I was looking for some fuses for my RV, but they didnt have what I needed. I was here a couple of days ago for an air filter for my F250 and they saved me a little money. Pretty good store.

A great example of Autozone stores. Competitive local pricing and helpful staff. Sure, there are cheaper online options, but having a human to talk to and to be able to hold a part in your hand is especially useful if youre like me, a shade tree mechanic.

I went in to get oil and filter for my car. Had a gentleman that this was his first day back after a year off. Had some other questions and he helped with that. Very impressed, will come back.

Gave us the wrong part which my husband put on to discover it was the wrong part for our Chrysler 300C. Time is money. Cost us our time in work and parts and driving no credit for the mistake buy employee

These guys are awesome! My water pump failed on a cross country trip so I was stranded. These guys took care of me while I replaced it in the parking lot. They even provided transportation to a local hotel. Thanks!

We had the best experience today at this Auto Zone! We went to 2 other parts stores before this one (because there closer) and neither one was able to help us. A nice lady named Kaci was excellent in finding us our parts and making suggestions for what they did not have in stock. She was super knowledgeable about our task at hand. We will drive a little further from now own!Linda and Robert, the proud new owners of a 1978 Jeep!

Theres on guy there you really have to watch if your getting a core charge because he will take it off then put it back on at the end of the transaction. I Still have the receipt too!

My parts purchase starts at one store and ends at another store. Purchased part on line and received an email stating the part was ready for pickup. Got to store and part was not there. Spent an hour driving to this store to be told no part was there. The guy said that he left a message on the phone on file which was a house phone ( wasn’t marked as a mobile phone on profile). I called the 1-800 number to vent my frustrations and finally got a phone call from Joe. He was able to find the part and have it rushed to my local store. Joe went out of his way to help out. Thank you

Many of their parts are backed up by lifetime warranties. If youre a do-it-yourself-car-maintenance-type-guy (or -gal), or if you want to become one, this place is for you.

My husband love this auto store they are very helpful and have all the things he look for

My Boyfriend and I Are on are way home to New York from Arizona, its 4:30 Sunday morning and as we pull off the 40 to get a hotel room my truck starts to make horrible noise, so we find Autozone and pull in, My boyfriend thinks he knows what is going on, but we have to wait for store to Open. The Staff here is amazing Jackie Sawyer and Charles Bruce went out of their way to help us they even called a mobile Mechanic on a Sunday to come rescue us, I am so grateful for all they did to help us out.

I get my parts here if I have to. I called to get a price on a flywheel for my car and was told my model car didnt have a flywheel. Well, what do I have in my hand? A flywheel.The amount of attitude is nuts you get from this store. Im lucky when I check out, I dont get the rude ones. Plus, seems some of them need to know their cars.No flywheel....😂

Ordered parts said get by 3pm went to get told again be there at 830 am next day still no parts told get by 3pm tommrow well no longer will i buy any thing from autozone the folks there are good people but the corporate WAYS ARE not public friendly and the way they do things suck goodbye autozone after 20 years. I will not set foot in your stores ever even if i am broke down on side the road right in front of your stores i will walk 100 miles to order a part even if yall was giving them away

Literally never go back to this place some of the most mechanically un inclined people. The rare occasions I did consider using them to get parts I had to call three times just to see if by chance. They may actually have the parts I was I need of.

Awesome...stopped in the rain for new windshield wipers. He changed them no problem!!!

I needed auto engine diagnostics. It took personnel only a few minutes to hook up machine to my car and I was told exactly why my check engine light was on. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, fast and very friendly.

I was broke down off the interstate 250 miles from home while on a trip. I needed a clutch master/slave cylinder kit, but no way to get to an auto parts store. I called another auto parts store. They would not deliver, even after explaining I was stranded. I called Autozone in Dickson TN and they had my parts! And were glad to deliver!! Randal brought the parts to me in about 30 min and after another 30 min, was on the road with my truck and fifth wheel camper!!! You could say I was a very happy camper. Thank you Autozone!!! Awesome customer service.

No one would help me! Went inside and got in the line area. One man was counting down his register. Two ladies left their registers to go put stock in a car while I was waiting. The phone rang, and another employee walked up, took the call, got off the phone, and then just walked away! At least acknowledge your customer and let them know someone will be with them. If someone would have just said something to me I would have known they at least planned to take care of me!! After waiting for five minutes without a word spoken to me, I left and went somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Its like all of the rest of these stores. Employees can pick an automobile out of a lineup 4 out of 5 times. If what you are looking for is not in their little book they have no clue if its a piece of wood or a piece of steel.
