Pretty nice I go here for most of my hair needs. Nice prices compared to other places. A bit tight but thats fine. I havent tried many makeup products but the ones that I have are nice. I like their hair dye. Overall, I enjoy shopping here!!

Keeping up with bleaching my roots requires constant maintenance. thankfully this place is relatively close to my house and i am constantly going in there for bleach. give me a few more trips and as soon as i walk in the door the product will be all ready for me at the desk. thank you to the amazing girls who work the counter!

It’s really small and they don’t have the brands I’m used to. But it’s a nice shop. They have flashy earrings and even a few clothes. They have braided hair, wigs - though I didn’t see too much of a variety of wigs. Also, nice prices, but the packs weren’t as big as they should have been - like at other stores. They gave me some nail polish and sample packs of shampoo and conditioner because I spent $80. They don’t yet have a reward system yet. But a nice store!

The people working there were very friendly and helpful when finding the things I needed, and they had a huge variety of luxury beauty and cosmetic products for a fraction of the cost of other beauty stores. When I was unsure of which product I wanted between a variety of similar items they had quite a bit of information about the items in question and helped me make a decision. It was a very wonderful and welcoming experience, and Ill definitely be going there again. 😊

This is a great little shop for beauty supplies and jewelry. They have a variety of options from dollar jewelry on up. Plus everyone that works there is sooooo super friendly. They really make you feel important and they take time with each customer to make sure you get exactly what you want or need. I love going there for my hoop earrings, gold or silver, they always have what I need.

Recently I had went to a beauty store around my area to buy items to style my hair for the second time in my life. Having long hair, going to the salon wouldve costed too much for my liking and I had confidence I could do it myself but I had no professional advice, only researching, referencing videos online, and a recommendation from a family member. I wrote myself a list and headed to the store only to look as lost as ever. Two kind employees noticed, came over to my rescue, and gave me some great advice. It turned out that I actually picked out more items than I needed to and instead of trying to get me for all that I have, they told me. Customer > money and that really meant something to me. Sure it wouldnt have hurt to use the extra items in my hair but they told me that it wasnt really necessary. I had a fear of using too harsh of chemicals in my hair but they assured me that I could use something a bit stronger as my hair probably wouldnt have came out the way I wanted. After I paid and thanked them for their help, they told me that I really saved a fortune at their store rather than going to get it done. I then left but not before the two men wished me luck. This was probably one of my most memorable experiences of receiving excellent customer service. Not only were they helpful, but they were also very enthusiastic, understanding and very easy to talk to. I can sincerely thank them for the way my hair has come out today. (:

They have a great inventory although the store is pretty tight. You cant get by without dropping something. Its a little unorganized but the staff there are amazing and friendly.

The Best Beauty supply EVER. Since ive start going to this one i havent used another. They are very helpful, they know about all of the items they sale, the prices are very reasonable . They always answer their phones and dont follow you or rush you like most beauty supplies. If you are ever in the area i think you should try it out :)

They need to know the value of the customers and the prices are a little too high for Southwest Detroit you need to be for the people or get out of the city
