Bad customer service. Rude staff. Older woman was playing with her phone and wouldnt even attempt to help. Younger guy was talking and acting like a street thug. Will never go there again. I called ATT customer service and got all what I needed from the comfort of my home.

I was extremely impressed with the teams customer service! I came in to switch my service provider. We had gotten everything set up but then could not get my new phone to activate. I had Marixa and Allen helping me with this for nearly 5 hours. They both were so nice and made this entire ordeal worth it. Best customer service Ive ever received at a cell phone store!

Alan was amazing! He helped us with everything we needed and was very knowledgeable through it all we spent hours at the store because we could not make up our mind on devices and he was very patient the entire time!

They are heavy on the Covid mask rule...almost to where it is rude....the city already lifted the ordinance for mask so can you guys

We had a great experience with Will. Took a lot of time in explaining new phone and selection of cases. We’re old so needed all the help and patience we could get! 😊😊. We ended up with two new iPhone 11’s and two Pelican cases.We are set for 2020! Thank you, Will!🎉🎉. Oh, plus everything was transferred to new phones without a hitch.

Good customer service. Ismael is very friendly and has great customer service. He works quickly with customers, but also takes the right amount of time needed with a customer. Highly recommend you go see him at the Dodge city AT&T store.

Terrible! Everything they told me was a lie. I was charged more than they quoted me when I got my bill! They said I had a 12 month agreement and my agreement says 24 months. I requested a paper billing and never received one. I called their service number and they just made things worse.

The wifi is bad and bearly 3 people use it

My husband works until 8pm 6-7 days a week so this is one of the few times we could make it to at&t. There were 3 employees helping people already so we looked around while waiting. We then sat down until someone could help us. One employee finished but went to the back never to return. The final 2 were helping the same customer. One was translating for the other but both were not needed. We sat there for an additional 5-10 minutes without so much as a well be right with you or anything. The only time someone spoke to us was to say thank you as we left due to receiving zero assistance. Ill travel an hour to another store if need be but wont be returning here.

Helpful, but not having replacement batteries for older phones and wanting you to upgrade, which is pricey.
