We got a washer and dryer from them in 2018. Our appliances were working great. So, then we decided to get an upright freezer about 3 months later. We have had no problems! Now about 2 years later, we wanted a second refrigerator and decided to go back. We decided, why pay full price by going to a big store, when we can get the same product in great shape and pay a fraction of the original cost. We LOVE the refrigerator we bought and the price was RIGHT! :-) To top it off, JR and Ace were our delivery guys. They were EXTREMELY professional and polite. They came in wearing a mask. I bought a fridge and it wouldnt fit i was disappointed and thought I wouldnt be able to keep it, but the manager sent J.R and Ace back out the next day and they worked tirelessly until they got it in and set it up. Mark was a great help. We got a Kenmore elite french door refrigerator. We had one little glitch that I didnt mind at all. When he double checked the operation of the unit he found that the ice maker needed a little tune up which delayed the delivery by 2 days but I rather have it all in working order upon delivery. The deliver crew was prompt and professional. We love our fridge and especially love the price. We had been shopping around and 3000.00 for a new one with s 4 to 6 month wait was all we could find. We paid 850.00 and are very happy with our purchase. We would recomend them to anyone who is in the market to replace their kitchen appliances.

Ive been buy mattresses from here for about 7 years the owner Sam is very kind and understanding they have the best deals in town one time I got a mattress that was too hard and he took it right back and gave me a softer one so I really deal with them for real you looking for a cheap mattress but a nice mattress definitely holler at them

I went here because of the good reviews so I’m hoping to save someone from a terrible experience. Our fridge broke so I felt pressure to purchase something quickly. The only fridge they had that would match our current appliances and was the right size was a really nice looking $500 fridge. I felt uncomfortable with that price but they said they couldn’t lower it anymore because it was a really nice fridge. Long story short ever since we’ve had it it hasn’t worked properly. First it was freezing things in the fridge part and ruing food. So I called them since they have a 90 warranty. They sent out a man that doesn’t speak English and couldn’t communicate with us effectively. He stayed for 5 min and said it’s fixed ANd left. It wasn’t fixed. I called back and they apologized and said they would send someone else and talked to the manager. I still haven’t heard anything and now our fridge is warm. I’m so angry..now my $200 in groceries are going bad again. Terrible experience.

10 year old washer went out suddenly was out of commission clothes piling up as I refused to go to local laundromats due to unsanitary conditions googled this place went in on Thursday evening picked a nice affordable washer had it delivered the next day! Purchased a fridge great condition side by side with ice and water maker, great pricing. Due to covid i had to get it inside the house myself n man it was a challenge.. Had a issue, but with my 90day warranty i had a repair man in the next day..

They showed me a pair of washer and dryers with details of how it works. They told me how they refurbished, sanded down and painted each machine to make them look and function just like new. This place would have been perfect were not for the flies that constantly flew in my face, I thought the flies was an outside problem until I saw fly traps full of them.

We just went shopping and came home from the store our refrigerator was leaking and off. We called and purchased a refrigerator with a warranty and delivery for the next day. Mark Hassan was awesome he got us an upgraded refrigerator for the same price as the one we were gonna get and his customer service was top notch! I just got a washer from here and the washer is trash. There’s rust on the side. Spider webs underneath the washer and the inside smells like they sprayed cologne in there. It don’t look like it’s refurbished to new. I was hoping high hopes. I do t want to even wash my clothes in there after smelling the inside

I received thee worst experience ever in this place today! I went 2 days ago to buy a box spring and was told that they were sold out so come back after 4PM the next day when he has his new shipment and I can get one for $100/delivery $35. I came back in 2 days to a full parking with dollies, delivery trucks and hardly anywhere for customers to park. I finally got a space and walked to the door which was blocked but 3 guys talking loud; using VERY inappropriate language (found out they were the load and delivery guys). I had to say excuse me twice just to get passed! So Im in the mattress showroom waiting on a salesperson to help me but there was only one guy ripping and running from both sides of the store. He was so overwhelmed. I finally asked about my box spring and was told they dont sell separate, only mattress sets. I told him that I was there 2 days ago and was told otherwise and he just walked away and started helping someone else. GHETTO as hell!
