The clerk seemed helpful. But just seemed a little weird that the manager was somewhat scolding another employee on the side in Chinese. She didnt seem like someone I would ask for help because seems impatient. Granted she probably has a lot going on. But, other than that. I suppose its okay. Just didnt feel comfortable, so Ill go to a different Tmobile store.

Horrible !!! PENG or FENG is an employee at this location and he was completely unhelpful !!! He literally did not assist to my satisfaction. I told him my phone was not working he just changed my data plan without my consent and told me he couldn’t do anything about it !! Horrible store I recommend going to the next local T-Mobile on Goldens Springs Dr and Grand !! WAY BETTER SERVICE AND THEY HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY

This Sprint store is closest to my home location. Service is usually fast. Staff knowledge of products is excellent. Only grip? Ownership changes every 3 years. New management reoccurring frequently.

This store provides an excellent service. The complete team is outstanding, the way they treat the customers seems like a VIP treatment. Very humble people - I walked in the store with my broken phone and the manager and his team listed to my concerns carefully, treated me very well and saved me money on my monthly bill plus provided me with a new device. Please visit the store and the team will take care of you very well.

Mike, the manager, was very helpful and made sure my problem was solved. He emailed corporate, he saw what was wrong and kept following up until it was resolved. Will recommend people to this store solely on all the help and relief he gave me after stressing for so long about buyback issues.

Yerald & Hitesh was very professional and courteous during my business at their Diamond Bar store. It was a great experience for me. They both were very helpful in explaining the promotional cell phone plans. This helped me to make a wise choice for my personal needs. Further, they both shared with me a bundle of discounts available and applied these discounts to my purchased. I must say they both treated me like the queen that I am. lol

Jaggi exemplary customer service. I showed up to simply swap my phones, but was stuck waiting behind some obnoxious customers. A couple was yelling at him while a child was running around flipping the light switches on and off. Overall the whole situation was getting to me and I was just standing there, but not once did Jaggi falter. The store closes at 8, but he stayed behind and helped me transfer all my information from one phone to another without any complaint. If you need to visit a Sprint store to handle any of your business I highly recommend coming to this one and ask for Jaggi.

Costomer care at this store lacked integrity and was not able to provide what I thought would be a simple swap of phone service instead I was repeatedly asked to perches items I did not want And phone was not activated even when I went back a second time they couldnt fix the problem when I went back the second day I had to switch back to my old phone and they would not even say sorry for my inconvenience bad costomer service I will recommend NOT going to this store.

Well Well it all started when is was paying little too much for my phone !! I went i there just to check what deals they give and there coustmer serives was the best the way the talk and explained about sprint plans and deals guy name jaggi there is very friendly and helpful best store in town!

Now this Sprint store has the right rating, but i think it should be 1 star. Where to start, well since I live up the street from here I typically have been coming for the last 5 years when I have a problem since its also a tech store as well. I will not be returning back though as I have some MAJOR gripes about this place. First and foremost I came in looking for a solution to a broken phone and thought the gentleman helping me had one. He added a fifth line for zero dollars and I told the guy I wasnt looking at raising my bill, no problem right. Now I can see the bill is $40 dollars more, what...the...hell. Not only that but he took me off my freakin framily plan, the one that doesnt exist anymore because it was such a good deal...GONE!! Now im really pissed cause I dont have my plan anymore and now im paying $40 dollars extra, not cool.Secondly, I had a problem with my daughters phone as it wouldnt go past the start up screen anymore. Took it in to this exact same location and the, im assuming store manager helped me. He took it to the back and told me I had two options, go through insurance or I cold upgrade one of my lines. This isnt my first rodeo though so I told him that didnt sound right. I told him that since it is a mechanical error that the store should be able to order me a new phone if it is malfunctioning. What was the response that I got? I am sorry sir but sprint does not do that anymore as it cost the company a lot of money to do this. They discontinued it and these are your only options now. Again, that did not sound right to me so I told the guy that I would have to think about what I wanted to do. Fast forward to me going to a corporate store, telling the associate the same thing the other guy told me then I get What the hell was that guy talking about? Of course its a technical error, not on your part, let me see what we can do. You know what, it was a glitch with the phone and they ordered me a new one as soon as they knew they couldnt fix it...no insurance necessary.What a bunch of crap this third party company is feeding me. I cant believe that these people running the stores here get away with this crap. Now I got a larger bill that Im not even sure what to do with and was almost in the same situation because someone wanted to make a sale and not help me. I am so frustrated with this third party company that I had to let other people know.Dear God please stay away from this store. It not a matter of customer service, they are very pleasant and kind. The problem is the lie to you in order to get the sale and it ends up costing you. A higher bill and more money out of your pocket, what a joke. STAY AWAY!!!

There is a salesperson named Eric. The service is very poor. He is a liar. After-sales service is simply ignored. The original promise is not recognized afterwards. The gift card that was promised to be opened is not given at all afterwards. There is this person. Shop, everyone must be careful!
