Bought 2 different sets of socks. One I had always gotten and another set that the Sales Associate recommended for my vans. Went home and tried on the pair I hadn’t worn before and they were way too big and weren’t “no show” for my vans. The other set of “no show” socks worked perfect.Went to go return the set that she recommended that didn’t work for me and the same Sales Associate said since they are opened, we can’t take them back.I work retail and I understand she doesn’t make the rules. I get it. But what I’m annoyed about is she knew I was hesitant about the selection she made for me and DID NOT TELL ME THEY WERENT RETURNABLE. So because I know I can’t even wear them, I left them there with the store so they could use them for other people trying on shoes, etc.I get company policy but communicate with your customers so they don’t drive all the way back to your store for nothing. Just straight up annoyed with y’all.

The people that work here are way to pushy. I went in just to look and the boy ask for my size and brings out every shoe in my size. Not all people want you to bother them while they are trying to look.

Went there and saw some cute girls and they didn’t even ask for my number

My child wanted a pair of shoes in a different size, so I walked up to the counter to ask as two employees were having a conversation. I was greeted with Whats up? by the young lady. I asked for the size needed only to be told they didnt have it in an annoyed tone as the young lady walked away. Neither employee checked or tried to help or offer a different pair. We walked out and went to the mall.
