I cannot adequately express how wonderful this company is. La Place USA goes above and beyond in customer service - their products are exquisite, unique and well made. The Baja Buffett fits perfectly in my small dining room, it was more than I expected, the colours are richer in person, and the hand carved detail - just wow! I have so many compliments on it already! It matches my dining table which is also from La Place, I can finally say my dining room is complete!The owners are so very lovely and very knowledgeable about their products. In the world of retail, where most products are no longer made to last and customer service is something of the past ; La place definitely surpasses the norm and provides products that can turn any house into a home with beautiful pieces to last. We were looking to replace our teak table and chairs that were lost during a recent hurricane. We were professionally accommodated by experienced sales personnel who showed us several alternatives and described the benefits and care of each. After purchasing a table and chairs, the items were delivered and carefully placed on our balcony on a timely bases. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend this outlet!

We purchased a home in FL and wanted to buy a dining room set.We love the products that LaPlace carries so I contacted Justin at this location and inquired about dining tables. He took pictures of what they offered and sent to me. We were able to pick out the one we wanted. He put it on hold for us and held off on taking our payment until we could see it in person.He was very helpful in how to care for the table.Justin was always quick to respond to questions about products and availability.

They showed us the furniture that we inquired about and then asked if we would like to talk and browse the showroom, which we did. We had a wonderful time looking at their unique and beautiful furniture, wall art and accessories. They checked on us throughout our visit, but never pressured us to make a purchase. Wednesday May 1, 2013 around 5:30My parents just moved to the area and we were looking for some new furnishings for their new home. When we stopped in the store, the woman at the front desk was too busy running around doing nothing and did not stop to even say hello to us. So we walked around the store a bit and came across a $500 console table that my father loved. Instead of the associate interacting with and asking us what we were looking for, my father had to go over to her when he had a question and the woman completely ignored him. So we decided to stop looking and leave. So as we were walking out the door, then she finally wanted to speak to us and wanted to know if we were just visiting or we were new to the area. So you think we are just tourists wondering around and are not going to purchase anything? Really? What kind of customer service does this company value? My parents and I all work in the customer service industry and none of us would ever give treat a customer like that. I hope she doesnt treat all customers like this.

The service was excellent and the furniture and accessories are beautifully designed and of high quality.
