The pharmacy Department is horrible!!! Rude rude rude the young lady that was the cashier I watched how she talked to our seniors and I definitely didn’t like it one bit, if you can’t be professional as a front line assistant don’t take the position. Our seniors most of them don’t know how to work computers you have to go online and schedule an appointment for the vaccine. Not a great experience here with my granny. She was really nasty 3-3-21

Store is usually clean and shelves fully stocked...close to home and convenient to get too

The crew and management are fantastic and knowledgeable. I shove here often and will always get my prescription here. The ladies and men that run this rite aid are fantastic.My only request is that it be made back in to a 24hr rite aid.Thank you Scot W. Brown

The best time to go is at night. No long lines or wait time. The staff behind the counter was helpful and courteous. The store looks good since the remodeling.

The Rite Aid sent me a message that my prescription was ready I called a Pharmacy attendent answered warm welcome from Harper Pharmacy Associate an I came in and was served welcoming an fast. Best service at a Detroit City Pharmacy in a while!

Wait time is terrible. Service is even worst. Ask for your number but wont call to let you know if there is any issues. They will have you wait 4 hours til you come expecting to receive your medication and they will then tell you nothing was done it was a issue. Will charge you even thought there is no co fee

I walk in and i had to get drinks and some other stuff but I had to use the restroom first so I ask the sales lady where the is the restroom she said we don’t have public restroom and I’m was like then I won’t buy anything from the store then. I have stopped at other Rite aid before and never had an issue but then people are rude like this Rite aid I have to ride a review

The woman in the pharmacy is so damn rude I tell you .the only one that was not rude was the short light skin lady I will never I mean never will go back to this rite aid I think I will go to Walmart pharmacy BEWARE DONT GO HERE THE WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!

A nightmare pharmacy to deal with if you are a prescriber. Called multiple times left messages on prescribers voicemail thats supposedly checked every hour. Claims to not have received prescription. Patients think it is prescribers fault. Steer clear of this pharmacy

Terrible am 6 mouths pregnant and I was told I had to carry all of my stuff to my car and make trips. if I was told that before I purchased a case of water and 4 bags I would of left they lost my business I will never go back. Cashier was very rude. Definitely a getting store. They dont care about losing customers.

Very slow even in the Drive Thru you wait about 15 minutes before anybody gets to you gave 3 stars because at least theyre very polite and nice
