Lisa is amazing. I have spent hours on line trying to find bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We spoke with Lisa, she listened, and located everything we needed. Faucets and fixtures just appeared effortlessly and were exactly what we wanted. She definitely knows her stuff and is so easy to work with. It was worth the trip from the other side of town.

Yesterday was an amazing day.I rummaged through two junk yards with no luck and mounting frustration at the unlikelihood of ever finding a match to my broken hot knob. Then on a fluke, I was driving by, I stopped in at Atlas Plumbing where the owner dug through boxes of faucet handles for over a half hour till he found me my missing Hot bath tub knob. Perfect match!Can’t thank you enough! I’ll be back for all future plumbing needs.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff, which I cant always say for big box stores. They helped me fix my kitchen faucet. They were very patience with me as Im not the most knowledgeable in this area.Prices are reasonable too! Have a small selection of tools as well.Ill definitely be going back for my other plumbing needs.

Neat, bustling plumbing store with a good stash of steam radiators; I picked up two. These are not widely available. I got the reference from my HVAC guys at Gee and Missler. Also got some pellets to clear a clogged upstairs bath and sink.

The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Always great attitudes and parking in the back is a huge plus. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable plumbing supply.

Ive known about this supply store since I was a teenager. I was told that I could go there with any plumbing problem I ever had and they would have an answer. Im 51 now and still go to Atlas.

I highly recommend this business. The employee was extremely helpful and patient with me. My part was not available so he referred me to another location which I think is a great business practice. I will utilize their services again. Great!!!

Had to come from 48125 zip code, but Atlas had what I needed. I needed shower stems for my 1945 home. Business near my house pulled out the parts book and said I had a better chance at winning the lottery then finding the shower stems. The guy mentioned Atlas in Detroit, but he was doubtful. The gentleman at Atlas even commented something like “ older home huh” when I showed him the stems. Atlas had the stems, didn’t try to sell me something I did not need and Was very helpful.

THE LADY ON THE PHONE ASKED ME WHAT DID I NEED IM NO PLUMBER SO I TRIED MY BEST TO EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO HER. AFTER ABOUT TEN MINUTES OF STANDING IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE A GUY COMES OU TTI GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR ITEMS AS HES WALKING IN I SAY EXCUSE ME CAN I ASK YIU A QUICK QUESTION HE SAID I CANT LOOK AT ANYTHING CALL OR SEND PICTURES AND HE SLAMMED THE DOOR. FEW MINUTES LATER HE COMES OUT TO GI E SOMEONE ELSE THEIR ITEMS SO ISAID EXCUSES ME WHAT IF I E ALREADY CALLED AND TEXTED 20 MINUTES AGO. HE INSTANTLY GOT AN ATTITUDE. AND SAID WERE BUSY AND ONCE AGAIN SLAMMED THE DOOR THIS WAS ABIUT 30 MINUTES AGO AND IVE STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL. DURING THIS TERRIBLE TIME WE ALL NEED TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE FEW BUSINESSES THAT ARE OPEN AND TRY TO STICK TO SOME KIND OF NORMALCY I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME F. Atlas was wonderful, I had to return a product and they gave me no problems. Their showroom and displays are beautiful a must see must visit.

I used Atlas with no issues for several years. Now I have a less than 6 month old water heater with an issue, and they refuse to handle warranty even though they sold the machine. I expect better, and will take my business elsewhere.
