Super clean, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The workers went above and beyond. We had a gentleman named Eddie help us at the Destin, Florida location. He was AMAZING, it was like having our own personal shopper. He was extremely knowledgeable about the oysters, how to cook the scallops and also showed us where items were throughout the store! Later we saw him bagging at the front. Nice job Eddie, Whole foods, you have an amazing employee here.

Whole Foods markets dedication to offering foods free from artificial sweetners is one of the reasons I like to shop here. I can go shop without having to read every label in the store because of my food allergies. Also, the produce section offers beautiful produce that is fresh, organic and I do not have to worry about the chemicals that have been applied. The good that is available in the deli, you can pick up and go for dinner. The staff was very helpful in pointing us in the direction of items we could not find. Yes, some items are more expensive, but piece of mind is a price I am willing to pay for not having a health issue from my food.

I enjoy shopping here. They always have fresh and delicious fruit, vegetables. Also, unlike most other supermarkets in the area this Whole Food Market actually carries wild caught salmon. Despite this area being considered as fishermens paradise, there are very few places around this area where you can actually find a non farm raised salmon. And this Whole Foods Market is one of them. Also they do deliver as well if you cant make it to the store. All COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines are followed religiously. There are sanitizing stations at every department/section across the store.

Fruit and vegetables were just the best. Did not throw any away. Went. Here for 3 months

I was having a pleasant day, shopping like you shop on vacation, relaxed and wandering around. Get to the cash register and this super rude cashier old lady with long gray hair is rude to me out of the blue for no reason. I get in position to pay as the previous customer is loading their bag, and she rudely says “Ma’am we’re not done here » and pauses until I back out of where I’m at… what??? I literally shop at whole foods ALL the time, with prime membership and Amazon credit card, and this has never EVER been a problem to get in position ready to pay.. she just ruined my good mood and great experience of the store. Please don’t hire people that can’t talk or be nice to customers. She’s gotta go!

Meh. Smaller than other stores and selections are limited. I know many people love these stores but I dont see the allure. Still a lot of processed food on the shelves and a lot less organic foods than youd expect. Nice store otherwise.

Great place. Great energy of people, you can privately be yourself as you shop. The quality of food and exciting variety of food is worth experiencing. I just had Jamaican Jerk Chicken soup and mango with a low sugar strawberry lemon water, a taste of paradise.

The most stocked grocery store I’ve been to in the area lol. I will forever be a customer due have fresh organic products and to purchase truffle hot sauce because I’m seriously addicted!!

I love shopping at Whole Foods because of the variety of items they carry. Lots of small business products you wont find at Publix or Win Dixie. This store is very clean. In addition, I recently noticed that Whole Foods is cheaper than Publix on some items.

The Best breakfast biscuits in the World !!!We stopped in here on our road trip.Grabbed some Bacon, Egg and cheese Biscuits for breakfast.Creamy eggs with tiny bits of bacon. Best eggs we have ever had - Decadent !Soft and crispy biscuit.YUM.

Ordered a pizza for the family it was delicious but the older man with white gray hair wearing a white coat.. not sure what department he works in- is very rude and short with customers. Goodluck.

Have recently made more use of their delivery service which is free for Amazon prime members. Tipping is optional and we do tip the suggested $amount for this wonderful service. Order fillers pick and deliver quality items. You can also make requests to your picker. Food shows up at your doorstep at prescribed times. Excellent service to offer, excellent food products...

Although they do have lots of different things to choose from, their hot bar was terrible looking. All the food that was on the bar was dried out really bad. Lots of items were missing. Like, they had spaghetti sauce, but no noodles and no meat balls in the sauce. It was a disappointment.

Love this place. Freshness is the number one priority.

Tomatoes hard as rocks yet labeled vine ripe, no masks so enjoy the covid casserole at their food bar

Used to love getting Whole Foods deliveries until they started just ignoring my orders. They keep my money and never provide my groceries. I call, they tell me to kick rocks and be grateful they allow me to give them my hard earned income. I dont know about you but fury doesnt even begin to cover my emotional state.

Really like shopping here. Great selection of organics on both foods and body products. Well organized. Meats and produce are fresh. Love their food bars for soups,salads and hot foods. Wood fired pizza oven...made to order. Fresh made sandwiches to go or eat there..prices are reasonable. Worth the time and trip from Fort Walton Beach.

What youd expect from a whole foods only way smaller/less variety. Probably not a super helpful review but would take forever to list all the things they didnt have that most do.They have alcohol though (a big variety of hard seltzers) 40s of main name brands as well.

Whole Foods is a really nice store. It smelled so delicious walking in. Great decor & clean

High quality fruits and vegetables that were bruised when the cashier carelessly rang them up and slid them forcibly slid them down to the bagging area. This carelessness seems unacceptable in that kind of store. I also informed the cashier that I was juicing my produce so having her roll everything out of the bags was mind blowing. The store had a 100% mask policy, which for the area, is extreme. I respect their decision and complied with their mandate. If you are going to proclaim that you are health conscious and promote good nutrition, (which I agree with) then please use the same caution when handling food that is going to be eaten raw.

Bought a turkey avocado bacon sandwich and it I’m pretty sure it was about 4 days old, tasted nasty. Worst $9 spent

Im a big fan of Whole Foods. The employees are always happy, and that makes it a great place to shop.

I really like wholefoods. The store layout is a bit odd, but theyve got a decent selection. They keep getting rid of the things I like to go there for like vegan brownies from the bakery and low sodium soups. Would recommend if youre in the area.

