I can confidently say this place is great. The store manager, Danielle, has been in charge since it first opened a few years ago. Shes smart, shes hard working, and shes a strong leader and her store reflects that.Her team is great. Everyone there is just incredibly nice and good at their jobs. This is the better Starbucks in Dixon, in my opinion.

This is a beautiful Starbucks!! The contemporary architecture with its sleek lines and multiple windows creates a serene atmosphere.They provide walk in, drive through and curbside service.

During my trip to back home I went there and ordered a drink to use bathroom (I didn’t want to stay) and after 25 minutes still they didn’t let me use bathroom because they cleaned it. I appreciate clean environment but maybe there could be other cleaning ways (or dry it with disposable towels) so people won’t have to wait this long. They offer me to use other restaurants bathrooms :(

This Starbucks is pretty good. I don’t ever buy for me because I don’t like the company in general and what they stand for. But the employees are pretty 😎 cool. The other stores in Dixon can just catch fire and I wouldn’t miss them.

All Baristas are very Nice and friendly!!1 Baristas especially is Jo Jo who always remembers our orders. Which is very nice and thoughtful. She makes us feel welcomed.Havent had a bad mocha or drinks.Will go back..Thank you 😊

My fiance went to order us Starbucks today 9/9, and came back to tell me the Barista Nicole, left her phone number on his receipt after being flirtatious. Completely inappropriate and hope for better service at another location.

Rude staff. Unacceptable service. I ordered a latte and waited 20-25 minutes with no coffee in sight. They had 4 people working and only 1 associate making coffee. Seemed they did not care about the in-store guests and were only focused on drive through customers. Customers/orders in drive through that came after my order was placed were served before me.The manager, a blonde curly hair lady wouldnt care if they had guests waiting to order and was going in and out of their stock room with headphones on. Guess, whatever that was; was more important than taking care of the guests.I finally couldnt wait any longer and asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. Same manager refunded my order and was extremely disrespectful and utterly rude. She just handed me a receipt and did not say a word ... no thank you no apologies, just stared at me hatefully.I have been a Starbucks member for life and have been to a multitude of locations across United States and of course experiences were not always stellar; however, I have never been treated how the manager at this location treated me.

This team is very helpful. I have been to many locations and my food and drinks are exactly what I expect when I go to this location. Easy freeway access too!

Nice big Starbucks. Right on the main road in Dixon, near the freeway. Lots of parking. Even with covid precautions some limited in door and outdoor seating.

I hate asking for soy lattes, I know its annoying, but since Im lactose intolerant I have no choice. I ordered the bougie soy latte. A few hours later on my drive home it came to my attention that the deliciously creamy soy latte was most likely not soy. Im glad Im not allergic, because if I was I could be even sicker. I will probably stick to iced teas from now on, just to be safe.
