Poor customer service from the counter personal and lack of communication!! I ordered roofing for a roof top delivery, they left it in the driveway, no one called me and when I called them to inform them of such, I was told basically I need to figure out what happens at their other store in Southfield (when my salesperson was in Detroit) makes no sense other than them fulfilling the order but the fact remains that “I and a customer and without the “customer support”, you have no business!!!

I took a chance on this roofing company and questioned if they sold chimney caps. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they did. I searched all over for the size that I needed, and I would have had to order it from Home Depot or Lowes and wait. But thanks to Eastern I was able to get it immediately. Thanks Eastern!!
