The staff when I went was awful and yelled and cursed at us for walking in the lobby because there was construction and asking if there was a restroom. Not sure what made them so angry but maybe they should eat some of their product to calm them down and not take their anger out on customers. Hope they’re doing better now though.

I can compare this place to Christmas. Its extremely hard to be in a bad mood when hot Krispy Kreme donuts are on the menu. The staff are lovely and super nice.

Drive through line was backed up on to the road but they had a good system going inside and kept cars moving along. Best glazed doughnuts ever and great coffee too!

Called to see if their lobby was open. It wasnt which is fine, but the person who answered the call was quite rude. Pandemic aside, theyre the only restaurant open thats still doing drive-thru only. Which is great for people driving trucks that are 12ft tall.

This might be just the happiest place on Earth. And when they are come out hot and fresh, oh I cant stand it its so good. And then I have to get some fancy filled donut each time. Some people there are really nice. I had a hot coffee, my wife had a frozen coffee. The only thing I can think to improve would be to have a sugar-free coffee flavoring such a sugar-free French vanilla. This location is a nice location just make that turn its a little hard to get in and out if youre not paying attention, especially when theres a lot of tourist traffic.

Very disappointed!!! Was on vacation, rode by this place a couple times, waiting for the hot light to be on before I stopped. FINALLY caught the hot light on. Got in line to get me some hot fresh glazed doughnuts... or so I thought.. ordered a dozen glazed doughnuts, paid, got em... only to pull out on the road open the box... COLD doughnuts.... Sooo disappointed Krispy Kreme. Not a good look for a franchise that is known for hot fresh doughnuts when the hot light is on.....

The service was quick as usual and I love this krispy creme location. However the visit I just had was horrible service, they didn’t get my order right after they repeated it back to me 2 times in the order window. I tried explaining what was wrong and tried saying that I had ordered 2 dozen assorted and then a half dozen of super moons and had only received 2 dozen with the super moons mixed in. I eneded up having to pay for another full dozen instead of them correcting what they did wrong in the first place. I ended up leaving annoyed rather then happy from getting some hot fresh and now donuts.

Walked in lobby from our resort to get our 2 year old son a donut. Older women started theyre only taking drive thru. Mind you we walked from our resort. Again we said we had no vehicle and she proceeded to say well Im by myself.We went and walked to dunkin instead which they were pleased to help us through their lobby.Being locatated in a tourist attraction you would assume they would be willing to help all types of guest in a vehicle or not. Terrible customer service

Everywhere is busy and the website said they had dine in. The drive thru is a mile long and I wasnt going through. Got inside and they were working just fine and they said no dine in. Dont put on the website that you are open for dine in of your not. Will never be ordering a donut again from them.

We waited in line 30 minutes for hot fresh donuts and when we got them they were cold... My wife said they were lukewarm but she doesnt know about these hot fresh donuts They were cold... Maybe its because its right up on the beach and theyre not good at making donuts with the salty air... I would skip this Krispy Kreme location from now on..🥺 I still like Krispy Kreme Ill just never go here again, I said what I said.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life, we were rushed through our order and the order taker was extremely rude choosing to talk to her co-workers instead of taking our order. When we got to the window we weren’t even offered a receipt. Will not be coming back to this location ever again.

The difference between cold cups on small and medium are obnoxiously nil. Theres almost no difference, and not worth ordering, especially for the price. And then the large is a normal sized medium cold cup. The price I just paid for my order, Ill be sticking with Dunkin Donuts for normal pricing and sizing. SMH, disappointed beyond words. The small is literally up to where the bottom of the lid falls. Its like a 1/2oz less.

Tried to order through door dash and you cannot customize, tried to order online and it wouldn’t load the screen to pay(tried on 2 different phones), then called and asked if we could just give her the order over the phone since their site isn’t working and she said no, then downloaded the app to see if that would work and of course it didn’t either.

I dont understand why the lobby is still closed but the drive thru did work quickly

I walked a mile to get donuts while I was on vaca. I had a vehicle, but walking is what I do in the morning. Walked into the lobby and they said it was closed. Only the drive thru. This should be on the website. Such a disappointment.

I changed my 5 star to 1 star because I have to travel several miles to get here. They went from being 24 hours to closing at 12, then 11, and now 10. Of course Ive learned to check before I drive so far now, but the last time it was 945 and when the customer in drive thru in front of me finished, they turned off the lights to the screen, and refused to acknowledge me even though it was 945! I work til late and have loved this place many years but the inconsistency is annoying.

The Krispie Kreme glazed we’re good (especially the famous lightness and texture), but the frying grease seemed to be vegetable oil/shortening; however, donut lovers all know that lard OR beef tallow (or some animal/veg blend) makes the best donuts! I guess this is to appease the vegans and health nuts, but who cares when scarfing down a beautiful, golden ring of fried yeast dough?

Quick service, as always the donuts were fresh and tasted delicious..their latte size cups are on the small side for the price you pay but still tasted amazing.

Extremely disappointed in this location! They were running a promotion and closed early that day! When we arrived, they were closed and didnt offer a raincheck or to extend the promotion to the following day.

Screw this place!!! My wife (who is a registered nurse) and I went to get a half a dozen. Before we drove up, we looked up if they had first responder discount; we found out they did so I told them my wife is a first responder and refused to give us the discount.... No respect!!!

These people that work there truly make the company and experience. The doughnuts were great, but the establishment was even better. The restaurant was so clean, and the employees went above and beyond and were so friendly... before we even told them this was our first time visiting a Krispy Kreme. Are they all like this?
