Quality of hair is not good at all plus they charge way too much for synthetic hair ! They say it’s human hair but I know synthetic hair when I see it, feel it!

It’s nicely organized inside. I was able to find products that I needed. However the customer service is not too friendly. That means a lot to me.

Have had a number of issues with this beauty supply over the years. I try to limit my visits to none as much as possible. Im not trying to give ppl my money who act like you are not welcomed, appreciated, or valued. Ive heard them talk to ppl so disrespectful and stereotypical, it was sickening. I put my stuff down and walked out. Didnt go back for over a year. Their refund, return, policy is non existent. They wouldnt exchange an unopened item or items that they know are theirs without receipt. Be sure to make sure you get the receipt eventhough its worthless. Recently I purchased some items. I get home and an item is not in the bag and they didnt give me the receipt. I assumed it was in the bag. Called the store and of course they could care less. You are nothing but a cash cow.

Literally been shopping with them since I was in my moms belly and love them as an adult. They have such an extreme range of products you most likely wont have to shop anywhere else for you beauty needs. They even have things that have nothing to do with beauty. I just love it

You can find almost all things for hair and nails here. Not only do I buy my hair products here but I get my promotional supplies here too. I sell hats, ear warmers, and scarves and use the mannequin wig heads. They are wonderful to display my products on. I also bought the wigs from there too!

Easy to fine the products I was looking for

I shop here regularly because it is convenient. After today I will not give them anymore business. I bought some spiral hair and had them take the censor off to open it and see the Hair. A few days later I went to exchange it and they said I couldn’t because I opened it. When clearly they opened it before I bought the Hair. What kind of store give you a hard time to exchange or return. Never again

The cashier charged $0.35 tax for a item that cost $0.99.I had to tell her that Michigan Tax is $0.06 on a dollar. These pennys add up you know.

Make sure you have plenty of money because youre going to see things that you want and youre going to spend cuz they have some nice stuff.

The place is ok. It is rather large for a beauty supply store. I guess they have a lot of people stealing things, because everything is taped down. they have grease and normal hair supplies behind the counter, they watch you very closely and it is uncomfortable. They have decent prices compared to other beauty supply stores in the area. The parking lot is next to none. It is shared with a liquor store so that is where you park when their 7 parking spaces are filled up.

In and out I found what I was looking for and the retailer people are very friendly and helpful

Affordable prices they have mostly all the brands of hair and stuff you need to do or get your hair done. Make up, clothes, weave, shampoo, nail stuff....you name it. I like the store its clean and they have what I need

Had to tell the cashier theres no need to rush the customer because they were closing soon. Also answering the customers question by saying what is unexceptional. I told him if he didnt want anymore customer they should have locked the doors. Theres no reason to treat the current customers like the a damn problem. I told him he was just being plan ol rude. Now he dont speaka no English. Wont be back here.
