For many years I have been using Valspar at Lowes. We recently could not figure out how to get the right gray color in our house. I decided after 4 sample colors from Lowes to go to an actual paint store and ask for help! I was so happy the employee who helped me educated me on the different Grays and how lighting affects the color. I cannot remember his name but I will update if I remember.As many times I have gone in there Mason has been the most pleasant, patient, and helpful employee I have encountered. I told him the wrong paint when I realized driving down the street, I called him and he said come back Ill have the right paint ready for you. He made my life way easier that day!Due to the shortage on eminence paint we are forced to wait for ceiling paint. When I called yesterday I was elated I got Mason on the phone. He was so helpful answered my questions and offered an alternative. My OCD self could not do that and chose to wait for the eminence to come back, but when I say Mason went out of his way to look for it in other stores without me asking yall I was so pleased!Sherwin Williams you better hold Mason tight and make him manager! Give him a raise he deserves!

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service from Israel, who was a GREAT help in navigating dozens and dozens of deck stain choices. Corey carried the heavy 5 gallon paint container out to my truck. And Jennifer was equally impressive when I later called with other questions and another order. Store is clean. Product prices are clearly marked. Entire experience was excellent across the board.

Great place to buy paint - yes the prices are higher than the stores like Home Depot or walmart but you cannot beat the quality of paint - their pain is so easy to apply and looks great when Im done. CHeaper paint drips, is thin and streaky and never looks nice

This is my go to paint store in the area. Great service and products. You may pay a little more for the paint than at other hardware chain stores, but the SW exterior paints have held up to the test.

Great store in Dickinson. Both Rachel and Jennifer very helpful in selecting our exterior home paint color. They helped us come up with a custom color that looks amazing on our home. Highly recommend asking for them when needing suggestions on color combinations!

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Clay was awesome. He really took his time with us and explained everything thoroughly, even though we unknowingly walked in 15 minutes before closing.

The store associates are always very helpful and courteous. The curbside service was great. Before I could pick up my phone to let them know I was there they were at my car.

Everyone in there is very sweet and friendly. I was very stressed out by picking colors and Clay came over to the desk and helped me out. All the colors he suggested I am putting in my house. Great store and great opinions!😬
