Loved this place! Besides having delicious Icecream it was actually really cute as an ice cream shop. They had lots of really good flavors and just an overall great vibe!

Huddle is awesome. They’re really fast and diligent when waiting on you. Staff is masked and customers are encouraged (sign on window) to wear masks while waiting. I like to pick up a cone and eat in the cute alley right next door. Tip: watch their Instagram feed for unique cones from time to time!

Great Ice cream while walking in downtown Detroit. Make sure you check the great alley and coffee and pretzels places near by

I recommend this ice cream place.This was my first time. I most definitely will be back. The service was great! The place was clean. And the ice cream was good and different almost kind of like a mixture of a mousse, custard and fluffy like whip cream. I took a photo of the update menu! They added have my favorite hard shell chocolate dip and other things.

O.M.G. Run here!! The creamiest ice cream I’ve had in a long time!! The cow that made this should be crowned queen of the farm. It was oragasmy delicious!! Made my eyes roll back and my back arch it was that good

Fantastic soft serve ice cream downtown. I would argue the best ice cream downtown that Ive had to date. You can get it in a cup, or cone, with different dips and toppings. They also have floats. Try it for yourself!

Ok so in the deep of the pandemic we got huddle ice cream delivery, but finally made it to their small out shop in downtown Detroit. I can express enough how smooth and creamy their soft serve is. I like the basic, vanilla chocolate dipped cone and I usually take a long time to finish any amount of ice cream and I devoured the cone. Its so dang good. Just textured perfectly. Nice job guys! No pic because it didnt have a chance lol

The custard Ice cream is elite, the savory chocolate melting around each taste bud, BAM, magnifique!!! But...The employee working on june 20th 2021 evening shift around 9 pm was horrible, she a worse attitude than Scrooge Mcduck. Interacting with her was like asking Eeyore to not lose his tail. Her Squidward-esque working etiquette without a spongebob or Patrick to make her demeanor less toxic to the Huddle brand was quite cringy. Im going to continue eating Huddle Soft Serve because it is Booyah good but only at their location in Indian Village (4 min from downtown), this way I will never have to interact with miss Garfield.

I’m so happy to have an ice cream shop downtown!! I’ve been twice in its opening week :) The Huddle owners are so friendly and service is quick! The custard and waffle cones are delicious! The menu is simple and I love that; you are not overwhelmed. There is something for everyone! Will definitely recommend to all my coworkers and folks visiting downtown Detroit 💛

Went twice last fall over a long weekend downtown with the kiddos. Kept asking my wife if soft serve was this good when we were kids. Emphatic no. The best ice cream downtown! Simple menu, cool place. Love it.

Huddle is my go-to dessert stop! Simple menu, tasty custard, and a winning location. Tip: the kid’s cone is the perfect portion.

Customer service is awesome. But the taste is not .. great. Not very flavorful and the chocolate shell doesn’t taste like anything at all, just adds texture. Cool concept but won’t return.

Good no-frills soft serve ice cream. Chocolate, vanilla or twist are the options and you can get sprinkles or chocolate chips added. Very reasonably priced and the portions are pretty large. I usually get a small or kiddie cone and am always more than satisfied

I absolutely love it! I love the idea of a small ice cream window, and it works super well, especially now with covid.

Great service. Icecream was too sweet. Couldn’t taste the chocolate, and vanilla tasted like high fructose corn syrup. Great texture though. But worst icecream flavor I’ve ever had. I was very sad.

Fantastic soft serve!

Great little concept, but kinda gross taste. This must be a impulse purchase for drunk people. I had the twist and there was no difference between chocolate and vanilla. It has a weird custard texture which I dont find enjoyable. I give 2 stars when I would eat was I was served but would not plan on returning.

Classic soft serve ice cream in a chic part of downtown Detroit. You get a lot and its very creamy in taste and texture.

Not the biggest fan of soft serve, so I may be a bit biased which is why I shaded up from a 3 to a 4. It’s a fun little tucked away place just off Woodward that’s takeaway only.

Downtown needed ice cream so badly and this delivers perfectly. hours are great too. very easy to walk up and order

Its ok. Pretty standard soft serve. For a better experience and flavors consider checking out Treat Dreams in Midtown or Cold Truth in Corktown in the back of Grandma Bobs pizza.

With a combined 82 years of eating soft serve, this is by far the best soft serve of our lives. Get the twist in a cone. You will only regret not having another.

Very quick service. Icecream has a pretty unique taste, kind of like Cool Whip. But its still tasty.
