Well stocked, clean, and a helpful staff! I especially like the young lady selling all things sweet potato! Its really good!

Supermarket stocked very well, good selection, meats vegetables and fruits look fresh. Check out line moved fast. I was pleased with my purchase.

I am not crazy about the location of this store but I can honestly say its a regular stop for me. For the most part, certain staff members are always helpful. I wouldnt get meat here as there have been times where the coolers were sweating during the hot months which Is why I took a star off. Also sometimes they can be a bit pricy except for when they do their markdowns which I love! But I literally get all my non perishables here. Its nice to have a quick place to shop when you need just a few items and this is where I go to.

I wouldnt advise anyone to shop here. The day I was there, I noticed past due milk in one of their coolers. Half gallon 2% expires tomorrow if still there. Also, their shopping carts are too big and the aisles are narrow. Not a good look during a pandemic. I used to like getting my hash brown patties here, but I can get them elsewhere. So, in conclusion, I will find another supermarket to shop at. If you need to get a last minute item, do so here. Otherwise, take your soles and dollars to a better establishment.

It was 10 minutes to 8 . The person at the door told me they were closed,I could see there was a whole store full of customers, I knew from prior shopping they closed at 8. I got back in my car and called the store manager who told me I should have been let in. I wanted 1 single item. They probably lost me as a customer because of 1 item.

Royal Fresh is a great neighborhood grocery. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is seldom a line at the checkout, because they always have enough lanes open for the number of shoppers. I love the fact that their location is right in my neighborhood, and I have done almost all of my shopping there during the pandemic.

Nasty, the workers was rude. Was waiting to be served and took another person who worked their prior. Had limited food. Stated orders was already placed. Crab salad creamy and salty. Was not edible at all. Waste of time and money. Who make banana pudding with no favorite???

I purchased these grapes in this store on 10/14/2017 and discovered mold on them after I opened them up and looked in the middle. I was given a refund after I returned to the store, but someone needs to do a better his of checking for freshness.

I live in the area and have been to the store on many occasions on various days and at varying times of day. There are two things that a new shopper should know. One, the best customer service experience will be in the morning because thats when the friendly cashiers are there. At no other time. And two, be sure the check the dates on the items you purchase especially the refrigerated and dairy products. Because Royal Fresh Market has no reservations about selling their customers food that has expired.

The worst market Ive ever been to. Fruit and vegetables wrapped in plastic, cold drinks / fresh items are always expired or close to expiration date or molded. PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. Staff is nice is why they get 1 star.

Its a convenience supermarket therefore, the goods and products are a little pricey. But the supermarket is very clean; they have fresh meats, fruits and vegetables; the staff is very friendly and helpful and most of all, they are following our governors rules that are in place for the COVID-19 pandemic.

I like Royal Fresh Market because I think their products and their food is pretty fresh but they cashiers they talk too much when they are ringing up customers arguing with each other thats the only thing I have a problem with cashiers shouldnt do that in front of customers that is bad yes they do argue with each other and tell each other business while youre standing there waiting to be serviced I dont like that

I grew up in this neighborhood. So as an adolescent and/or adult I would come to this grocery store. The prices are outrageous. I know most neighborhood stores don’t have the cheap prices. But this place is robbing the community. I love the management here and everyone is so nice and helpful. But their prices should accommodate families. Lower your prices!

They sell expired dairy products...I mean a MONTH past the expiration date. Unacceptable. It would be nice to shop at a local grocery store, but they need to do much better.

Such a clean and professional store. I even called one day in complaint of a cashier and I was given a very sincere apology. Apparently the cashier had SEVERAL complaints. Ever since I havent seen her... But they have reasonable prices and great selection. Their sales are great! I recommend this market as the cashiers move quickly as well! NO SLOW LONG LINES

Just left there the manager argued with a customer over hamburger being $400 a lb. That is price gauging.Sad in a local store.

Ive been a faithful customer for about 7 years, and I can truly say that customer service has always been consistently great. The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. And the prices are unbeatable! The store is clean and always smells fresh. The meat is fresh and the price is again are the lowest in comparison to another market within 5 miles radius. However, Ill have to say in all honesty the can goods are pricy!!!. I can really appreciate the late hours. Being able to pick up quick items that I may quickly is more convenient than spending a minimum of 30 minutes in Meijer.
