Each time I have been in this store the employees are very helpful but they do not enforce wearing a mask. There are always several merchants roaming about and they will not make them put a mask on. I think if most of the customers are in compliance with the mask mandate then all should be. The statement is on the door of the building but they walk about and act as though they dont see their customers not wearing them. And for this I give the store a very low rate.

Visited the store yesterday for my humidifier filter the store has really turned around you can tell its under new ownership an I must say they are doing a great job even though they didnt have my filter the lady cashier was so helpful in helping me find something that I may have been able to use an offering to call the other stores to find it. You can tell she enjoys what she is doing an has a personality for the customers 😉 she even offered me a bag of popcorn an called the manager to see about ordering the part for me I didnt catch her name or the managers but great customer service I will be back!!

Good hardware store and they cut custom sized glass here which is helpful and hard to find.

Great customer service friendly an knowledgeable staff you feel welcomed when you come in immediately through entering the door the young lady Said Good morning an asked how I was doing that is very rare to find. The two men Imad an I didnt catch the others name helped me pick out my lumber an offers to take it to the car upon paying for my things the young lady (Ray) asked me did I find everything okay an said take some popcorn an see you next time GREAT JOB HAMMER TIME WITH THE EMPLOYEES THERE .

Everytime I go to hammer time I am always greeted with a friendly and curtsey respect from Rae and Ahmed. Any questions that I have are always answered. Truly am glad that the store has re opened. Also the other individuals who work there are also polite and always there to help out the customers. And a big thank you for being there during these times with the covid-19.

Worst hardware store ever only store I know you gotta know how much the items you are buying cost then wanna have a attitude when they tell you gotta give them the price so they can ring you up by far the most unprofessional store I have ever visited employees don’t even know what they are selling nor do they know how much the items cost
