Loved it. Family went there to experiment with new flavors. Very clean and offers a wide variety.

Since the pandemic imperial has stepped up their game by keeping the shells fully stopped at all times they havent been low on food and I have not had a problem with the meats or produce they have a pretty fast pace

Imperial supermarket since the pandemic has never had not one shelf empty in that store its always fully stocked no matter when you go in there all the shelves are full 100% thats why I give them a 5 🌟 Frontline worker cashiers 🌟 deli workers stock workers 🌟🌟👍

This store needs some modern day upgrades. It always small old in there. And you have to make sure your food is not expired. The hood dont care and neither do this store. If I dont have to come to this store I wont go.

I have seen better meat in supermarkets, however, they appear to have the best out of those in the hood. They usually have shredded cheeses on sale but not this time. I also miss how they used to have those Eveready Cran-grapes and over juices on sale for 3 for 5 and sometimes 4 for 5. I suppose that will be ancient history for now on.

I went to grab groceries recently, and I was real pleased with Lin customer service. She went above and beyond to ask did I have everything I needed. She even suggested some items that I needed.

A very nice store. I love the food selections and the unique products they offer. I just bought a money tree from there. Prices are affordable and the store is always very clean. Staff is always very helpful and friendly

My visit was great until checking out. The cashier on #5 at 3:10 pm sat there playing on her phone for a sweet minute, like I wasnt standing there. She then put her phone in her pocket because I slammed down my onions and without a greeting, she checked out my 3 items. I paid and stood there while she began checking someone else out. I had to ask for my receipt. Oh yeah, no price given, no have a good day, and no hello. Other than that, the store was clean and stocked.

I use the bill kiosk. And its always clean there.

Store is clean and fully stocked with products. I only shop for certain items like meats & fruit. Store is very pricey for me for general items like milk & cereal..but overall.. good place to shop thats close by.

They had a sign up for Everfresh juice 64ounce 2 for $5 variety of flavors. I bought 2 orange juice and it rang up for $6. I told the cashier about the sign. She went to the aisle and saw the sign. She came back and said its only cranberry juice. I told her the sign says a variety of flavors. She said Im not going to hold my line up arguing with you. Do you want it or not.? Of course I left it right there. How rude and no customer service.

I love going there, people are still lined up at the big store like its the end of the world. During the early days of the Pandemic I was able to find hard to find things like handsanizer and other cleaning supplies. I can go there and get out before my frozen stuff starts to melt. I would rather support this business than going to Walmart stand in long lines while they only have 3 lanes opened and self check out it longer than the 3 lanes.

I love shopping at Imperial they have very good specials and the staff treats their customers with the utmost respect and importance the only complaint I do have is the stocking of the shelves while people are shopping, the store is normally crowded enough without extra boxes and the awkward of having 3 employees in your way and also the 6ft rule social distancing yourself should be enforced by the STAFF I shouldnt have been placed in a potentially dangerous situation simply because I other than that my shopping experience is wonderful.

On March 11, 2021 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I visited the deli counter to ask about the different types of bologna. The young lady act as if I were bothering her. I was totally disrespected and stopped my conversation and went to the manager and he continued to disrespect me as well as the owner. I immediately told them all and a nice calm and humble voice I will NEVER EVER spend my dollars here in this establishment again and left the premises. I give imperial supermarket a one-star. I have had too many instances where the meat smelled bad after I opened it to cook, or the produce has been not the best. Sorry guys, LOVE the employees tho! Today is July of 2018, I tried buying meat again, and AGAIN RANCID CHICKEN!!!! DONT BUY CHICKEN HERE!!!!It is now June of 2019, and I am returning to my previous post in disgust. In preparation for my day at work I go to this market to pick up things for my kids to eat during the day. Today it was raspberries that were moldy, I DONT have time to come and return them Im on my way to work! I will NEVER buy produce from here again, cmon guys why buy produce thats on its way out? This is not the first time this has happened here, but surely the LAST. Ill spend my money at Meijer! YUCK!

It good place to shop. IT save u money. But the hamburger meat its mix with old an fresh meat. It has the old meat in the middle on the fresh meat on the outside. It not all fresh.

Its an independent neighborhood store. The store is clean, they sell decent produce, meat and grocery products at competitive prices.

I use to shop here many years ago. Isles are clean and everything is well stocked. Always have fresh vegetables. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking is great! You can shop, pay bills, and get bus cards from here as well.

I like the salads when theyre freshly made good ppl great specials and convenient you can pay dte bill as well they have bus cards money orders

This is one of my favorite supermarkets in the city! Great prices on meats, vast variety on cabinet items and always clean. There is a young lady that works as a butcher. I love her because shes always nice to the children and gives them a treat! From the office to the checkout lanes, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this market

I cant believe all the great deals you can get here on meat. Today I bought chicken drumsticks for $0.59 a pound, usually I only find them for .99c a pound, we also got thighs for the same price. They also have great deals on meat, I always look for the reduced price.Most importantly I fond their meat quality on par with Kroger and Meijer and better than Walmart.

The staff is very polite. Thankful to have a decent market in the area. The deli meat is slice to my request.