Always love shopping at our local Whole Foods. Great sales going on and they recently opened the hot food bar with extra added precautions... except people still arent following store policy to mask up, which is probably why no one was buying food at the hot food bar 🙄

I could spend all day in the store, they even had lingonberry in a jar. Gotta love it! The steaks were the bomb, just saying best meats ever.

A cashier named Tracey was rude to me. I had my had out for my receipt and she placed it on the counter instead of in my hand. She didn’t do this white customer in front of me. She didn’t ask me if wanted a bag for my potatoes either. Just put them on side. Mind you it it was a five pound bag. She didn’t greet me either, the whole experience put a sour taste I my mouth. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back here after this.

Great employee help, the few prepared foods Ive purchased were also good but the produce quality and selection is very disappointing for such a hyped store. Ive tried it time and time again since they opened a couple years ago and am continually let down. Please get more/better quality produce!

This place has the best customer service in town! Sandra has just packed my 3 boxes of groceries up like they were her own. I appreciate all the professional assistance I receive at this store. When I want to find something, there’s always a friendly team member to help.

Good selection, prices arent too bad. But require a mask. Yet you see employees wearing them incorrectly. Just make mask wearing a recommendation not a requirement

Clean and neat store.

I was very disappointed in the meat department this week. I wanted the butcher to cut my ribeye steak very thin so I could make Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich for dinner. I was told they have no equipment and do not cut meat. I found this odd as all other grocery stores and specialty store offer this expected service.

As with most locations, this is a great option for all food items with clean ingredients and also pre-made food items from the bar.

I love this place! They have great options that you dont get anywhere else. Wish I had one closer to home, if be there all the time

Teagon, Supervisor Needs remedial training. I am a faithful Whole Foods purchaser. She had me running all over the store looking for the amazing 3 wishes wine. I have leg knee problems (Retired Military) Only to get to the register saying oh county ordinance you cant purchase it till 10:00 a.m..Which is not a problem but that was ridiculous. Do I need to say more???

I dont get to go here often as its 50 miles from my home but went for whole bean coffee and pasteurized cream. Sadly neither was in stock otherwise 5 stars. Staff helpful, if a little absent at times.

Stumbled upon by accident while in the area for work. A bit smaller than the ones Ive been to in California, but had everything you could need or want. Great kombucha selection, and the to-go food bar is always a must!

Tony Giorgione, clearly has no idea how the world works. If you think a meatcutter can just slap a whole ribeye on a deli slicer and make you some boujee steak-umms, youre living in a fantasy world. A ribeye is too tender to cut properly on a slicer, it would just fall a part. The only alternative would be to freeze it before cutting, and Im pretty sure its against the stores policy to freeze a whole ribeye primal just because you want half a pound of shaved ribeye. Tony, pull your head out of your a$$. The meat department is the best in the area. Keep up the good work boys!

Its a whole foods. Staff is friendly and helpful, selection is wide and readily available, store is clean and well kept and prices are only a little outrageous. :)

Love love love whole foods! So many fresh ingredients and good food. I always have to go get a cup of there hot soup from their hot bar everytime I go. It is pricey but I will go when I have money to get some really good stuff

They require masks still. Go next door to Publix. Cheaper and nicer people. They literally have security “bullies” out frond to escort you away if you don’t have a mask on.

Whole Foods is a pleasant place to shop. The produce and meats are all high quality. We bought some USDA Prime NY Strips steaks that were the best steaks we have had in a long time. On another trip we purchased gift cards. I handed the cashier 2 cards and asked for $100 on each. She had trouble putting funds on one of the cards and sent me to customer service. After the CS clerk called management she sent off an email with notes on the transaction asking for help to resolve the problem. Long story short after a couple days and a trip back to the store I was given a replacement $100 gift card and one for myself for my trouble. I would have given the store 5 stars if I had to go through the cashiers mistake of scanning one cards twice. I give high marks to the CS associate Catherine Camizzi for her help in resolving the issue.

The hand tossed pizzas at this store are absolutely delicious and very affordable! Never thought wed be eating there, but it was one of the few places open on Thanksgiving. Next time, it will be our first choice

Good choice of organic foods. Buffet is a little bland but that is the norm I guess. Great choice of local Florida Craft beers. Also a bar to drink Craft beer. Love their almond butter machine.

I love the whole foods market! Their me at is fresh they have a wide variety of really fresh produce and many other things in the store. I love that you can get lunch there and of course if you are a prime Amazon prime member all you need to do is put your phone number in or scan your QR code from Amazon. You will then get any discount of any item you have in your cart. The store is large and clean and the people are friendly and nice. They have personal care items vitamin supplements minerals. And so many other things too numerous to mention.

Have nothing but praise for the store, they wipe all their cards clean everyone wears masks, the parking lot is clean and staff is very friendly and know where items are located. What more can you say 5 out of 5 stars

Good food. The staff never speaks to you and Never acknowledge your presence.I had a bag break on last friday after being overfilled by the cashier and the manager just stared at me and walked away.I learned not expect much from them in way of customer service.

A gorgeous new store that looks larger from the exterior than it actually is, but not the most helpful staff. The plastic silverware wasnt available in the deli area with the soup/salad bar--we had to hunt it down at the front of the store.

I think I have been spoiled with the Texas Whole Foods Market. The selections are much fewer, but I can say that I am happy to see that the soups are back.
