We walked into BOTE last week knowing nothing about paddle boats or paddle boarding, we just knew we wanted one. Kevin was sooooo helpful and patient with us and happily answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help me get comfortable with paddle boarding before I got out to the water. He gave us so many tips for beginners that have really helped me in my first week of paddle boarding. I’ve been out paddle boarding 4 days so far and have only had it for a week. I’m hooked! I wanted to take the time and let people know how amazing this company is… Bote, a local Florida USA company that has proved to be an amazing business with outstanding products and customer service. I purchased an expensive 5 piece paddle system and had a manufactures defect that caused the paddle system to fail. I contacted Bote and spoke with Bennett who was extremely professional and helpful. He immediately proceeded a warranty claim once he received photos from me and proceeded to make thing whole again. What puts them above others is not only how fast they did this but, I told them I had a kayaking trip this weekend and they overnighted the new paddle system to me so I had it for the trip! I want to thank the company so much for an amazing customer service system. I received a new paddle system in time. I am highly my impressed with this company. U will always have my business. Just wanted to say first off. Great customer service. Had an issue with a Bote Dock that was un-repairable with the patch/glue kit that’s included with it. Sent pics and a video of the issue and was told to come to the Destin Bote store and see Chris. He took great care of me and now back to water to enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend!!! Bote customer for life!!!

Chris was great. I was having issues with my Breeze inflatable, but after a few weeks of speaking with the help desk and warehouse, we fixed the issue with a few at-home repairs. The store is spotless and the boards are presented beautifully. Their roof rack pads are competitively priced to Amazon; Ill gladly promote Bote on my roof over a non-local brand. Sucks the summer traffic in Destin is horrible but having a Bote store so close to FWB is worth it. My pup and I love my board and we use it as often as we can.

After a great paddle board session today using my neighbors board we decided to stop by the shop Chris Blumenthal was more then helpful showing a kayak i have been looking at online after going over the features I am proud to say I am a new kayak owner and can not wait to try it out.

To be honest, I was a huge skeptic of the inflatable board line. Now that I own one, I couldnt be happier! Driving a 2 seater sports car, its so easy to throw it in my trunk & go! Kudos to the BOTE team for their forward thinking!

On September 24 I purchased my 4th Bote board. I purchased the 12’ Rackham classic. What a gorgeous and feature-rich board. As always, Chris delivered outstanding customer service. I can’t wait to do some fishing on this board.

I had a great experience at Bote Destin. Chris, the sales manager, was super helpful and friendly. The store had lots of inventory to check out and I appreciated being able to get a really good look at the styles of paddle boards before making my decision.We ended up snagging a Rackham 12. Took it out on the beach yesterday with my family and we had a blast!I would highly recommend to anyone interested in paddle sports.

After a good bit of hassle and 8 weeks of sporadic communication, Bote finally stood behind their product and replaced my inflatable SUP. The sidewall of my initial board completely blew out after very few uses. There are certainly things they can do to improve their response time and customer service, but in the end, they did the right thing and replaced my board. I hope this one has better construction. Time will tell. Thanks to Bote for standing behind their product!

I’ve never received such rude customer service in my life. I ordered a $300 paddle board bag over the phone to be sent from the Destin store to Pensacola. Two weeks later the bag never came and it took 3 phone calls to get the order cancelled. The man working in the store sent me on a wild goose chase to cancel through Bose.com when he in fact was the only one who could process the cancellation. Next, the refund never came. I dreaded having to call the store again bc I’m so sick of this mans attitude and not to my surprise, more attitude and he hung up on me. Sorry to bother you with your incompetence but I’m not in the habit of shelling out $300 for nothing. Rudest man I have ever had to deal with.

While looking at paddle boards, Clint invited us to come try them out last Wednesday night. We went to the harbor and gave them a try. My husband and I have never been on one before, but enjoy kayaking regularly. This was simply the best! We loved being on top of the water and seeing everything from this point of view. Not to mention the great workout!I was nervous and Clint was a great teacher. He showed me how to use the board correctly and making it a fun venture.Needless to say, we went back in on Thursday and got three for each of the family! Such a great family sport. Seth was amazing to us! He invited us out to demo our favorite boards. After I was set on purchasing the Drift, Seth encouraged me to get back on the Rover and taught me how to use this board. He showed great intuition with which board would suit each of us the best. Because of the great hospitality we were offered, my boyfriend and I will soon be proud new owners of the Rover and the Zeppelin!!

