SERVICE WAS TERRIBLEThe lady at the counter as well as the lady putting up signs were beyond rude. They behaved terribly when we were simply trying to get some souvenirs. When I tried returning an item they very disgustingly pointed out that they don’t do returns only exchanges. Keep this in mind before going here. Wouldn’t even give them the benefit of the doubt. Ruin our morning fr >:T

Me and my friends were enjoying the last evening of our vacation and we went inside the store. we instantly saw the pirate statue at the front of the building and we decided to take fun pictures with it. i guess the staff took that as us trying to steal stuff. they followed us all around the entire time we were there. everytime i would set my stuff down so i could pick up a shirt they would come and stand right behind me and act like they were picking something else up. very obviously staring at us. they were also rude the entire time. we never stole anything and paid for all of our items we got

This place bait and switches... They advertised products they no longer carry to get you inside and upsell you something else. My family felt racially profiled and the overall experience wasnt great. Wouldve bought much more had they been honest and fair.

Tried to get this shirt corrected but they would never answer their phone. Shirt said Dusttin, Florida. Should have been Dustin, Florida.

Im on vacation. I stopped at your store to get souvenirs. Decent prices and a lot of very good things. As I was going to pay, mind you I spend $160 bucks. Well your cashier got mad and rude as I was putting my things on the counter. She asked me if that was it, I told her no. Cause I wasnt done putting all of my things on the counter. She then tells me ooh my God! I dont know if she got upset cause we were buying a lot of things. But whatever it was, she didnt have to say that! Obviously that store was making more money with my purchase. If your employees are having a bad day, they shouldnt be bringing that energy to work! And another thing, my mother in law was next in line to pay. Well, another lady walks up and she skips my mother in law and rings up the lady first. When my mother in law was next to pay!

Really nice staff, and also, lots of free things that made me feel happy. Buy one get one free deal on a fairly expensive item was really nice! Reccomended this place.

Lots of choices, but large advertising signs indicating FREe beach bag, FREE box of taffy, and FREE coffee mug with purchase. Just spent $140.00; out of beach bags, no taffy, and had to raise cane to get the mug. Might want to consider other establishments.

My girl got a hair wrap there $3 an inch so 20 inches of hair $60 they lady doing it was fast and friendly. I looked around and they have everything you need to enjoy the beach lots of cloths and beach stuff and souvenirs for everyone.

Only went because we needed more towels and it was next to condo. Customer line is crazy long with just one register open while 6 employees are standing around throughout the store.

Terrible service and the workers could have a change of attitude was very rude and disrespectful!!

Get beautiful powerful airbrushed T shirts here! Very clean store lots of neat statues and artwork and the employees were super friendly! And the parking is good we were able to find a parking space with no trouble

If I could give this place ZERO stars instead of one, I would. The employees are 100% unprofessional and very rude! I was told two days ago that active military members AND vets get military discount in the store, so I showed the young girl my military ID. She said, “It’s expired. You don’t get a discount.” I said, “Okay, that’s fine. I was told vets get a discount but it’s okay.” She said, “You don’t have the authority to get a discount. Don’t act special!”Will never recommend anyone that place ever again!

This place is a fun stop. They have a ton of stuff! Pretty much the same as all the other beach shops but I like that its not so crammed with stuff like smaller shops closer to the beach.

I just wish their shirts werent iron-on they dont last very long like silk screen printing. But they did have a good sale on swimwear

I mean this store can survive the non peak winter season by marking everything up 110%. Excellent business model.

Open in the off season, and literally everything is on sale! Amazing selection, store was well stocked and organized. Employees were very friendly. One of the very few stores still open, worth a visit!

First off the staff at this location is very rude with no level of business keeping customer service...second when you go to check out she picks up clearance swim suits and says they can’t be returned so alright I agreed to that but then when we take back a swimSuit 2 minutes later merely because we thought it was on sale but it ended up being $45 and the quality wasn’t there for that kinda money she states nothing at all could be returned and refused to return a regular priced item. In the future I will take my money and business elsewhere!!

Staff is incredibly unfriendly. When went up to register total was $31 and I handed them two $20 and the lady disgustingly said you dont have $11? And I replied no and she continued to say what about the 76 cents? And I also replied no. She then proceeded too sigh and say I cant believe I have to do this. It is part of your job to make change...

This place had a fairly huge collection of odds and ends that made for good souvenir shopping and the prices were pretty good. It takes some time to shop through everything, but that was a good thing as we were looking for unique mementos.

This place is so much better than Alvins Island. It is well organized and I didnt feel like I was sifting through junk to find a souvenir.

Horrible service. Cashiers act like it is a problem to ask questions or charge you out in general. Do not recommend this spot. Many more nice places to go to in Destin.

If youre looking for overpriced souvenirs, this is the place to go. They also advertise henna tattoos, but dont be fooled — its just black paint that might stain your skin a bit before wearing off in two days. When our spray bottle of sunblock stopped working the day we bought it, the cashier was rude, but the manager did allow us to replace it.

Staff was rude, and stared at me and my boyfriend the whole time, until we felt super uncomfortable, so I just grabbed a keychain to symbolize my time in Destin. When we got to the register she asked for my identification to purchase a $4 keychain, I wonder if they skip this process with “certain” people. I was super offended I’d been spending hundreds of dollars in Destin and no one asked for my I.D for a purchase.

Pretty much all the cheap tourist stuff every beach store has. It does have a good selection and the prices arent bad.

Hopefully youre not looking for quality goods at a place like this. But for a relatively inexpensive souvenir sweatshirt or a pair of cheap shades, its perfect.

Had my henna done here. it was NOT real henna. it was jagua. the instructions said to leave it on for 2 hours and then wash it off. i followed these instructions to a T!!!! this henna came off not even 48 hours later. i was told it was henna and that it would stay on for 2 weeks. RIP OFF!!!! do not get this!! it looked terrible and it was 30 dollars! could not get my money back. tourist trap rip off.

The henna tattoo looks like it is fadig aamd i just got it today!!! But everything else was great.

Its an OK place to get cheap, touristy stuff. Many shops sell the exact same merchandise.
