Came in to get advil for my 70year old dad at 7:45 and they told me they were closed while there was ppl in the store, one of the most rude cashiers Ive ever met

Dollar General is awesome! So many items at great prices. Just wish it was much bigger so they could stock more stuff! You can wander around as long as you like, staff is friendly, helpful. Patrons are polite & will actually say hi to you - unlike the big box store in town

Went to exchange a product the cashier didnt give me a receipt to what I bought and I went to exchange it today and they tell me that they cant do that because I have no receipt. Not my fault that there cashiers didnt give me one

Bigger store. People not so friendly.

They helped me shop while using my walker in store. Lost my left foot to diabetes. In June I lost my wife PAT of 42 yrs. Because of COVID. Bad year

Its easy to get to from my house walking distance and I can find most of what I want there

They dont have clothes and Theyre very rude I would drive 2 miles down the road and go to the other one.

This is a nice little Dollar General. A great selection of items at good prices. Its also conveniently located on W. 3rd st.

The gentleman that checked me out was very nice in the manner that he was professional in how he treated me toped off with a good sense of humor to give me a nice needed chuckle

Good place to shop almost always has what you need.

Store needs a little TLC. Staff was helpful. If you just need some quick cheap item its okay but for heavy shopping look elsewhere

If they have what u need, its a lot easier to get in and out of than the big store!

Dollar General charged my credit card twice. They gave me the reciept and only read the first charge. I have all reciepts but they insist it was my credit cards problem. Will follow through but will not shop at Dollar General Dixon with a credit card. Beware!!

I was at this store 2 weeks ago trying to send money WesternUnion the associate guy was nice and tried his best to help ! After the transaction was approved charging me $619.00 I was sending to a friend it told them the WesternUnion union failed and to give me a full refund! They then said that they could not refund me and it was a whole run around so had to call service number with dollar general to void the transaction assuring me they charge would not go through! Now 2 weeks later I still am missing 619$ and can’t get in touch with anyone to help me ! Aweful customer service ! Impossible to get in touch with anyone I guess I have to take legal action because dollar general dosent. Care that they are stealing 600$ don’t ever try to send money from here and based k. The corporate level of service I will not give this company my business although conveniently down the street

The employees are NOT friendly, and poorly trained. Just had them deny my printable coupons from the Procter and Gamble website. Very LEGIT coupons, not anything fake or wrong. They treated me as if i had done something wrong. wont be back.

Parking lot is kind of torn up. Supplies are fine but neighborhood may not be as good. Some things need to be locked in cases.

My experiences here are always iffy. Really depends on who they have on staff that day. Aisles seem kind of cramped sometimes and the store always has a very particular smell, not a bad smell but a unique one, the seasonal decor items they sell are always cute.They have a small cooler and freezer section for things like drinks, milk, butter, lunch meats, frozen meals, and ice cream.Good amount of food items and can usually find what you need. Its convenient to go here as its closer to my home than the ALDI or Walmart but I wouldnt make a habit of going grocery shopping here because it can be so very expensive. (I really only go to grab some chips and ice cream tbh)But if you need to grab something like aspirin or a box of tampons and really cant be bothered to go the distance when this place is closer its perfect.

Cheap, run down, aisles to tight with overstocked knock-off brands. Some name brand stuff, but questionable quality.

Best spot for Powerade! Cheaper than Walmart

Location is very run down. Always smells horrible in this store like, paint thinner or something. I always get a headache Everytime I go in here.

The cashier I had was nice. the other one was really trashy said she had been there about a week and was bragging about how she doesnt have to be nice to customers.

Dont know how many times this store has saved me. Very helpful staff and a variety of items that you wouldnt think that they would have in stock.

Great place to pop in and grab something quick. Not a place that I would normally get groceries at but someplace to grab peanut butter odds and ends and things like toothpaste.

It’s bigger than the one across town on N. Brinton so there’s more options here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
