Garbo WiFi constant disconnectjon and problems awful ping etc. I mean if you can dont get this WiFi. Highest plan is worse than the lowest on any other WiFi provider.

They have the greatest prepaid plan I have ever seen!!! Embarrasses Walmart and Targets plans in price and what you get for that price. Unlimited everything and the data is high speed forever not just 4G or whatever theyre offering now.

Rude and unhelpful customer service on the corporate level, terrible home internet. When asked if anything could be done I was told no and that if I wanted to go somewhere else they said “good luck cause no one else covers that area” Which is true but..damn.

United Wireless is the most complained about thing in Dodge City 2nd to National Beef absolutely horrible service and stupid contracts that force you to be their customer!

The customer service is just awful. I call for a simple question and the send me to voicemail and take a long time to get back to me. Once they do, the individual was rude and unhelpful. I had to go in person and the wait was long as well. I am very disappointed with their service!
