This was our first time stopping at a Road Ranger. We will definitely put it on our list of preferred places to stop.The bathrooms were clean, the coffee was hot and they had a lot of interesting choices for things to eat.They even had soapy water in their squeegees so that I could get the bugs off of my windshield.

Lot is nice sized. The store send nice over all. I did run across a couple of less than friendly staff members. They do have a subway. My biggest complaint is the showers. The toilet was not flushed completely from the previous occupant. There is very little room in the showers. There is no place aside from the toilet to sit yourself or your belongings. There is the small area around the sink but not like other places though. Over all is not a bad place, just pay attention to the showers and dont expect a happy staff.

Funny... A year ago someone left a review about getting hurt because the parking lot was covered in ice. Saw a driver almost fall this morning

A whatever kind of truck stop. But their diesel is so bad, it’s almost glowing. Like neon green.

Could use more trash bins towards back of lot but plenty of space to load it up

Subway was extremely fast, had a hot sub in my hands in like 2 minutes.

Nice place for a quick pit stop. Pumps are very close together so have to be careful not to door ding the car next to you.

No stars if I could! A week ago during a snow storm my wife stopped for gas. Pump number 1 was pumping slow and ended up overfilling the brand new Jeep! It took out the evap canister, purge valve and solenoid. Luckily it was under warranty. What did the attendant do? Ask if we pumped diesel. Don’t buy gas from here! A week later that pump is still malfunctioning and they have done nothing to stop people from using it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee does leave a lot to be desired but Ive had way way worse... Its not bitter but they do not have a lot of choices in creamer or cappuccino flavors. Yes, they seem to be a bit pricey but they are an independent store in the pilot/flying J family so they are allowed to set their own prices. There are a lot of food choices and the breakfast sandwiches I got were fresh, hot, and very tasty in my opinion.

Blake Beck is by far the rudest cashier Ive ever met in my life and I come from a family of convenience store owners/managers and I know what good customer service is but this guy is the prime example of what customer service should NOT be! Currently waiting for a return call from his manager.

Check your expiration dates. Hopped back on the road to find that my bag of popcorn expired Aug 19. It’s now January. My fault for not noticing I guess, but then again, is it?

The subway attached we went there waited forever for service and the lady was rude her name was Sydney because we said hello Instead of ringing the bell we did not see. She didn’t even ask if we needed our sandwiches toasted, I had to ask and then she was rushing us to get done with our orders. She has poor customer service skills she shouldn’t work there

Excellent c-store, with a wide variety of merchandise. Subway was pretty good. They have good grab and go sandwiches here too. Truck parking is a bit disappointing. If you look on satellite view on Google maps, looks like they could easily expand the parking lot. Its also unlit, add that with tight back side parking, be sure youre here early as others mentioned.

Earned 5 stars from me, though Id suggest two big towels for the shower room I like to use one for the floor, not just that one meant for it

Store is ok. I think its stupid they have to use a separate register to use credit and they act as though you should know that walking up to them. More and more people dont carry cash anymore. Its not going to kill them to either ask first or not get angry when you tell them its credit/debit. Ive been to several of the road ranger pilots and if I have the option I avoid them. Regular pilot is way better then the privately owned ones.

Store is much better then it used to be! They dont keep much food hot food stocked overnight but you can call and order a pizza anytime for 10 bucks and some change. Try the breakfast pizza its the best weve had. Parking is very tight for trucks if you dont get there early you can forget about finding a spot. But walmart is right down the road about a block.

As far as the truck stop goes it is a typical small truck stop. No complaints there. The store itself is also typical of places this close to Wisconsin. Lots of different things. My only complaint would be the the difference between day shift and night shift. Night was friendly and helpful, day shift, particularly the cashier named Shelly J was more interested in texting than really waiting on customers. If not for that Id say 4 stars

I asked the clerk for a shower and he looked me straight in the eye with a big huge smile on his face and said theyre all dirty! And no intentions on cleaning one. what an ignorant piece of work! I used to like this place but I will not be back.

This cashier sneezed during a pandemic, and then tried to give me a receipt... Nahhh

Wonderful staff and service was great .

We stood right in front of the lady to make our sandwich. She never acknowledged us, while make bread. We patiently waited, she made 8-10 loaves of bread and loaded the oven. Then went and grabbed another rolling cart of breads and began dealing with them. My husband asked if we could get waited on, and she said just wait Ill get to you.. When we looked at her and the next customer that had come up....didnt phase her one bit. So out loud we said we would not bother her and go elsewhere. I will add, that store is very dirty, and not bread stocked in Road ranger fast food section. They dont care, people will stop regardless of the treatment. Shame on you.

Keep driving and don’t waste your time. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was filthy. Tammy and Tyler were working and I saw a few other employees so there’s no reason other than laziness for bathrooms that bad.

The showers FLOODED the entire room! My husband was given one towel no foot mat or washcloth. When we alerted the staff (evening staff about 7pm) it was a VERY caviar response of oh yeah that happens in that shower all the time! Then warn people or close it & fix it! We wouldve gladly waited for a functioning shower. Then when we ordered dinner(at 6) everything we tried to order they were out of & the things we got were dry & flavorless. EASILY THE WORST TRUCK STOP WEVE BEEN TO!

I tried to get the lady to scan my pilot card when I got my coffee this morning to get credit towards my free coffee. Not only did she refuse, she was overly rude and nasty to me. Worst pilot road ranger experience Ive ever had, never gave I been refused to be able to swipe my rewards card at a pilot road ranger.

I am a truck driver and i fell and hurt myself in the parking lot 1/19/2020 because there was no salt on the lot..the whole thing was a sheet of ice.

Stopped here for a 30-minute break. I got a three-piece chicken tenders, pint of milk, and a chicken salad sandwich from the refrigerated case.

Pros: beer, pizza, subway, hot shower,good water pressureCons: rude staff, disgusting towels in shower, dirty bathrooms and cheap quality fuel

If you are going to make a pit stop for a bathroom break PLEASE keep going. Bathroom was just nasty, employees that were in bathroom using it came out did not wash hands.... I was so disgusted.... Use a porta potty seriously its cleaner..... I have pictures sending them to their Corp. A train wreck of a bathroom seriously....

All of the 1 stars are right. Only come here if unavoidable and Id suggest a wet wipe bath. Shower 3 was disgusting.

The cashier by the name of candi walked away from me in the middle of a transaction 4 separate times to speak with her friend about a completely unrelated matter and walked away from me with my 50+ dollars in change in her hand, never before have I been treated so rudely by anyone in a professional environment

Staff members all were friendly etc, but the towels for the $12 showers were disgusting... I mean come on can’t you at least use bleach on the towels???? Won’t ever shower there again!

They have peep holes on the shower doors at the bottom where the vents its all bent so they can look at drivers take s hits and showers, gay mans dream job ( shower 1)
