situation and to please pull out the receipt from the trash can. He pretended to look for it and came back just saying he didnt know. He printed another copy of the receipt but I insisted on the copy in the trash can as it had my signature on it (signatures can be forged for identity theft). He finally gave me the thrash can so I could dig it up myself. There were at least fifty signed receipts in there from other customers. I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Again, ignored me while ringing up other customers. I told him I found hard to believe that such an unprofessional person was the manager as he sure doesnt have customer service skills. I asked why the receipts get thrown away and he said he doesnt know those people so he didnt care. Well, I care about my information. I was so surprised at the lack of concern and lack of care. His name is supposedly Hank. Oh and it took him ten minutes to even give me his name. Never again am I visiting that place again!!!

I love this place and always stop st the locations in both Destin, FL and New Orleans, LA when in town. The BEST praline fudge ever made!

Gentleman there is super nice and helpful. Yogurt area was clean and a variety to choose from. Wide variety of fudge. I got a frozen yogurt cup and wife got ice cream cone yogurt came out to $10.

Fudge maker was fun to watch...he was interactive and had the crowd laughing and totally engaged. He was probably the only reason we bought fudge but still a great memory!

Fudge is very average, they leave it out all day and by the end of the day it is dry and crusty.

I was overcharged on my debit card charged twice for the same thing! They credited one of the charges back but still overcharged me for the one. I called my bank who told me to call the business. I’ve called the Destin location back to back and no one answers the phone! I won’t ever make this mistake again! I advise anyone making a purchase at The Fudgery to check your receipt, keep it & watch your bank statement.

The customer service here was horrible. When we walked in the 1st thing the manager said was we love your money, not you. The fudge is very hard and tasted burnt..you are better off buying a chocolate bar from the store. Place smelled good thats all

I got a candy apple it was like 9 bucks or something and the out side was good and all but the apple was old and rotten I had to throw it out .

The Fudgery has a large frozen yogurt bar and if you are looking for a cold refreshing desert, THIS AINT IT! First off, 2 bowls of yogurt with toppings was over $22. We both added syrup, my wife chocolate and mine was caramel. The yogurt was well frozen but now the mess looked like it had water in it. We tried a few bites and the remainder went in the trash. What a mess, what a waste, what a disappointment, what a lesson to never go a Fudgery again.

A worker named “double D” pulled a girl in our group aside and whispered something disgusting in her ear and was being very crude to our entire group. Very inappropriate and will never ever be back to any location.

Fudge worker was incredibly crude and he whispered a very sexual comment to a girl in our party. Will never come back to this store.
