I would love to give my neighborhood hardware store my business but each and every time I called a lady take my information and say that she will give the owner the information and he will be getting back with me. He never does. Wonder why?

You will NEVER find a better local hardware store! The owner and his wife are about the nicest people and Al is very knowledgeable with boilers. Great prices and he will install them with a smile. Clean and neat place and help like you will Not find at the big box stores. Support this local store and get the treatment that you deserve as a customer!
