I purchased an used electric dryer from this place on November 4, 2020. After experiencing some on an off issues with the dryer recently, Sam offered to replace the dryer with a more newer one. I appreciate his willingness to make things right! He was very professional and was willing to accommodate all my concerns. They will be delivering my new dryer this Saturday and removing the old one. I’m truly excited because the laundry mat is no fun.

I got a brand new Thinkq washer and dryer and a new LG for the best price customer service was excellent and they came and delivered the same day. They even installed for me I love this company referred to a family member will be back for a LG stove

I go to Mr. Me’s Appliance for all my appliance needs. Last year, I got a stove and fridge from him. Still going strong. Just recently purchased this washer and dryer set, had one minor issue but they came and fixed it right away. So far, so good.

We love this place! The service is outstanding! Delivery service is quick and fairly priced. We purchased a refrigerator for a rental and while we checked the freezer temperature at the time of purchase, it was not freezing shortly after delivery. The owner took care of the situation quickly and without a speck of hassle, getting it done before our tenant arrived. We also purchased a slide in stove for a VERY reasonable price and it works beautifully. We are so grateful to be doing business with such a great small business!

Terrible experience, bought a washer and dryer here used 175 each. Dryer worked but washer never started. They replaced it 3 days later then 1 week later that one stopped working. They repaired it 3 weeks later but made me bring it to them myself with no dolly. They said it was because of COVID. 2 weeks later something different breaks on the washer. I asked them for a refund because I was tired of dealing with it. They refused because it was past there “30 day warranty”. Completely bad experience and my mother in law also had a bad experience there and warned me against them but I did not listen. Now I’m out 175 dollars and still no washing machine. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery service was awesome. They have a variety of appliances at great prices. I definitely recommend using them. I know I will. I highly recommend using them

Really pleasant customer service experience when I went in store to browse for my appliance. Found a fridge I liked and set up my delivery schedule. They arrived to deliver and totally destroyed my stainless steel appliance bringing it into my house. Also, they didnt fully clean it like Id asked. Update 2/15/19 Manager of the store did return to inspect damages and I am satisfied with the compensation for those damages. I will be purchasing another appliance from them ... Ill just be keeping my eye on the delivery persons from now on.

Visited location and was greeted immediately by staff/owner, he reconmmended a diverse array of potentials, and i ended up getting this great deal on a secondary refrigerator! It was delivered within reason the following day with set up. The delivery was timely, professional and empathetic, and I was told I have a 30 day warranty with 8 dollars per month for an extended 30 days. I highly recommend anyone on a budget but still desires quality to give this location a look.

Combative sales guy, seems angry and rude for no real reason.

Prices are fair. Owners/employees are liars. Purchased a washer and dryer set and was told the dryer was unused (lie #1). Was told installation was included. They plugged in the washer and connected the hoses but left without mentioning they werent licensed to do the gas dryer (lie #2). Very inconvenient as my husband is disabled. The deliver guys were beyond rude as well. I usually tip servicemen but this time no way! Avoid them at all costs.

Not the best. Appliances that I got from here were malfunctioning and the transportation was unsecured and almost fell of the truck. Building is run down and old. Update your building and transportation services and you just might get higher stars.

They posted a refrigerator for sale on facebook Marketplace and I contacted the owner to purchase it. I confirmed a day and time to come buy it. After getting a truck and arriving he had already sold it that morning! Dont get your hopes up on an appliance here until you are already picking it up. The owner did try to show me similar ones but I was there to purchase that certain one because it was the size and features I wanted.

Went looking for a hot water tank they had one to fit my budget. Also had a 30 day warranty with the option to purchase additional for $8 a month.

Good prices but refrigerator we bought earlier this year, started to leak water from the freezer and then a week later the freezer door fell off, got the fridge for my 89 year old grandmother when she called to find out if they would repair the leaking freezer they told her the warranty was only for 30 days.☹️
