I port my 5lines form T-Mobile and he helped me setup my NEW IPHONE12!!!!! he was very professional and knowledgeable to all our questions and needs. theres only one ppl work at the location and when i came a women yelling in the store with some ridiculous questions. keep sharing me Her story and wants let me out of the store????? when she went BALLISTIC!!I though you over kindness with that disrespectful women. customer not always right, were human beings. also thanks for the BUNNY BAG I LOVE IT!!! : )

We’ve been going to this AT&T store for many years, and will continue to be their loyal customer.I was immediately served when walking into the store, the salesperson Kenny was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all my options in great details, and went out of his way to locate a new phone with my preferred color promptly. After the new phone arrived, he spent a lot of time help transferring all data from my old phone and gave me a tutorial on using the new iPhone.I enjoy my new phone so much and appreciate all the help from this store. Uncleared to explain AT&T wireless service plan, resulted that AT&T overcharged $10 dollars per line from me. I went back to store to question, the manager said because I did signed up for paperless statement. When I asked overcharged refunds, he stated I had to Come back the store next day, to wait the person who helped change the plans to fix the problem. He was rude, inpatient and disrespectful to Chinese speakers.
This is my second exact same experience in this store. Went to buy a phone charger, because I work nearby. Stood in the store for 15 minutes with the charger in my hand waiting to be helped and didnt even get an employee to look my way. No, hello. No, How can I help you? Go anywhere but here.

I have nothing against authorized retailers. Independent business owners should have a piece of the pie too. But this one, by far employs the most unqualified and highly dysfunctional/retarded staff known to man. If 0 stars allowed, I would.Staff pushes one and ONLY one plan. AT&T Next; its like their oxygen supply depends on it. The 2 yr plan is nonexistent. Dont even bring it up, cause you wont even be approved for it, even if your credit score is excellent and through the roof. I only had the intention of signing up for 2yr plan, but miraculously (insert sarcasm) I get rejected for the 2yr plan, but thats ok, cause I got approved for the NEXT. Apparently its harder to be approved for the NEXT, ya ok.Id rather they be upfront and honest from the beginning and tell me that they get a better kickback from selling the NEXT. At least thats a pill that I can swallow.This place preys on the weak and misinformed. Do yourself a favor and research exactly what plan fits for you and then head straight into an ACTUAL AT&T store in Rowland Heights. I got 2 iPhone 6, signed/paid for in less than an hour. No hassle, no stupid NEXTHow theyre still in business is beyond me, especially when they have monkeys slanging phones. (drop mic)
Its the worst hassles ever to deal with the rebate! They said youll get the rebate after 9 months but end up continue tracing 2 more months to get partial check! Tina, the store manager kept telling you she did the job....all the Crabs! If so, I asked for HQ contact & phone# but she said she dont have it...! Yah, right, as the store manager, she dont know whos her boss, who pay her payroll, No contact....what a joke! Its going to be a year this month and they still owe me $50! Will definitely wont go to this store again!
I wish I could choose a zero star. Went to the store without checking previous online reviews. What a big mistake! All the previous reviews are so true. The store people kept speaking korean in front of us and didnt even realized it was rude. Lied about the plans and tried to see a costlier plan to me. When I caught their lie, they were reluctant to give me the better plan. Made a fake scenario of calling someone up and we left the store after wasting an hour.

Extremely poor customer service, borders on negligent. Employee greeted me in Chinese when I walked in the door one time. Placed an order for an iphone and was told it would take 3 weeks, it took 8. When Id call for an update they said they would check and call back in 5min, they never called back. This happened multiple times.Deposit for iphone took 3 months to get back, my wife and I must have called a dozen times. First bill with the new phone had an upgrade fee, I was told in the store my bill would not change.Do not shop here, they are either uneducated about their product/service or are simply thieves.

This is the worst AT&T,I have ever been in my life,I went to ask for a regular SIM card,they gave me the iPhone 4 version small SIM card,and charged me $25.when I ask them to change it back to what I want,they told me they dont have it in stock,told me I have to figure it out myself.and then I asked if I can change to naro SIM Card,they told me they have to charge me again for new SIM Card.Do not ever go there if you have a choice,or you could if you want to throw you money away and get bad mood.