I upgraded to a BOTE board in April and am thrilled that I did. My old SUP board was from another Destin company, but if there was a current or a breeze I had to paddle my hardest just to stay in place. I enjoy my BOTE so much better! I move through the water faster and it tracks much straighter. The hull shape/design makes a huge difference.Customer service is very friendly and not pushy for a sale. And the quality of their boards cannot be beat.

Worked with Clint to buy 2 AXIOM Yoga SUP boards last Christmas for my wife and I. Living in Indiana we could not use them until the last few weeks when the lakes were warm enough!!! Finding where to start is a challenge for anything new you try. The next challenge is how to start. You have the fear of the unknown combined with the intimidation of not wanting to look foolish. You can hear other peoples experiences and it is like a list of supplies you need to paint the picture; however, until you do it yourself, you cannot see the painted picture.My BOTE experience started one afternoon. I stopped in with a friend and we drooled over the boards in their gorgeous store in Destin. We were promptly asked if we required any help and we both stated we were just looking and said thanks. The person there at the time (forgot the name, apologies, attractive lady with a nose-ring) informed us about how they go out to Noriega Point at 6:00p every Wednesday. My first reaction was Wow combined with Awesome. So we went out to this event the very next Wednesday.I met a guy named Clint started at the front of the line, asking if they wanted to try a board and was very personable in asking what they were looking to try. It was clear he wasnt just there to sell people a board. He was teaching a lifestyle of being on the water. Every single person that tried a board that day, Clint would show them how to mount the board, coach them on what they could do better, and tell them what they did well. I tried every board they had that day. I hadnt really decided to purchase a BOTE board at this point. However, I did notice the high quality of their boards and their brand became more than just a symbol with an image. I had a blast and this event had a very good impression on me.The second trip was very similar to the first. Clint remembered me from my previous time out. He asked what board(s) I was interested in, and paired us with people that owned the boards we were interested in. This was another pleasurable event.The third time I went to the BOTE event, there was a lovely 25mph wind out of the SE or SSE, I forget exactly, that made everyone that attended have that sand blasted feeling. (still getting sand out of the ears) A few people had to get rescued by Clint. He definitely earned his salary on this day.At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Every single question I asked was answered I really felt like Clint helped us pick the supplies we wanted to paint the picture we wanted to paint and told us how to do so. I felt very comfortable in asking questions and never had the fear of failure. They treat you like family. Everyone should try it before deciding it isnt for them. I regret not trying it sooner. I am glad I finally purchased a board.It makes getting through the work week so much easier when you can look forward to getting on the water and letting go. Even if you dont buy a BOTE, its worth seeing what they offer.

My Wife and I purchased our new 12 Low Rider Chain Mail Pro Board yesterday from Clint. He is real nice guy, and definitely has a plethora of information about paddling boarding and the Bote Brand. I would highly recommend this shop to go purchase your next or First Paddle Board. Clint gave us a great deal and even helped me load it on the New Swaggin Wagon, I even let him put a BOTE Sticker on it, which is a huge deal for me. I used the board all day today and had rented several boards before we purchased one to make sure we were making a right choice. I purchaced a Breeze inflateable Bote board from Clint in 2014 for our family vacation. The board was very easy to set up and break down. The bag system is very functional and is easy to transport. My family and I loved it so much we bought another one for our family vacation in 2015. Clint was extremely helpful and knows everything there is to know about the Bote products. If you are looking for a stand-up paddle board (SUP) - look no further!! Cline has any board to meet your needs.

Ive loved my inflatable Bote board for almost a year! A couple of months ago I noticed a small bubble under the fin. I thought it was my imagination but it continued to get bigger. I finally took it to the showroom in Destin and talked to the manager Clint . He immediately said its under warranty and its easy fix. I got it back yesterday and my boards like brand new! Clint has been just as attentive to my needs and concerns during the service process as he was in the sales process. I will always recommend buying a board at the Destin Bote store--you may find a cheaper board at a discount store but you wont get the kind of service and thats important to me at those big stores. I use my board a lot and I like knowing that no concern is going to be ignored. Thanks Clink and Bote Destin for an amazing customer experience!

Ive compared both Yolo and Bote boards and I found that Bote boards are slightly better. Bote is much more esthetic and have more options! I like Clint I have found him to be an honest man, A man of his word
